I bought credit from them. I didn t recieve nothing and then when i asked for refund they refused to do it cause i wrote to them to late.

Rudest customer service representative…
Rudest customer service representative I have ever spoken to. Got minutes for 3 months, can't make calls, the representative said he can't help me with this problem. So who can? Avoid this company 40701251251 is the number. emailed cs at lycamobile 4 days ago. No response so far. Updated review. From 1 to 4 stars. Can now make calls, but took 4 days to respond to my complaint. Will update to 5 stars if things go smoothly.

Lyca taxare abuziva urmata dupa schimbari neanuntate
Lycamobile a schimbat modul de taxare si nu am fost informat. Au schimbat modul in care poti sa folosesti pachetele in roaming. Dupa ce am platit si activat un pachet, Lyca nu l-a bagat in seama si m-a taxat pentru fiecare mega de internet in roaming. Asa m-am trezit cu peste 20 euro lipsa in cont + costul pachetului nefolosit pe partial un alt pachet ce l-am folosit jumatate in Romania si deloc in roaming. Eu va recomand sa nu faceti greseala mea de a folosi Lyca. Am sunat la relatii clienti si mi s-a spus "daca nu va convine plecati la altii". Nici vorba sa imi dea macar banii pe pachetul nefolosit inapoi. Colac peste pupaza, am primit si in roaming un mesaj in care imi spune negru pe alb ca pot sa folosesc minutele din pachete ca si cum as fi in tara. Mai am doar 3 euro in cont si dupa ce ii folosesc, plec de la Lyca cu viteza luminii si nu ma mai uit inapoi.
Edit: Am activat pachetul Romania Start 04/04 de 3 euro si in 15/04 am plecat din tara fiind taxat dupa cum am specificat mai sus. Nevazand ca am fost taxat sau stiind de schimbari, am activat din nou in 27/05 Romania Start de 3 euro, iar tot ce am folosit ca date am fost taxat. In total cca 20 euro.
Edit2: Nici nu le-a pasat ca am activat un pachet ce nu l-am putut folosi cat am fost in strainatate, eu nu va recomand acesta telefonie, mai bine platiti la altii consacrati deoarece mai devreme sau mai tarziu tot o sa ajungeti sa va taxeze "legal" sa ramaneti fara bani.

Cel mai prost customer service , am sunat sa cer ajutorul cu un sim de anglia pe teritoriu ro care nu merge setari ce EI trebuie sa aibe , mi sa recomandat niste setari ce am spus ca deja le am incercat si mi sa spus sa sun pe uk si mi a inchis in nas ! Asta da customer service . Asa va respecati clienti ? inaptilor !!!

Mi-ați distrus vacanța
Mi-ați distrus vacanța, sper să dați faliment!!!! Roaming-ul este teribil de prost și nu vă merge nimic. Am fost in Cehia și am primit SMS de „Bun venit în Cehia” in ultima zi de vacanta. Internetul vostru este oribil, am prins numai E in centrul Pragai unde pe o cartela Orange in roaming, in același loc prindeam LTE+. E nu merge la nimic, nici măcar să caut ceva pe internet. Vă rog să-mi rambursați suma aferentă reîncărcării și fiți siguri că nu o să vă mai folosesc serviciile niciodată! La telefon vă bateți joc de lume și închideți în fața, urat!!!

Accesați meniul - Setări - Setări telefon - Selecție rețea - manual - selectați Cytamobile-Vodafone / PrimeTel / MTN
Dacă problema persistă, ajutați-ne cu detaliile de mai jos pentru a vă ajuta

Nu pot suna / No service available
Nepotul meu a cumpărat o cartela Lycamobile. A adăugat pachetul promo ultra in Romania . A activat pachetul in Bucuresti și totul a mers ok. A putut vorbi și folosi Internetul de pe telefon. A doua zi a plecat in vacanța in Germania. Aici s-a conectat in rețeaua
Locală Telekom. Din acest moment nu a mai avut parte de un serviciu mobil. Nu poate și nu pot sa îl sun. Deși telefonul e pornit și conectat in rețea mi se spune ca îl are închis. El nu poate suna având mesaj “apel eșuat”. Am contactat Lycamobile fără un succes . Au spus ca se va rezolva, dar din păcate a trecut o săptămâna.
Update ; Acum teefonul este in Cipru in Limasol. Aceeasi situatie nu se poate primi sau suna de pe el. Este conectat in Reteaua Vodafone sigura in care se poate conecta. Teefonul este Iphone. Cartela mergea perfect in Romania unde era activat planul Romania Ultra.

Lycamobile nu a mers in roaming
Lycamobile nu a mers in roaming. A fost activat pachetul Ultra din Romania. A mers ok cât am fost in Romania, după in roaming in EU nu am mai putut suna și nici nu pot fi sunat. Testat in Germania și Cipru. Am sunat la Call Center sa anunț problema, rezultatul a fost un tichet și atât. Eu am rămas cu banii dați și fără posibilitatea de a suna.
Aveți grija pe ce dați banii.
Unable to use my Ultra package while in Roaming Eu in Germany and Cyprus.Sim was working fine in Romania, data and calls. After leaving Romania for vacation sim stop working . I call customer service and nothing happened. I waist my time and money for no service.
Update 1. Am contactat Lycamobile via email de mai jos. Am primit un răspuns ca problema se va rezolva cât mai curând. A trecut încă o zi și sunt in aceeași situație. Nu pot folosi un produs cumpărat. Un produs cumpărat pentru pachetul cel mai scump. A meritat oare ?
Update 2 . Tot fără posibilitatea de a suna. Am contactat serviciu de clienți via online. Din păcate nu știu nici ei ce sa facă. Am noroc ca am și abonament digi ca alternativa. Din păcate Lycamobile nu îmi poate oferi un serviciu. Aproape o săptămâna fără posibilitatea de a suna.
