Dont waste your money its a lot smaller than it looks and doesnt cool a room, its only alright if your sitting right in front of it.
Save your money please and just go down your local shop and get a cheap one it will do the same job and cost you a quarter of the price.
I,ll say it again please dont buy this product just buy a cheap one and it will do just the same job.
The delivery is a joke as well it comes from china and it takes 13 days

As requested by customer service, I sent photos of the Fans I received, but they insist I was sent the correct articles.
The picture and description of the product I ordered online are nothing like the articles I received, yet Customer Service insists they are.
I have repeatedly asked for their return process, but they refuse to allow a return, as the original product I ordered had a 15% reduction.
I would never again buy a product from Lumenvira and advise anyone else to do the same

I ordered a Coolnix Air Cooler - Bladeless Cordless Whisper-Quiet. This is an air cooler that stands on the floor as per the photograph on the website. They sent Wall-Mounted Desktop Fan. They refuse to accept that this is not the item I ordered. They refuse to provide a return address. They refuse a refund. Their communication is rude. It is also, potentially, illegal under the Consumer Rights Act (2015)

We like a number of other reviewers ordered 2no. Coolnix Air Cooler - Bladeless, Cordless, Whisper-Quiet Fans from Lumenvira they are shown on the order confirmation as standing on the floor. However, what has arrived are 2no. Wall Mounted Desktop Fans 328mm in length which are not the same items as advertised or as confirmed in our order.
Lumenvira repeatedly and stubbornly tell us that we have received what we ordered when it is plain to see that this is not correct. This is a gross misrepresentation.
Lumenvira forwarded to us a screenshot of the order confirmation showing the freestanding Coolnix Fan and we in return sent a photo of the Wall-Mounted Desktop fans that arrived.
Lumenvira has thus far refused our request for a refund or replacement with the correct product and in our view its credibility is in question when it point blank refuses to acknowledge that the description of the goods delivered when compared to the order are different. Despite the fact that the images submitted of what was ordered and what was delivered are clearly not compatible.
Attempts to contact Lumenvira by telephone to discuss the issue are met with continual 'estoy communicando' (I'm talking) responses.
We note that in response to previous reviews Lumenvira again repeats, despite the evidence to the contrary, that what has been delivered is as per the order when this is irrefutably not the case.
In refusing to offer a refund or allow the erroneous goods that were received to be returned upon substitution by the correct items we believe that Lumenvira is acting outside of the following regulations, for example:
1. The Consumer Rights Act 2015
2. The Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations 2008
3. The Business Protection from Misleading Marketing Regulations 2008
It is unfortunate that Trustpilot does not have an upload facility for photographs as it would be obvious to all if the photos were revealed as to the problem.
We have a right to a full refund, however, Lumenvira has not responded to our latest request.
Now it looks as though as Lumenvira has updated its website to include a picture of a wall mounted version of this fan !!
It also appears that the company is registered in Spain not in the UK.

Brought a door camera, absolutely rubbish, won’t hold a charge, tried contacting customer support and they want videos, absolute joke, do not waste your money, EDITED, as they have replied to this and putting my full name and address in, which is against the date protection act, and they are rude in the emails, how do they expect me to video the app, and to show that the battery doesn’t hold, only last an hour at most, so I took screenshots and was told this was unacceptable, absolute joke, rude customer service, I will be reporting to trading standards, was told to delete my comment as they won’t edit there reply with my full name and address on. Absolute scammers

I also ordered the Coolnix Air Cooler. What a joke. Very expensive, misleading product information and very poor quality product. The box describes it as a Desktop fan which is not how it is portrayed on their web site (which does not give any dimensions only dimensions of a larger looking fan). It was not obvious that it was coming from China when I ordered it either. Avoid this scam! I will try for a refund but judging other reviews that is unlikely.....

When ordered prodct arrived, didnt match photo or description from online. Queried with customer service, they were pretty unhelpful, didnt really wabt to know and then closed my query with no resolve. Avoid

I ordered 2 doorbell cameras. 1 was supposedly sent to my old address. Never arrived. I was overcharged £10 on one of them. I am trying to get my money back but my emails are being ignored completely. I am disabled and cannot afford to lose £50. I want my money back!!

I am another customer who ordered a Tower Fan and received a small wall mounted or desktop fan. They have emailed me to say they will not refund my money and will not reply to any further emails and that the matter is closed! Do not trust them, do not risk buying anything from them, they are scamming people out of their money.
They have sent me the wrong fan, as they have done previously, according to other customers, as discovered on Google and Trustpilot. They have not given me a reason for not refunding £99.99 to me and not given me the returns policy. What they have said is the matter is closed and will not reply to any further emails or send me further emails.
The product has not been damaged on opening because I have not fully opened it, and this has never been mentioned to me before. How would they know if it was damaged on opening? It is completely intact, with a very clear name of the fan to see, which I did not disturb.
I find this whole saga very disconcerting and untruthful.

