Very happy with the service from Abe. A bit apprehensive to use third part service at first. Flights were substantially cheaper and excellent airlines/flight times from AU to Europe. Even sampled Qatar Q Suite. Amazing. The communication before, during and after really was more than I expected and it certainly gives me the confidence to continue to use LBC in the future. When something seems to good to be true it usually is except in the case of this company. They offer round the clock personal service and save you money and time. I consider myself adept at sourcing the best deals on business travel but LBC has twice saved me close to $2000 on return tickets from Australia to Europe and to US. As well as the price you have access to someone who promptly answers your call or email and works to solve any issues if they arise.

It has been my pleasure to have Rob Rose assist me in making reservations for both domestic and international flights. He has been exceedingly courteous and his attention to detail is second to none. Promised flights and quoted fares, then claimed agent made a mistake AFTER charging my credit card (then apologized and removed the charge). Complaint filed with NY Attorney Gerneral's Office. AVOID AT ALL COSTS (especially since you have no idea whether the quoted cost is accurate or not).

At first my experience was lovely Jon was great and super responsive.

A few days before my flight I received an email from John stating that if they ask these are the last 4 digits of the card used to book the flight. I said JF thehre asking to verify the card I’ll likely need an image of the actual card with the number, name on it along with an ID to match. He said it wasn’t going to be a problem. Then the nightmare happened - I got to the airport 3 hours before considering I’m 6 months pregnant and traveling alone and they would allow me to take the flight. As they booked what’s called a war ticket - which is a ticket on miles where they only pay the taxes I don’t care how it’s purchased to be honest, however everytime I asked to send the physical card with name on the card like any normal authorization they said they only have a virtual version. Then I called Mastercard to ask them and they said that there is always a physical card that is issued however the gentleman in customer service didn’t take fault and blamed the two people working for the airline along with the supervisor saying g it’s always been done before and has never been an issue. Well it was a major issue. I had to purchase a whole new ticket to board the flight and this is my last trip before I give birth, when I asked for a refund they said that they would send through a credit which isn’t what I asked for, their policy stated otherwise but their policy also doesn’t state that I won’t get on the flight. I was so stressed and thirsty standing there at the counter for an hour and a half trying to resolve this and they still wouldn’t send a photo of the physical card with name on it. I hope I get my money back - I couldn’t afford two flights at 2800 which I had to pay in the end and now I won’t even get my money back. If you don’t want to be in a stressful situation I suggest paying a flight with your personal card.
