I ordered the Coolnix air cooler and looking at all the photos it appeared to be approx 1 metre tall. It has just arrived. On the box it is Called a wall mounted desktop fan, and is about 30cm tall. Gross misrepresentation. I have emailed several times asking for details for a return and have been told that it is the product I ordered so they won't discuss any further. I am far from happy as you can imagine. I am now being told it doesn't fit criteria for a return. It says below the item when ordering. Returns available up to 30 days. If you go into small print apparently there's only a few reasons you can returned and feeling mislead by the photos and descriptions isn't one of them.

Please avoid this scam company. I brought a coolnix air cooler. Could not feel anything when turned on. Made with cheap plastic but cost me nearly £200! Have requested an email as it says return within 30 days. Refusing a refund so I emailed again asking why and am now just getting a generic no refund email. Asked for email for complaints got same refund refusal email

I have only given one star because there is nothing lower to choose. My Coolnix tower fan did not materialise. Instead a small wall mounted desktop fan has arrived
It will be interesting to see if a requested refund happens

Very expensive for what it is. Arguably not what it says it is.
Received damaged but the “customer services” person stated that it was not, in spite of photos to the contrary! It looks like we will have to pursue this through trading standards.

This is a complete con of a company . Do not use . The two fans I ordered took weeks to arrive , they wouldn't let me cancel and now both fans don't work . They are extremely poor items and not worth the money at all . Trying to get a refund is beyond a joke . Horrendous . Pleas do not waste your money on this company

I bought the wi-fi extender. It does not work at all. Friends and i have tried everything to get it to work but it does not work at all. lumenvira who dont have a phone do not believe its broken. They want me to make videos showing it does not work but then want more and more videos showing all sorts of conections. I could never satisfy their demands.last time i wrote they were talking about a different product with blue tooth speakers. it may all be AI. You can not speak to anybody on the phone as there is no number that works. This is a completely disreputable company that have no intention of ever giving a refund dispite them saying 30 day money back guarantee which is a complete lie. I am reporting them to Trading Standards and hope that anybody reading this is not foolish enough to buy anything from this dreadfull organisation.

Was sent a faulty wifi extender which came faulty try to resolve this issue,was told to send video proof which i did but they said they couldnt help me any further,no refund and case closed. Do not purchase from them

Do NOT use this scam of a company.
We ordered a Camurex doorbell camera, we couldnt download the necessary APP as it stated 'insecure'
The company would not let us return the ringdoor bell even though it was in tge original packing.
We had to claim a refund off PayPal.

The Airmix Cooler fan, which had many positive reviews, in no way matched the description on the website.
When I requested to return it (within the 30 day period they said I had to change my mind) they said the points I raised about poor airflow and cooling relate to my “personal expectations” rather than their being any manufacturing defect. Also that there is no evidence a defective item was supplied but a video / photos cannot evidence this, only feeling the fan when in use. £99 spent on something ineffective.
There is no ability to leave a review on their website.
To put it simply, in my opinion, do not order from this company. You may be lucky like some people seem to have been with their products. But you may be unlucky like me and lose a considerable sum of money.

Im still waiting for a refund after several weeks. The item I purchased was not what I received, it seems thus company is a scam and I paid £59.90 for a £5.00 product and then had to pay £10.00 to post back.Im out of pocket, no product and no refund. This is a scam website DO NOT Purchase

Would give no stars if that was possible. I feel like I have been scammed: I ordered a well-reviewed product, that was (very specifically) a rechargable epilator costing £60. What I was sent was a rather flimsy, battery operated mini-shaver, different type of product, different make and appearance,that seemed to me to be knock-off of a product made by Veet, and available elsewhere online for £8-16. When I contacted the company to say I had been sent the wrong product, and sent them a photograph (at their request) I was told I had been sent the correct product. When I pointed out (again) that it was a different type of product as well as a different make, I was stonewalled with reptitions that no, it was the correct product, and then told my case was closed. It felt like I was talking to a chatbot rather than a person; certainly, they were sending me stock replies as I got the same one twice. So, my experience was of a company advertising a good quality product on its site and then sending out a cheap item that was not even the same type of product. Update: since posting this review I have received an email from the company suggesting they might take legal action against me for reviewing my experience with them.

Royal Mail delivered parcel to wrong address Lumnvira would not accept this and were very cold in their response

I could give this a zero if i could. Firstly I wanted to cancel my order within half an hour of purchase and they didn't let me, they said I need to refund it, and now even though the return address was on there, I returned it and now they are saying they can't give me a refund because we didn't provide with the address. They think customers have time to go back and forth with them whilst having busy lives. When I told them this, their tone also changed from being nice to being cold!

I bought a portable speaker from here. The battery only lasts 2 hours (after owning it for a month, it’s supposed to last for 6hours)
I have tried to get a refund, however I was 2DAYS over the return period.
The only help that was offered was if I sent a video of the problem (obviously not possible)

Terrible product. Late arriving. Managed to get it to work. Describe it as adequate for the first few weeks. Then it was sporadic, sometimes it would pick up images, then not.
Had a message to say the battery was low, charged it, then couldn’t get it to work at all.
Customer services were very rude and quite threatening, which was quite upsetting.

Bought an Arbina strimmer. After one use it broke . They are now refusing to repair or replace. Received a very rude email from them advising case closed.

The product ordered was not delivered to my address. I am in conversation with the company regarding the incorrect delivery - hopefully this is sorted soon.

This company dosent make it easy too return items the WiFi extender dosent work with any of our equipment and I’m not sending back to china money lost

I paid £50 for a Bluetooth speaker that took nearly a month to arrive and then when it did it was not the brand, definitely not the quality advertised and selected. I will await to see if they respond to my demand for a refund.

i ordered a dash cam at £79.90 i don't know what i expected but i was willing to see if it was a decent product , it arrived quickly so i was at least happy with that , However the Dashcam wouldn't switch on or power up , Luminvera asked me to send multiple videos of me trying to switch it on and ended up stating that i wasn't switching on correctly (i have no idea how pressing a power button wrong goes) i have asked multiple times for them to at least take it back to investigate the fault , but no response from them £79 is a lot of money i cant just buy another Dash cam , it like they just keep blaming me for Switching it on wrong ???? that is crazy absolutely terrible product/customer service
