The service was swift, friendly and excellent and the process was easy to follow. The Glasses are a great fit and great quality and being able to try them on at home was such a good idea.

Good quality came really quick too.
My favourite glasses 🤓

So easy! I tried on some frames, picked the ones I loved and then inputted my prescription and voila! Love them...I'll be back!!

I have not yet received the glasses. I'm not impressed with the service, if you really want to know.

I adore the beautiful and unique selection of glasses on the website and it was a joy picking my 4 pairs to try at home. The team provided excellent communication and customer service when I had queries. The brilliant home try-on feature meant I could choose a pair, relaxed, unrushed. I'm delighted with my choice! (Shangri-la pair in salmon has already received compliments 🥰)

Fantastic quality , good price , excellent & easy to use website , home try quick & simple ! End product ...stunning 😍 🤓Thank you M. A. S. Delighted 💕

Admin oversight on my order which they fully rectified immediately.

Happy with the overall experience. Nice to try frames before buying although a bit disappointed with the cost as first purchase with MAS’s but assumed due to varifocal lenses

Generally happy with my purchase. They look strong enough and the prescription seems to be the right one for my eyes. Only thing is they have already started getting a bit loose on the sides, but apart from that, they are fine and would recommend!

Very helpful, from my trial glasses to me sending them my prescription after I’d already purchased some frames, quick easy and cheaper than the in store alternatives

I had a great experience with Mad About Specs! The free home trials made it easy to pick the best glasses for me in a relaxed atomsophere, and they arrived the day after ordering them.

I just received my ordered glasses today, less than 2 weeks after ordering them. The packaging and presentation was very impressive and the glasses seem to be high quality. The customer service is amazing and the team are so helpful and friendly. I would absolutely order from Mad About Specs again.

I ordered trial frames which were great. After choosing a pair I ordered the lenses. Unfortunately they are very distorted and make everything look curved in my peripheral vision. I am very disappointed. My optician has said that the measuring system to check where your pupil sits in the lens is very unsatisfactory. I am concerned about sending them back as I don't now have faith that this is being done correctly.

Excellent service, as usual! I am a returning customer, so that goes to show why I always choose MAS whenever I want to order my glasses. The quality is excellent, and the service truly speedy.

Excellent service!
The best pair of glasses I’ve had, the quality is really good (better than I was expecting!) and the sizing is spot on.
Customer service was super - I always got timely replies to my emails.
Would definitely have another pair from here in the future.

Very professional with excellent customer service. Very pleased with my purchase and the buying experience.

Really happy with the glasses and the service!!!🙂

Excellent system of try before you buy, quick to deliver my chosen glasses at a very good price. Very happy

Pleased to receive my new specs. Good quality and lovely fit. Really impressed with the service. Will be ordering a second pair and would recommend the company to friends.

I am 65 years old and decided to use Mad about Specs.
Ask as many questions as you like, they are brilliant. So patient and understanding, I especially liked the trial scheme where you trial up to 4 x frames at a time. I persisted with this method and found just what I wanted. With me anyway, my lenses were not straight forward, but they were tireless in their efforts to get things just right. In the end I paid a third of the price I have previously paid on the high street, saving me more than £200 pounds! Thank You! ‘Mad About Specs’
