What a poorly run service they called me today after booking a test drive to tell me the cars are out for loans, when i asked do you have any cars i can test drive they said not for saturday which i booked it in for, only monday terrible tactic and just playing with peoples time? their not serious and i wont be buying from their branch will be making a complaint to their head office absolute joke this place!!!!

Absolutely ridiculous experience
Absolutely ridiculous experience. Just called who I think was called Matt about a new RRS and my experience was absolutely ridiculous. Pushed me to the website 3 times rather than listening to my requirements even though I had already explained I had been to their website and this is why I was calling, highlighting the fact the website doesn’t include all the ingredients required to put the offer together.

Excellent, I bought my Range Rover Evoque from Rockar Land Rover and I have found the whole process from purchase to delivery to be seamless. Octa purchase
Enquiring on a used Octa they have for sale I was informed they don't allow test drives of the Octa.
Am I honestly expected to hand over £140000 Blind? Maybe dodged a bullet as it turns out they don't even have a service dept. they direct you to another JLR dealership.
Spoken to another dealership since with the same Octa black model and test drive was suggested before I even mentioned it. Rockar Canary Wharf a weird setup just a shop window no substance good if your shopping on price nothing else

Great deal and first class experience.
I wanted a new Range Rover Sport and contacted Rockar who were very competitive so I placed an order .
That was the start of a very positive experience . Edward was extremely professional, helpful and very responsive to any questions . There is none of this “press one for sales etc “ . The phones are answered by people and messages and / or missed calls are responded to very very quickly . None of the frustrations of phones ringing out …. A very unusual albeit pleasant experience in these mechanical times .
It’s the same with e mails . Very quick and helpful responses .
Once the order was placed , the Customer Support Team (Carolann and Amy ) kicked in and the very positive experiences continued. They really were excellent . Again quick and helpful responses and any issues anticipated and resolved seamlessly . The whole process was very very smooth and easy .
Delivery was arranged quickly and Sam turned up in an enclosed van - delivery and collection of the trade in was completed very efficiently.
I would highly recommend Rockar . First Class service

Excellent customer service and experience
I have recently purchased 2 brand new range rovers from Land Rover Rockar, my sales adviser Elisa was absolutely amazing, she kept me informed throughout the entire sales process, her experience and advice were excellent. She along with her manager Lee really gave me an experience I will remember and they both really looked after me, I will definitely be recommending them both and their service and I for sure will be using them again as a repeat client.

Rocker are just the best dealership!
Rocker are just the best dealership in the country when it comes to Range/Land Rover. What they offer, their deals, their approach to sales (epitomised by Richard) which is more supportive than overwhelming is fantastic. It is fantastic and I would recommend anyone to go to them over any other dealership in the country.
