You charged me double
When I paid I did not get a confirmation and no plan was showing. I tried again and then it worked, but you charged me 2 times for 1 plan. I contacted the customer service with proof of the double payment but did not get a reply.

At least I tried to more then 5 times to get 50gb plan in 7 euro. But everytime it's responding contact to customer care. I didn't like it. It's very bad experience

In light of reply "We'd like to resolve this as soon as possible" - DON'T MAKE ME LAUGH!!!
I've called you 4 times and eMailed you twice, every single time it's "No sir, we know we took 8Euros out 13 days early, but when we took 8Euros out 13 days early, we only applied it to the one Phone Number, so you didn't pay the 4Euros on both cards on time, so we've deleted your 4Euros for 100Gb for 30 days offer, we'd love to help, but we don't respect you, Sir!".

Continued original review of how bad Lyca Mobile are:
I signed up for the 4Euro for 100Gb deal, and paid every bill on time.
Last day of the month for 6 months they took 8Euros out for the two simcard deals.
Then they took money out of my account 13 days early, claimed "Sir, the 8Euros is only for the one mobile number, Sir, you failed to pay the other 8Euros, Sir." (factually incorrect).
They claimed "The deal was never 4Euros" (it was)
They claimed "You missed a payment" (I didnt).
They claimed "The payment we took out on 17/04 was 8Euro for just one mobile, you pay that from now on,Sir..."
They are the most dishonest, rude and hateful Customer Support staff I've ever dealt with.
AVOID LYCA MOBILE.
Plenty of other second level suppliers (discount brands of the bigger networks) offer better offers than Lyca and don't treat people like idiots to be exploited.

WTF - Also NOS in Disguise.
Go to these, not the nasty people at Lyca Mobile.

Easy setup, top up and plan management online and via the app. Service is provided via Vodafone, which has good service across most areas.

I would like to thank Eduardo Gonçalves for the excellent support throughout my issue with Lyca Mobile. He was very attentive, professional, and followed my case carefully until it was fully resolved, even though the process took a few months.
I really appreciate his patience and dedication during the whole experience. The only point I would suggest improving is the response time, as sometimes the replies took longer than expected.
Other than that, I’m very grateful for the support provided. Thank you!

Bom dia. Depois de a minha cartão SIM ter avariado e de vocês terem substituído por um novo e transferido o meu antigo número para o novo, a minha ligação piorou e a Internet móvel começou a funcionar com atrasos; além disso, por vezes não conseguem contactar-me pelo telemóvel, recebo notificações de que me ligaram, mas não recebi nenhuma chamada no telemóvel. Além disso, vocês suspenderam o acesso à Internet móvel, o que considero uma decisão muito ousada; eu pago pela Internet e tenho o direito de a utilizar como entender. Por isso, estou a considerar outros operadores para obter uma ligação de qualidade. Obrigado.
