I ordered a few items from here and I’ve tried to return them to no avail. Instead of dealing with my returns, they have asked me to submit a review so here we go.

Good on range of products, price & delivery....& very helpful with enquires/order issues etc.

A great company with outstanding products and a extensive range. Dealing with them online feels a bit like the good old record shop experience of yesteryear. Always find exactly what I want and the delivery is fast and the products as described.

I originally purchased the Caspian 4G streaming integrated amplifier and was already extremely happy with the system. It had a lively, engaging sound with great clarity and enough power to comfortably drive my Monitor Audio Gold 300 6G speakers.

On request Martin kindly arranged a demonstration of the matching power amplifier to show me what bi-amping could bring to the system.

The demo made it clear quite quickly that the upgrade wasn’t about changing the character of the sound, but about improving control and refinement.

What stood out was:
tighter, more controlled bass;
greater ease at higher volumes;
and improved separation between instruments.

It still sounded like the same system, just more capable and composed.
That gave me the confidence to go ahead with the upgrade.

Once installed at home, the improvements were immediately noticeable, but in a very natural way.

The biggest difference is in the bass. There’s noticeably more grip and precision, especially on tracks with strong low-end or kick drums. It feels less like the speakers are being pushed, and more like they’re fully under control.

The system now feels more effortless. You can turn the volume up and everything stays composed, no sense of strain, just more scale and confidence. Even at lower listening levels, there’s better presence and engagement, which was a really pleasant surprise.

Vocals and instruments are slightly more defined in the mix. It’s not a dramatic change, but it’s enough to make complex tracks easier to follow and more immersive to listen to.

Importantly, it hasn’t changed the character of the system. It still has that lively, musical presentation that made me choose it in the first place, it just sounds more complete now.

The first day I set it up I listened for about ten hours straight, and was no more fatigued from listening at the end as I was at the start. My system is really singing now and I'm delighted with adding the power amp.

Tonar cork / rubber .
Since I've started playing vinyl again, I always try to improve the sound quality of my system. Started obviously with a felt mats, but almost immediately went on to rubber then acrylic ones. Moved into this cork / rubber, game changer is all I can say.

My order arrived within a few days of placing the order, and the LAST record preservative pack was exactly as described on the site. I am familiar with the product, having bought it in Australia, not long after it was released there. I have found that it reduces static and seems to lessen surface tracking noise. Obviously, a quick clean with an anti-static brush, each time before you play a treated record, also helps the product's benefits. Also, each treatment is good for a long time. I definitely recommend this product, and Analogue Seduction for their prompt delivery.

Excellent services, Interconnects were quickly delivered and I was able to use PayPal credit or pay in three interest free on this purchase. Analogue seduction have a huge range of high quality products that suit my needs. I purchase Graham Slee CuSat 50 interconnects for my new Goldnote CD-5 player. These are excellent quality RCA's with the advantage they have a looking mechanism. They easily push into the RCA sockets then you rotate the outer section to lock them in place for a secure connection

Ordered Ortofon 2m 78 cartridge pre-mount but there was a delay in supplying due to lack of headshells from Ortofon. Martin at Analogue very kindly sourced the headshell and cartridge separately from Henley Audio, fitted it, and sent on to me at no extra charge. Wonderful service. Thank you very much.

I have made two separate "multi" purchases from this company and everything has been fine. Communications were good, unlike some other similar companies.
