I would give no stars if I could

I would give no stars if I could. Absolutely avoid at all costs please. I ordered 1 rfid wallet(Sunday) and they charged me for three. I cancelled my order via email within a couple of hours as the link to the website in their email did not work for me to cancel the order. They then sent me in the reply to my cancellation request the following day (Monday) saying my order would be posted on Tuesday. I contacted them several times asking why they were still shipping after they had received my cancellation but got no answer. I then received the package of really cheap badly put together plastic rfid card holders. For which I had been charged nearly £80.00. The return address was on the outside of the package they sent me so I returned it to them via Royal Mail tracking. Today the saga continues as they have advised they will not refund me as the return address on the package is not a valid address. Why is it on there in the first place then I am very confused.

In response to the reply below. This is absolutely not true I cancelled within a couple of hours on the Sunday and received an email on the Monday from
Olivia confirming my parcel would be dispatched on the Tuesday. Your confirmation email was the response to my cancellation request. In addition if there is a return address on the parcel why would I not assume this is the address to return it to.? It is absolutely incredible that you would put an invalid return address on your parcels. This implies to me that along with making it as difficult as possible to cancel or return an item. The return address is deliberately incorrect so if people return items you can refuse to refund. As advised in my various emails I have returned directly via Royal Mail tracking to the return address on the parcel I received. In addition the quality of the product was really poor and despite your protest that it is high quality I can assure you had the item been in a shop for that price I would not have bought it. I paid nearly £80 as somehow my order was changed from 1 wallet to three. Another example of you really poor customer service.

Your order was processed and shipped on the same working day it was placed, as our warehouse dispatches orders immediately upon receipt during business days. Unfortunately, your cancellation request was received several days after the order had already been shipped, making it no longer possible to stop the shipment at that stage.

In our response, we clearly explained that you could still return the order once delivered by contacting us to obtain an RMA number and the correct return instructions. However, we did not receive any follow-up request for return authorization, nor did you request the official return address from our support team.

Instead, the parcel was sent to an address that does not belong to our warehouse. As such, we have not received the returned item, and we are unable to process a refund for a return that has not been delivered to us. We strongly recommend verifying return instructions with our team before sending any items back to avoid this situation.

Regarding the product, the Sentron RFID Blocking Card is not made of simple plastic as stated, and the price of the product is clearly listed on our website. The pack you purchased is priced at £29.99, which can be verified here: https://lumenvira.com/products/sentron-rfid-blocking-card

No refund for faulty goods

I ordered battery shears from this Spanish Co.The shears arrived directly from China and did not work. The batteries were faulty.They deny any problems despite having been sent 3 videos. They did not supply the goods, they just place orders in China who deliver. They deny problems on goods they have never seen and want the buyer to return goods at their expense. The warranty states that it is only for residents of China. I would strongly advise avoiding this company as their customer service is just a list of denials. Refund was not approved on faulty goods they have never seen, just ordered and supplied by third parties.
Update I was offered a 50% refund, which I accepted. Then LumenVira told me it was subject to me removing this review. What a Class Act they are.

LumenVira are a fraudulent company

LumenVira failed to deliver my goods due to them incorrectly labelling the package with the wrong address detail. They refused to resend the goods unless I paid an additional fee for their mistake even though they admitted making the moistake. The good were sent back to them by the carrier. They have refused to refund my money and have stopped answering my emails. They have stolen my money. Do not use them as they are ultimately thieves. I will retract this review if I receive my money back or the goods I ordered from them.

Order acknowledged but no information

I ordered a wifi extender from this business, receiving an acknowledgement on 13/02/26 saying that delivery would take place within 7 working days.
Since then I have received no further information - not even a tracking number. Attempts to contact to supplier on what appears to be a UK phone number produced a rapid Spanish voice saying something I did not understand. Further attempts at communication have proved fruitless.

Poor customer service

Purchased a doorbell camera which is not compatible with 5G!
Wasn't made clear prior to purchase.
Offered a 50% refund then reneged as it was out of return period (I did offer to return it). It took weeks to arrive and the return period was from date of purchase.
Left with a product that is totally useless to me.
Feel totally ripped off. I would avoid this company at all costs.

