I recently bought a mg4 .The whole experience has been excellent .Ross Travis was a very knowledgeable person who helped us make the best choice to meet our needs .
Communication has been very good .The pre delivery videos about the car were particularly helpful and reflected their desire to make mg ownership memorable

Made to feel welcome and reassured throughout the whole process of buying my new car. Ross Travis was my point of contact and has helped me no end throughout the process exceptional customer service.

I have recently purchased a new car, our first visit was in February when we were greeted very warmly by Ross Travis with whom we had an appointment with. He discussed with us our requirements and what you had to offer etc. following which I agreed the purchase of a new car to be picked up a few days later, unfortunately there were major problems with MG's computer and the taxing of vehicles. Ross kept me fully informed and dealt with any problems immediately.
I eventually picked the car up on the 2nd March and the handover was very quick and easy.
We noticed a few problems driving home, for example the hazard light staying on to say a door was open, which we could not resolve, I spoke to Ross first thing the next morning about the problems and I have to say a big thank you to him for going out of his way to help me by calling at my home on his way home from work to resolve the problems and his patience in discussing things with me.

We bought an MG4 EV from Luscombe MG Leeds in February 2023. I'd done some background research so I knew that the MG4 was a great value EV beforehand, but I was still very much undecided if the MG4 was the car we would definitely buy as our first EV and I was open minded as to where I'd buy from. When I contacted Luscombes I was put through to sales executive Ross Travis, who we then dealt with through out. I think it was the quality of support including the flexibility of approach that Ross and other MG staff offered that won us over and stood out from some other dealers and brands we experienced. One important feature from there off was that it felt like Ross was actually an EV enthusiast which was certainly not a universal experience with other car dealers who sold EVs. I was keen to take the car away and test drive it for a morning and really get a feel for it before I committed. Ross agreed to this which gave me and my wife the chance to decide if this was the car for us. Most other dealers just offer 25 -30 mins with the instructor in the car on a fixed route. That flexibility over test driving and keeping in regular touch throughout the process made all the difference. There were some temporary challenges in the process over getting the car registered by the manufacturer MG due to issues outside Luscombe's control, but Ross kept us informed throughout and he and his colleagues put every effort to expedite the process as far as they could. This was our first experience of buying a new car. I'd like to thank Ross and the rest of the Luscombe MG staff for helping make the experience a positive one.

Thank you to Ross at Luscome Leeds for the sale of my MG ZS EV. Appreciated the lack of heavy sell, and explanation of evidence re hybrid vs EV. Gave me a fair price in part-Ex for my old car, and all handled smoothly.

I had a MG on order from another Dealer for over 5 months and at the end of that period was confronted with an Email offering immediate delivery. To say I was appalled was an understatement!
This matter became the subject of some discussion with other MG owners, several of who independently offered the advice deal with Luscombes MG stating they are reliable and would offer a fair deal.
With these comments in mind I arranged a meeting with Ross Travis and was shown a comparison to the purchase I was awaiting. It became apparent that had made a mistake and promptly cancelled that Order. Ross offered virtually, a drive away purchase, at a competitive price which I had no hesitation in accepting.
I am finding Ross, Open, honest and helpful. He puts customer service first and prioritises the customer requirements rather than upselling features. He considers Affordability and only suggested necessary financial purchases (GAP insurance and Service Plan) which would be of Benefit during the term of the sales contract to enhance the ownership of the vehicle.
I have no reservations at the time of writing this revue in recommending Luscombe MG to People considering purchasing this particular brand .

Great service from Luscombe's and Nadeem whom I dealt with for purchase of my MG4. Car arrived sooner than promised. I was purchasing remotely and with part exchange and Nadeem made the process straight forward, dealing with things efficiently and in a friendly way. The new car was delivered today and I am really pleased with it.

Brilliantly service from James at MG. I got the car I wanted in a matter of weeks. James kept me informed throughout the process and was easy to contact when I had any questions.

Nadeem, the sales Exec was really helpful efficient, and good advice was received. I would never have thought he had only recently started.

Finally found an excellent after sales business and not just upfront sales service.

Bought a new MG from Luscombe in July. Very little information given about the car at handover. Within 2 days, the wing mirrors and windows packed in. Apparently a fault with MG. Live 16 mile away from the dealership, so took the car, at my expense to be sorted out. Three weeks later same fault occurred. Month later occurred for the third time. Decided that as we live only 4 mile away from another MG dealership to take the car there rather than Luscombe's. They said my redress was with Luscombe's as they sold the car. Now they have at last received a relacement part from MG (know that this is not Luscombe's fault) so now have to take it again, so with travelling another wasted day. No offer of a Courtesy Car. Shall certainly not be taking my car to Luscombe's for a Service when it is due.

Great service from Luscombe’s and especially from Faz, Sales Msnager. Would certainly use them again.

Sales Exec., Lucy Moss, took very good care of us throughout our buying experience; she made sure we understood all aspects and introduced us to the Service Team, who answered our questions about all technical aspects of our new car.

The only minor omission was that no-one mentioned to us the £50 cash for a personal recommendation; for which our son, who had recently purchased an MG5, would have qualified.

Overall, a satisfactory experience.

Andy Manchester was the man I dealt with and he was spot on from the word go. I had a couple of followups to sort after I collected the car and he was just as helpful then.

Huge SHOUT OUT to Safi and Matt at Luscombe MG Leeds. This is definitely the place to go for your next car purchase! I recently bought MG ZS EV Trophy Connect there. The most easiest and smooth transaction from any dealership, I’ve ever experienced. Extremely impressed with the customer experience from the first enquiry through to purchase and after. My email and telephone enquiries were answered politely and promptly and made me feel confident in my decision to go ahead with the purchase. Safi knew everything about the car, answering my questions well. He also asked me questions to make sure I was looking at a vehicle that fitted my needs. Nothing was too much trouble and there was no ‘hard sell’ at all. Safi and Matt went above and beyond from the minute the car was delivered on-site to me collecting in a record breaking timescale…. 🤩 To say I’m happy or delighted with the car and service is an understatement. Love everything about the car from the steering, road handling, comfort, and user friendly interface to the whole customer experience. So much so, my husband is now in the process of purchasing another one from Safi. Really is personal service and a joy to find.

I paid a deposit that they said is refundable if you change your mind. But now trying to get a refund is like geting blood out of a stone. Well on the day i left this review i had sam contact me by phone he said that there was a issue with there stripe payment method and true he did action a refund that has now come through so someone that cares.
