I ragazzi di Audiophoria sono veramente dei grandi, personalmente ho acquistato un Denafrips Enyo 15TH al miglior prezzo della rete, spedizione velocissima così come sono veloci i contatti con loro tramite chat. Che dire, soddisfattissimo dell'acquisto e tornerò senz'altro ad ordinare da Audiophoria!

I’m from Romania and some friends recommended Audioforia to me, so I decided to contact Kamen about purchasing a Denafrips Pontus 15 and Tiglon AC cable (TPL-2000AS) and AES EBU cable.

During the process we exchanged around 38 emails, and I can honestly say that Kamen is an amazing seller. He was extremely patient, answered all my questions and gave me a lot of useful advice.

Regarding the prices, I can only say they are unbeatable. He offered me deals that I simply could not find in Romania.

The whole experience was excellent and very professional. I’m really looking forward to getting back home and putting the new gear into my system.

Ich habe Ende November einen Gustard R30 DAC via Webseite bestellt. Zunächst gab es Probleme mit der Zahlung via Kreditkarte, die sich jedoch klären liesen. Das Team war sehr engagiert, alle Details zu lösen und am Ende war das Gerät binnen weniger Tage in Österreich. Doppelter Karton, Lieferung an die Wohnungstür. Simon hat sich ein paar Tage später erkundigt, wie sich der DAC in die Kette einfügt. Sympathische Kommunikation!
Insgesamt – Alles prima! Ich würde wieder bestellen!!

I am on the verge of tears. Because the equipment is a present for my brother's 50th birthday, I asked Audophoria's personnel for the estimated delivery date, as they were waiting for it to be delivered from the manufacturer. They replied on Sunday(!) that it arrived and will be shipped first thing in the morning. I haven't got any info from a GLS, so I already gave up, and today, right on birthday, the package arrived, as well as birthday wishes from Audiophoria that the package would arrive today! Could you imagine that!? They settled everything just perfectly! Love those people

The hype is real, Denafrips Ares 15th DAC in the flesh is WAY better than all the reviews raving about it!
And Simeon IS a real human, not Ai, as I thought at first!
He answered all my tech questions with ease before my order and he was there even after Ares 15th arrived, to make sure everything was OK!

This was a really bad customer experience I had to go through. I ordered a Denafrips Dac through denafrips EU - which was sent by audiophoria. On the denafrips eu website the stated delivery time is 3-4 days within the EU. This was incorrect and took roughly 7-8 days from Bulgaria to reach Germany by lorry.

The Dac arrived rather late but I was happy. I planned to run this Dac in for the recommended 100 Hours, however, after less that 24 hours the DAC was completely unresponsive. I contacted Denafrips China, they replied immediately and asked me to check the fuse, which was still intact and then recommended me to get in contact with Audiophoria. This is where the struggle began.

I made contact with Audiphoria on the 21.05.25 stating the device has worked for less then 24 hour before breaking on me and that I would like to return it.

After contacting several times and being ignored sometimes and sometimes not I finally got a return label on the 30.05.25. I was so frustrated that it took them a week and a half to send a return label.

Once the device was returned to Audiophoria I again needed to chase for my money. On the 19.06.25 I finally got my full refund. I can not recommend these guys as a good seller as when you are spending so much money on equipment you expect top level service. These guys do not provide top level service in my experience...

I ordered the same DAC from MUZIX and had no issues.

Writing about the deal I've done with Kamen is easy. I've both the Denafrips Enyo 15th, and it took me aback when I added it to my HIFI. The music I like is far better organised, and the sound stage is excellent. Highly recommended. Miro.

I wanted to point out the excellent assistance service, I had a problem with my Ares 15Th Dac and the Denafrips.eu assistance solved it quickly, very good.

Yesterday I visited their site looking for a Denafrips CD Transport and the price published was 1.317€. I send them a message inquiring about the price and other topics and the response was that the correct price is 1.580€ and that after “several days it will become 1.690€”. Sorry, I’ll look for other more serious and fair options.

Sorry but the response provided here by Audiophoria does not make sense because the moment I told them about a lower price in their site, they said "we are correcting it now"... BTW if you add 21% of VAT to 1.317 the result is not 1.580. Good luck.

Kamen is fair guy, whatever he said, he also fulfill. Had no problems at all, if there will be a chance to trade with him again, I'll do without hasitation.
