You should promote online shopping
You should promote online shopping. Instead, you charge us 0.95 € for a 5€ recharge. And the website does not respond well to commands. For this reason I bought a card unintentionally.

I've just paid for 9,47 euros and that means that 8 euros option plus fees and they took out my money from my account but i didn't receive any credit yet! just be careful with them!
