Was looking for a new car for the business and came across Luscombe MG Leeds.

Absolutely brilliant from start to finish with Sam and Anthony. The full purchase was carried out remotely and they didn't have one single issue. Every question I had was answered quickly and communication was second to none, just how it should be.

They even went above and beyond to work with my transporter to pick my new vehicle up.

I will definitely be back for further vehicles in the future.

I highly recommend them to everyone. You won't be disappointed :)

We have just purchased our first electric car. After much research we settled for the best offer we could find, and that was from Luscombe MG in Leeds. Despite being 200 miles away from our home the whole process was without stress or anxiety. Communication was excellent, with regular personal videos and continual email and phone contact. Our car was safely delivered to us within 2 weeks from our initial enquiry, and our previous car taken to them the same way. We also enjoyed the best part exchange offer obtained from a number of dealers. We thoroughly recommend Luscombes for your next motor purchase!

Excellent from start to finish! Sam Luscombe answered all of my questions promptly and is clearly very knowledgable.

The service from Luscombe is second to none. Fazz, the sales representative was very kind and responsive all the way from the beginning to the end of the purchase. After sales support is excellent too.

Before buying I asked the salesman to ensure the vehicle had the latest software updates he promised this would be done I had seen on some reviews that this improved the car after collecting the car I am now having infotainment issues and have found the car has not had the updates also have found a number of imperfections on the bodywork yet it was described as unmarked I don’t live local to the dealer and bought a new car to try and avoid all this all in all underwhelming experience. Since my initial dissatisfaction to be fair the dealer and salesman have made attempts to put things right the faults have now been corrected and and the bodywork repaired they came and collected the car from me on the salesman’s day off and he returned it after work so I cannot complain and should thank them regarding the efforts made to put everything right. Our experience of buying a new car in these challenging times has been exceptional! It's been a bit surreal in that we only went for a test drive 4 weeks ago and now we have it here!
The staff at Luscombe's have been so professional and helpful, the whole process has worked like clockwork, and of course they had so much added pressure with the recent lockdown being imposed. We've had so much help, as buying an electric car is a bit different for us - we have a lot to get used to, but we know that help is at the end of the phone! We certainly feel "looked after and valued". We already knew Luscombe's are caring but it's been emphasised with our new experience!

Slight hiccup at the beginning as I was a distance buyer and because of covid restrictions I was not aware of the different procedure going forward,my anxieties were quickly gone after speaking with fazz and his team,nothing was too much trouble,he even did a short show round video to familiarise me with my car before collection.Great Service and a great bloke.Many Thanks to you all at Luscmbe Motors.

Had a great experience Fazz at MG was very efficient and knew all the answers to my questions. My car was ordered and Fazz continued to help me when I misplaced my logbook for trade in car he was on it instantly and ordered a replacement. I took delivery in under two weeks of ordering. Ordered through company scheme and Luscombes then supplied the car. All contact with Luscombes was professional, efficient and friendly. Car was supplied on time and in perfect condition.

After switching over from Outlander PHEV to MG ZS EV, I'd already used these guys previously so when they set up MG it seemed logical to use them. They offered the comfort update for free (some garages are charging up to £90) and I've taken out a service plan with them. Although there wasn't a courtesy car available (due to the current situation) the service was still excellent. Highly recommended.

Having taken out a service plan with Luscombes for our MG ZS EV they offered a software upgrade, which was a major one but not an essential, free as a thank you. This was arranged for last week and a courtesy car provided. Everything went really well, very friendly and professional staff. A pleasure to do business with.
