Do not buy from these people
I purchased a door bell camera back in June and returned it by Royal Mail track and trace within a week
We are in August now and I am still waiting for a refund
They even told PayPal that I had not supplied proof of return even though it was signed for on the Royal Mail tracking
It has cost me £49.90 plus the £13.50 post to get nothing
Avoid purchasing from them

Ordered a wifi booster because of the 'moneyback guarantee'
It didn't work, so requested to return the item under the moneyback guarantee. I was asked to send footage of the item not working.
Refused and requested the return option as per their advert.
Reported them to PayPal and was offered a full refund, provided the item was returned ...... to Valencia.
The return address is quoted as London on the package.
Cost to return £13.10 - acceptable. However the tax chargeable to me was a further £15 making the return uneconomical to return.

AVOID, AVOID, AVOID.

Spend your money elsewhere or give it to charity before buying from this company.

Having ordered what looked like a cooling tower fan from LumenVira, which is how it’s shown on their website graphics, which are highly misleading, instead I received what can only be described as a very poor quality desktop fan, I gave it 1 star as this is the lowest possible, avoid this company altogether will be reporting them to trading standards

Beware this outfit! It is likely that what you receive bears little resemblance to what is described and illustrated on their website. And you will get no response when you complain! They are based in Spain.

The vaunted returns policy is not worth the paper it is written on. I bought two Coolmix fans. One worked, just, the other didn't. Together with the additional filters it was £155 badly spent

I bought two fans from this company- I spent £195 on what I thought were two floor standing towers.
They took over two weeks to be delivered by which time the weather was cooling down.
When they eventually arrived, they were tiny desk fans. Certainly not worth £100.00!!!
I promptly contacted them by email because there was no telephone number.
The response was an automated email which stated that there was no refund on a sale item.
This was subsequently sent to me again when I disagreed.
I need to get my money back because the heater is like a plastic toy that doesn’t expel cold air as promised. And it’s noisy!
Really poor.

I bought the Coolnix Air Cooler - Bladeless, Cordless, Whisper-Quiet , totally misleading photos on the website make it look a lot bigger than it actually is, I received a small wall mounted desk top fan 13 inches long, paid through PayPal so raised a complaint and the company said I could send it back for a refund, however sending it back to Spain was going to cost me £45 (£19 for the parcel and £26 duty) I emailed them and asked if I could return somewhere in the Uk but was provided no alternative address, escalated to PayPal who refused my claim because I didn’t provide the tracking information for sending it back in time, lesson learned always check Trust pilot before buying anything

I ordered a £100 fan,which was never delivered,I am not saying it was the company fault but probably the delivery company in U.K.
After a few emails,exchanged the case was closed without getting the item or money back.NOT TO BE TRUSTED,order elsewhere, this company should be shut down,I personally should have trusted my gut after reading so many negative reviews,don't make the same mistake I did,you could be gambling your money....

Deeply unethical business. They sell items "in a sale" (still vastly overpriced) and then say the item cannot be refunded because it was bought in a sale. Also no refund if the thin plastic packaging is opened, so by looking at the item you are committed to buying it.

Poor description of items - no dimensions given on the fan we bought and AI generated pictures give unreliable impressions of the size. In one picture the fan was much bigger than a seated year old baby, in another it was about 25 cm on a car dashboard.
Items are cheap quality.

The item was bought by a close family member, under their name. Doubtless Lumenvira will say they don't recognise the transaction/review but be assured the transaction did happen and this review is our genuine experience.

I would give this company zero stars .it's a disgrace.my son ordered a WiFi booster as he works from home, it took so long for delivery we got one from virgin media
He contacted this company asking to return the item the box hasn't been opened.they said he couldn't return it as the reason wasn't a valid one . unbelievable
It is the law you can return anything within 14 days.what a con of a company

I ordered a wi-fi signal booster over three months ago and I still haven't received it. After many emails I was told it had been delivered in February! Months before I actually placed my order, also to another part of the country. This company are a con. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

Avoid using this Company. Like a lot of other comments , they are in breach of imagery, and poor shoddy goods with respect to Coolnix Fan. They will not allow Returns, and make it clear they not issuing an address. I made a complaint via CAB.. who forward to Trading Standards. Let’s hope in the future, similar rogues like this get shut down.

The two air coolers I ordered finally arrived after 3 weeks and were badly damaged and totally unusable. I advised Lumenvira immediately and they asked me to send pictures which I did by return. They claimed that they couldn't be held responsible and are not responding to my emails since, after two weeks.

The images on the website are misleading and suggest the product is much bigger. I have received a very expensive 13inch mini fan. Avoid this website! Unfortunately no chance of getting a refund!!!!

I am trying to return an item which is not the same as I ordered . They are insisting that it is the same !!
I wish I had seen previous responses where this has happened. I am trying to get my money back .

Do not waste your money ordering anything from this company. Their marketing is totally misleading. I ordered 4 tower fans from their website over a month ago. What arrived was nothing like description. I am trying to get a refund but they ignore emails and phone number doesn’t exist.

Received this desk top fan after a wait. It looks like a tower fan on the pics but when u get it it's just a bog standard desk top fan, nothing at all special. Mine doesn't even work? No dimensions and the company are crafty as just under £100 so u can't claim back on your credit card. Also it came from China, which I wasn't aware if, if I knew I wouldn't have ordered it, lesson learnt. I will try for a refund but dont hold out much hope. AVOID THIS LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!

I too ordered the Coolnix Air Cooler as many others who have provided reviews on trustpilot. First of all I selected the product as it came at the top of a search list for best fans for room cooling, beating other major names so I thought I was on to a winner….definitely not. There was no indication the product was coming from China, it just stated fast delivery - over 2 weeks! The product arrived and was so far away from what was advertised it would break all advertising laws in the UK. The pictures shown on the website show the fan freestanding in a room with what must have been tiny furniture as this thing was just about good enough for a desktop. Another picture shows people sat around the fan that makes it look approximately a metre tall whereas it is actually around 30cm. It states it can cool a whole room, at that size it couldn’t cool a small toilet!! It also states whisper quiet, admittedly on the lowest setting it is quiet but you can hardly feel the airflow. On higher settings it is very loud. The charging took around 3-4 hours and on higher settings you only get about 2-3 hours use - pretty pointless. Spoke to customer services and while the website states no quibble 30 day returns, they requested a video for their technicians to diagnose the problem. I sent them a quick video with a note to state all my issues but held no hope. Luckily I paid with PayPal so I raised a case in preparation and forced a return via them. I had to pay the return costs to a service centre in Spain and it wasn’t cheap but out of principle I did not want this company getting my money. £99.99 is an absolute joke for a product advertised as ‘room cooling’. How they can sell in the UK being so misleading is unbelievable!!! Avoid like the plague!!

Smaller than expected and icons on the screen are so small you can barely see them. Not easy to operate and customer service were not very helpful. They didn't want to accept a return of the product for a refund and didn't answer all our queeries.
Memory card was not in a sealed packet!
