I have been working with Adam to set up a flight for my wife from California to Australia. Adam did an outstanding job getting us great pricing and meeting our needs for schedule. Adam was always prompt when it came to (emails texts and phone calls). I will recommend his service to all my friends and family. I will use Adam for my future flights. Adams customer service has been excellent!!! thank you!!!!

Great experience working with Mike!! He was so courteous and professional! He got me a greatly discounted fare and was a pleasure to work with!

Luckily I was involved in the emailing between this travel consultant JACOB TORDJMAN and my mother.
This man from the beginning kept saying ”hurry up and buy the ticket”, ”get back to me fast”, ”lock this great offer”, etc. which alresdy seemed a bit sketchy. Then I found some better prices online myself, but since Jacob had already been involved I asked him to see what the best trip was he could find. The prices got bigger, the trip got twice as long and he continued to stress about buying the ticket fast. So I sent him an email telling him that we would go ahead and book the ticket we found on our own as it was a better deal but thanked him very much for all of his help.

He then sent me a message saying, ”no one has better deals than us we can beat every price” or whatever and told me to cancel my ticket and book with him instead…

BUT!

He then thought he sent a message to my mom, but it ended up being sent to me, saying how he is disappointed in how she does business and that he worked all day and night to find these deals (it takes 10 seconds for me to find a good flight, so its not that much work, besides we were in contact with him a few times).

I was so shocked, he had a completely different tone to my mother than to me because he probably thought he cold manipulate her into feeling sorry for him or soemthing. He is extremely inappropriate, unprofessional and an uncomfortable person. I sent him an email telling him not to contact us ever again.

I tried to go to the website via the link in his email which is the same as when you go through Google for ex., but it warned me for scamming!!! So be careful!

I'm heading to a relative in Wales, in April 2022. I live in Australia. This is the first of a two part review. I've been dealing with Adam in trying to find regional and international flights from Port Macquarie to London return. Wow...I can't say enough about the service Adam has provided. Texts, phone calls, emails etc to find the very best price and importantly, convenience of travel with the guidelines of today. Adam has found me incredible business class fares, exactly how I asked for them, on my dates requested. I haven't left Australia yet, and I will follow up this review after I have completed my trip. But if your looking to make an expensive business class trip...do yourself a favour and at the least, get a quote from Luxury Business Class as a comparison. Absolutely first class service. Actually fell upon them accidentally and so pleased I did.
Adam and his Co worker Kevin were professional, diligent, friendly, went above and beyond .
They found me a great deal from London to Brisbane saving me over £500.
After two years, due to Covid, I can finally get out to see my daughter and granddaughter again.
I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Top Notch Travel Agency!! Definitely recommend doesn’t matter if it’s a weekly business trip local or across country they could handle it all. I put in a request online on luxury bc website. within 20 minutes an agent emailed and called me with a great flight itinerary, Singapore first class suite from NY to SIN for $2980 all inclusive. i ran to confirm this trip and within 3 hours I had my tickets. my agent called me later in the day to ask if i need any special meals, preferred seats and assistance and then offered to book my VIP service, car transportation and even the hotel. Sol was amazing and I referred him many clients already.

I put 1 star because I couldn't put 0....I booked 4 tickets from Montréal, Canada to Phuket, Thailand and back in November 2021. I travelled all over the world with different travel agency, never had any issues. But, I never suspected that booking with luxury business class travel would be the travel from hell. First, the company took my money as fast as possible and took forever to send me the travel's tickets. I had to call them directly to have an answer to where my tickets were. When I called, the person answered by "yeah??"... I thought I had called the wrong number... But found out it was the travel agency themself.... How bizarre... So, When I finally received my 4 tickets, my daughter's ticket was mispelled with the title "HE" (W-T-F, as you may not know, HE means "Her Excellency". The title was just fun, but not the mispelled name. As we arrived in NYC to transit (we changed airlines also), the company couldn't give my daughter her ticket, because her name was not the one on her passport... (May I say that I asked MANY times by email to do the correction, but my "travel agent" Mike Sabu said to me "well, it's not that important, they can change it at the airport"), I was surprised by his response as I know very well that the name on your ticket needs to match your passport. So, I tried to contact them, was finally able to talk to someone, who said that they couldn't do anything... We had to pay for another ticket!! We were so stressed as the flight was fully booked... I asked by email for a refund, and they offered me "150$ in travel credits?!?!?!" We just bought a ticket from NYC to Singapore AND Singapore to Phuket FOR THE SECOND TIME for my daughter... And they offered me 150$ travel credits!!! I was pissed. But our nightmare didn't end there... For the return flight... We had NO TICKET for my husband in business class with Emirates.... I had, again, to call this supposely travel agency to booked the ticket that I already paid for my husband... I had to pay 100$ as long distance fee on my Thailand SIM card to talk to, I don't know how many people there, to finally talk to a certain Sam who booked the ticket... We were very last minute and had to be escorted by a man around the Thailand airport to catch our flight in time... All the stress and the frustration, the money lost, leaved me with the most terrible opinion about them. Do yourself a favor... Go elsewhere...

My experience is above 5 star. Its not just that we got our business class multi city cruise tickets for cheap.... we had to cancel and change many times due to the cruise rescheduling. Never experienced such an easy time, costing me absolutely zero dollars in change fees and seamless rebooking options, I feel like my agent never sleeps.

The Luxury Business Class company booked my “first” class ticket to Brazil, round trip for me; one way to my mom. On our way back, with my mom, we were not able to fly through or into the USA due to
Covid and that’s when you see the quality of the company and it’s employees. They simply stopped answering, after I had to stay an extra 3 nights in Brazil, pay another 7 plus thousand dollars in extra unnecessary costs. They said we will help you get your money back and sort this with United Airlines except that they won’t. Aaron (supposedly the manager) and Sol simply ignored my requests for help in Brazil; and I’m lucky because thankfully I have the resources to buy another ticket, and speak the language. But think twice if you can not, as they will not hesitate to block and ignore you, as they say “we are only the brokers” you have to deal with the airline company.
Terrible, extremely expensive and exhausting experience.

I recently flew from TLV to JFK with Luxury Business Class. Besides the fact that he saved me close to $600, the service that Sam treated me with was phenomenal. From guiding me through “pandemic flying” to choosing the seats so I have the most comfortable experience, it was an amazing experience dealing with him. Would definitely recommend to everyone.

Josh has the upmost customer service and satisfaction and great pricing and insane get a way trip just to kick it back with the boys!!!!

I had the pleasure of dealing with Josh Kashani. To say that my flight requirements were tricky would be an understatement. I needed to catch four planes to arrive at my destination. The country was in complete lockdown and I had to have a break in the flights to do a mandatory 14 day quarantine period on arrival in the country. Josh stayed calm and collected throughout. He gave solid advice and came though with first class tickets on both legs of the journey despite many changes to restrictions. I cannot praise Josh enough. I will definitely be making use of Josh in any future travel arrangements. Thank you Josh, for going above and beyond.

honestly the best company - cheap price and excellent service

Spoke with Aaron right after i put in a request for a flight to Europe - he came back with an unbelievable rate - $2,000 saving and walked me through the seamless process A-Z to get my tickets confirmed ASAP. Without me requesting, when i arrived to my flight Luxury Business Class ensured that i had the best seats on the aircraft not near the galley and next to my spouse. Highly recommended and will be using them for all my travel in the future..

I did my research on the price before asking this agency for their rates. A 4500 ticket became 2500 with a simple call with them.
