I placed a 5 star review in August 22 just after having made my bookings. One year later I have a completely different rating due to the actual dreadful flying experience. I was denied boarding at Amsterdam airport because my paperwork (through the Singapore Airlines site) was deemed "This is not a ticket - NEXT!" Turns out the ticket was paid for by another person's frequent flyer points and they would not honour the ticket. It appears this is a frequent problem for this company. As my younger brother had died whilst I was away and I had arranged his funeral a for few days after return, I desparately tried to pay full price to get on that flight but could not due to my daily limit on my bank account. Trying to arrange through family, we missed the flight and had to fly a day later after paying full price. Needless to say, this was a very distressing experience and as a result had a bad fall at the airport and suffered an awful concussion injury resulting in needing a wheelchair right up until my brother's funeral. I did get a refund for the amount I paid Luxury Business Class but I was still out of pocket by about $15,000 and very traumatised. Only now am I able to write about it.

I dealt with AJ mostly and the flight I received was not at all what I ordered. I was supposed to fly Business Class albeit with Scoot and was given economy instead. Landed at Singapore and was told my flights with Singapore Air were not real and I had to call my broker. I did. They paid for me to be put up in the Airport which was lovely. I then flew Lufthansa BC to Frankfurt and then another flight to London. On the way back I did get a BC flight with Qatar all the way home but I was bracing myself at Airport to be told that I wasn't eligible. The Lufthansa BC flight was satisfactory but had I known that it wouldn't be Singapore I probably would not have booked it. The stress it caused on way out negated my positive experience on return so I will book direct from now on since I have peace of mind and the flight time does not increase by 2 days. My review is much later then I hoped but I kept putting it off and now that I am booking again I felt others should know.

I dealt with Arlyn. She was very helpful and pleasant the whole time. I can't believe how she could get me such a cheaper price for the same exact flight.
Definitely made my life a lot easier and saved me quite a bit.

Traveling from NY and across Spain from one end to the other, with 6 travelers, 2 of whom are children under 6, and 5 of whom speak not a word of Spanish is no easy feat. However, thanks to AJ and the team at Luxury Business Class our trip was better than we could have ever expected. We received assistance with all flights as well as hotel reservations and ground transportation and experienced not so much as one hiccup. I was taking my mum on a bucket list trip of hers to Egypt. We wanted to travel business class for the comfort as my mum is 80. Arlyn was in one word...wonderful! She was patient and diligent in finding us travel arrangements that would work with our tour and also allow us for the appropriate time to transfer to flights that wouldn't be too rushed for my mum nor too lengthy a wait time. I will definitely use their services in the future.

Better rates than online travel companies. Provide choices to meet budget. Ran into a medical situation and could not fly. Rob provided me with prompt directions to get a “ fit to fly” document to allow me to reschedule. The new flight cost me very little and I was on my way within a day.

Hard to know where to start.
Flights booked return Heathrow to Brisbane in January. Tried to check in in Oct. Singapore Airlines informed me I had NO FLIGHTS due to booking being fraudulent. Not paid with my money but with air miles in the name of someone I had never heard of.
At 15 hours notice before my anticipated flights I had to pay for new flights.
Although the company has refunded my original payment, without explanation, they ard refusing g to compensate me in for the difference between original payment and cost of new flights. Due to the fraudulent actions I am almost £3000 out of pocket. They have offered a £400 Voucher!!! As if I would contemplate using their "A class service", again.
It is outrageous that a company can do this. I am a 73yr old pensioner.

I HAD TO BUY ANOTHER FLIGHT BECAUSE SINGAPORE AIRLINES SAID THAT THE TICKETS I THOUGHT I HAD PAID FOR WITH CASH WERE OBTAINED BY LUXURYBUSINESCLASS.COM WITH FRAUDULENTLY OBTAINED AIRMILES IN THE NAME OF JONATHAN COE. MY MONEY HAD GONE ELSEWHERE.
I DID GET A REFUND BUT HAD TO PAY ALMOST TWICE THAT TO BUY NEW TICKETS . I HAVE THE EMAIL FROM SINGAPORE AIRLINES WHICH STATE QUITE CATEGORICALLY THAT IT WAS A FRAUD.

Dealing with Luxury Business Class was absolutely amazing. Rob Rose who took care of everything on our vacation to the Maldives which was a vacation of a lifetime did an OUTSTANDING JOB!! His attentiveness, understanding and ability to get things done was top shelf. I am thrilled with the price Nicolas was able to find for me on a flight to Sydney. I figured I saved at least $1,000 by gong through Luxury Business Class! I was a little hesitant at first as I’m not familiar with this company, but all concerns were alleviated after doing a little homework and in my experience with Nicolas. Will be my new go to for flights from now on!