This company scam people!

Same as nearly all the other customers, company are completely scamming people then hiding these reviews.=please don’t buy of this company as an absolute nightmare and should be shut down as not acceptable what they are doing!

I ordered a small robot dog for my…

I ordered a small robot dog for my grandaughter. It arrived and it was very poor quality, the box was second hand, squashed and the toy inside was unsafe, of very poor quality, and not fit for purpose. When I complained I was told I had to send it back to China,(no mention that it was Chinese) or I could have a 50% refund. What a scam. Don't buy from this company.
I have been asked for more details otherwise this review will be deleted. What more can I add other than customer services were NOT concerned at all. Plus i have since found out that the product can be bought elsewhere for a fraction that I paid. The toy barked and that was supposed to be rebotic !!

Product doesn’t work, AVOID this company

Product doesn’t work. They flat out refused to give me a refund/replace the product. They kept telling me that it does work. For those who haven’t recieved their item or their item is faulty, you can claim the money back via your bank, which is what I am now doing under the consumer rights act.

Do Not Shop Here

Do Not Shop Here - Item was bought as a present, the WiFi booster makes my internet worse rather than better. Because I am organised and bought my sons present earlier than his actual birthday, they advised that because it was over 30 days I was unable to have a refund and refused to replace it if I couldn’t prove there was a fault with the item. But when reading the other reviews, I would have to pay for the return and it would be more expensive than the item itself.

It cost £50 to return

The camera took 2 weeks to arrive and when it did the quality was very poor. I sent it back through there 'hassle free returns policy.' The return address is in Spain and I was told it had to be sent recorded delivery or they wouldn't accept it. This cost £14. A full refund was then confirmed but when the refund arrived £40 had been deducted for 'customs'. I did dispute it and was told the case was closed.

Do Not Buy From This Company!

I can't stress enough, do not buy from this company.
The product sent no way matched what was advertised on their website. It's all a scam with other people experiencing the same issue. Only when the payment provider intervened that I received a full refund.

Returning is at YOUR own expenses and they will argue with you in the reviews/returns emails. They're scamming customers and having any negative reviews hidden.

Poor quality products and rude Customer Service

I did some research into Dashcams before placing the order. This was for my husband's Christmas present.
As soon as I placed my order l was somewhat suspicious about this Company. I did some more research and found the products were poor quality. I immediately asked to cancel the order. But they refused. I was in contact with their so called Customer Service. Customer Service. I put to her that I found the products were poor. She was VERY rude and insulting to me. The product arrived and I could tell from the packaging that it looked cheap. My husband had ordered a Dashcam as a present for one of our family which was much better quality and considerably cheaper. This is so disappointing to me. My husband is very knowledgeable about technology and he agreed. I asked to return the product but they wanted to charge a large amount of money. So it was not possible to do this. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY OR IT’S PRODUCTS.

Was sent a pro heater costs £70 and did not heat at all.
I had to pay £15 to return product to Spain only to be offered a £48 refund.
Abuse of consumer rights and dreadful quality and misleading sale on website
Please do not use them! I’ve lost money and had to buy another heater from a UK store

As clearly stated in our policies, customs duties and import charges are applicable for orders shipped to the UK, as the United Kingdom is no longer part of the European Union. These charges are imposed by local authorities and are outside of our control. If customs fees are not paid or are incurred, they are deducted from any refund, as they are non-recoverable by us.

Regarding the product, our support team made every effort to assist you and offered troubleshooting and alternative solutions in order to avoid a return, which is always our first approach. The return to Spain was completed under our standard return policy, and the refund issued reflects the original order amount minus non-refundable customs charges and return-related costs, in full compliance with our terms and conditions.

We regret that you are dissatisfied, but we categorically reject claims of abuse of consumer rights or misleading sales. All conditions, including customs, returns, and refunds, are transparently stated on our website prior to purchase.
