I was searching for tickets for a trip to see our son in Australia this September. Jon originally came up with a good deal flying to Sydney and returning to Dublin. We changed our minds and decided to fly to Brisbane and return from Sydney. Even though seats are now at a premium for these flights, Jon was able to arrange this in no time. He always responded promptly even though there is a considerable time difference between NY and Dublin. Great service.

I worked with Abe at Luxury Business. I knew going in that I would not accrue reward miles - but for the amount I travel it was not necessary. I needed to find first class options as I was traveling from NYC to Australia for work and needed to be comfortable (I'm 6'5"), have space and continence. I'm also a fussy traveler who needs specific connections, specific equipment and specific airlines. Abe was fantastic. He found several options to consider, was very flexible and efficient when I needed to change my flights. If you don't need the reward miles I would highly recommend them.

To be honest I was a little wary at first . There are so many scams in our world today . However, the first phone call from Kevin was reassuring and he really tried very hard to find the best possible itinerary at the best price . Kevin made himself available via email and SMS so that questions were handled promptly and any glitches could be sorted out . He arranged assistance, meal preferences and entered my frequent flyer number and really went the extra mile with caring personalised service. No need to pay exorbitant prices for business class comfort . Highly recommend Luxury Business Class travel .

I had an amazing experience with Rob Rose and LBC. He made booking my flight smooth and simple and saved us a ton of money. We’ve already booked our next flight with him and hope to use him for a very long time.

The service was great, no complaints there. But if you have to cancel, for whatever reason, you will only receive a credit, not a refund. Other agents I've used will offer a refund.

First time I’ve use this company and Tzvi but definitely will be back unbelievable price for flights for us and time text or email I’m answered right away. So very happy with Tzvi you must try him!!!

This is an update to my original review. A Manager from the company reached out to me to explain that the agent who helped me was there for a short time and wasn't a good fit for the company and left the same day he worked on my file and there was a transition problem (aka, he should not have been working with a customer on his last day and hence the bad customer experience I had). I appreciate the personal care they took to reach out to me after I expressed my experience here as that shows great customer service and should be a sign to others that this company takes it seriously. I've changed the experience to 4 Stars.
[For context, here's the original review: "I'm giving Adam, the agent who helped me, a 1 star rating because once I purchased the flight, I had a couple of questions, and after leaving him voice messages and sending him emails, he NEVER replied to me. I contacted the main company number, spoke with a rep who promised me ADAM would call me back, 3 days later, no call. So this is the kind of business that once they sell you, they run and move on to the next deal and give existing customers no support. There will be NO RETURN business from me. Disappointing when a rep ruins your company reputation."]

Thrilled with our experience with Rob Rose! Found us the perfect flights fitting our difficult schedule; helped us pick up the pieces when the border was closed to Americans, got us vouchers to apply to a future trip. Would give 6 stars if I could!

Adam was excellent…. Putting so much work in to finding flights that would suit us. But most importantly guiding us through the various pros and cons of the different airline services. Always encouraging when someone is honest and tells you that they have not actually flown with a particular airline, but still has done the research. Highly recommend!