I bought what I thought and was advertised in photos on their website as a tower fan (Coolnix Air Cooler).
This tiny rubbishy fan arrived.
When I contacted Lumenvira by email regarding a refund, they said my claim was not valid, even though it was in the original packaging and unused!!
I am furious, and trying to contact them by telephone although not having any success so far😡

I just received a comment on Trip Advisor to the wrong person!
The product I received was already damaged when I received it. I only took it out of the box to look at it, noticed it was a bad product, put it back in the box and asked for a refund!!

The disgusting length of time it took to deliver the rubbish coolnix air cooler what a joke they are around 10 inch tall and don’t even blow a breeze! Trying to return! They wont let me nor will they offer me a refund i bought 2 for 149? Absolutely rubbish ! Avoid this rip off company

Extremely poor customer service. Long delivery time. Item not as stated. Very cheap and nasty. Avoid them like the plague.

Just had a response suggesting I was happy with the item. I certainly would not have sent an email saying that. Supposedly whisper quiet which it certainly isn't. Fans passable but not for nearly RRP of £200. Would be ok if it cost less than £40.

The Coolnix Air Cooler fan is a very poor impersonation of what was advertised. £99 for a cheap, very poor quality excuse for a fan with a returns pdf that cannot be opened. It is 'whisper-quiet' because it hardly does anything.
Do not get tricked as I did.

Ordered an air cooler for £99.99. Item is very small and flimsy - looks very cheap. Item was also delivered damaged. Contacted the company who advised that we did not qualify for a refund or return. I queried why and was pointed at their ‘returns terms & condition’. Cannot see anything on there that would apply in this situation. Still waiting for clarification. Very disappointed.

EDIT: The response from LuminVera is wholly incorrect, and to publish my personal details is a disgraceful and massive breach of data and privacy. Bullying tactics. The fan blades cannot be re-positioned because the hard plastic cross pieces are bent and cracked, as I have told them repeatedly with photographic evidence. They have chosen to ignore the bit about the bent cross pieces. Their response speaks volumes for the company and their customer service. Unfortunately, I now have to report LuminVera to the Information Commissioners' Office for a serious breach of data protection law.

ADDITIONAL EDIT: LuminVera tried to remove this review, citing "defamation". It has been rejected. An accusation of defamation is never going to succeed if the statement complained of is true: in this case, my review. Given they have published my details, if anyone would like further information and photographic evidence of the product under debate, please contact me and I shall oblige.

Do NOT buy anything from LumenVira! The customer service is appalling. I received a broken air cooler. The box, wrapped only in a single layer of crumpled plastic and yellowed tape, was crushed. The blades had come out of their slots, and the hard plastic cross pieces were bent and broken. Despite clear photographs showing both the broken cooler and the crushed box, I was told: "...there is no defect or damage with the product"! In the photos, the break in the plastic cross piece is clear to see. The blades and cross pieces do not look anything like the image on the box as they are clearly bent and broken. This company is a scandal. The customer service is a scandal. They just want customers to claim a refund on their credit cards for their faulty products, rather than take responsibility. Do not support them! Do NOT buy anything from LumenVira!

Ordered a camera doorbell, after 4 days of use even with solar charger connected power went down to 20% also I don't get notifications when someone approaches.
I emailed and explained the problem and said I want to return goods I get email back saying can you send video of problem, I asked how am I supposed to video my app showing problem when I've already clearly explained problem, no answer.
Following day I email asking for return instructions again I get send video, I explained I'm within my rights after 4 days to request refund, as they cannot sort it out I'll contact credit card company to get refund

Bought a fan, twice the price of the same product elsewhere. Misleading advert. No dimensions given and photos made it look much larger. Refused return even though their policy said you could. Had to resort to PayPal. DO NOT USE!

The advertisement was misleading, the item was extremely disappointing and the returns process is prohibitively expensive and convoluted.

Do not use this disgusting robbing company. Description incorrect . Delivery incorrect. Product is pathetic and poor quality. Then they refuse a return and ignore you. Absolute charletans.

I ordered two floor-standing cool fans from this company. What turned up was two wall-mounted desktop fans. I asked to return them for a refund and sent both a photograph of the two items delivered and a link to the webpage showing the product I had ordered. They replied that they had delivered the correct items and considered the matter resolved. When I objected to this and asked for them to instigate a return, they refused to do so and published a very rude reply on Trustpilot which included my full address and suggested incorrectly that I wanted to keep products without paying for them, when I had actually asked to return them. I can only suggest that people avoid this company.
