I purchased some battery operated secateurs / shears from this company who passed the order to China for fulfilment. When the item arrived I found that the batteries were dead and would not hold a charge. An Email to this Spanish company resulted in their request for a video showing non function. This was sent but was refuted. A series of messages resulted in NO refund. A refund was refused on an item that had never seen Spain ! A request by me for a chargeback on my card was approved by my Bank, so I am not out of pocket. But, be warned this company is not one that I would recommend anyone go near.Do so at your own risk

Lumenvira seems to be a company that has completely useless products such as the Bluetooth speaker I bought from a comparison site that seems also a con.
The speaker cost me just under £50. It arrived in a box with no label with no instructions inside and a cable that did not charge it for more than 5 mins. The sound was terrible and after a little while it started ‘beeping’ every 30 seconds very loudly. I checked the comparison site and everything about is is fake. The customer care dept responded saying they can either refund me half the cost or I can send the speaker back. The address on the parcel was clearly not correct so I asked where to send it. Of course the answer came with an address in China and me having to cover export and import costs.. which left me with the choice of having to accept half my money. It has allegedly been refunded although I have not seen it yet.
I have reported their websites as well as the comparison site to the ASA

I paid £29.90 for a car scratch remover nano spray for cars it eventually arrived from China even though (Lumenvira are supposed to be a uk company ) what arrived to say I was surprised was without exaggeration a large thimble size of liquid this is nothing less than a scam buy from this company at your own risk

I recommend not buying from this company and if I could do zero stars I would. I purchased the xtendpro WiFi booster and it does not work. When I contacted them I was told I need to upload a video. I was unable to do this and had already experienced a great deal of inconvenienced trying to install it before realising it was faulty. I advised them at what stage in the process it was not functioning. I was then rudely advised that with no video they will assume it is working. I then asked to invoke the ‘no fuss’ 30 day money back guarantee as per their website as I was still in that timeframe and was advised that with no video, case closed. I was then advised (which felt like a warning) that if I leave a poor review, their legal team monitors for misleading information! All facts here and I will now be the one seeking legal advice re their misleading information to entice customers into purchasing. Worst company I have dealt with in a very long time and no refund on a faulty £40 product.

This company is a complete scam. I bought a WiFi extender which does not work, when I emailed their customer service team they tried to get me to pay to ship it back to china after spending £60 on a faulty device. They then let me know that any costs to send back to them I would have to cover. Absolutely disgusting service. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SCAMMING COMPANY!!

I ordered a wifi extender from this business, receiving an acknowledgement on 13/02/26 saying that delivery would take place within 7 working days.
Since then I have received no further information - not even a tracking number. Attempts to contact to supplier on what appears to be a UK phone number produced a rapid Spanish voice saying something I did not understand. Further attempts at communication have proved fruitless.

Hi I ordered two heater in last November still haven’t received them.Their customer service team is really unhelpful.Please avoid this company at any cost

The headlamp product stated a 6 hour battery life but barely manages 1 hour. The return period is only 28 days and the support team weren’t interested.

Expensive, took ages to arrive and disappointing quality.

Avoid.

Purchased a doorbell camera which is not compatible with 5G!
Wasn't made clear prior to purchase.
Offered a 50% refund then reneged as it was out of return period (I did offer to return it). It took weeks to arrive and the return period was from date of purchase.
Left with a product that is totally useless to me.
Feel totally ripped off. I would avoid this company at all costs.

Same as nearly all the other customers, company are completely scamming people then hiding these reviews.=please don’t buy of this company as an absolute nightmare and should be shut down as not acceptable what they are doing!

I ordered a small robot dog for my grandaughter. It arrived and it was very poor quality, the box was second hand, squashed and the toy inside was unsafe, of very poor quality, and not fit for purpose. When I complained I was told I had to send it back to China,(no mention that it was Chinese) or I could have a 50% refund. What a scam. Don't buy from this company.
I have been asked for more details otherwise this review will be deleted. What more can I add other than customer services were NOT concerned at all. Plus i have since found out that the product can be bought elsewhere for a fraction that I paid. The toy barked and that was supposed to be rebotic !!

Product doesn’t work. They flat out refused to give me a refund/replace the product. They kept telling me that it does work. For those who haven’t recieved their item or their item is faulty, you can claim the money back via your bank, which is what I am now doing under the consumer rights act.

Do Not Shop Here - Item was bought as a present, the WiFi booster makes my internet worse rather than better. Because I am organised and bought my sons present earlier than his actual birthday, they advised that because it was over 30 days I was unable to have a refund and refused to replace it if I couldn’t prove there was a fault with the item. But when reading the other reviews, I would have to pay for the return and it would be more expensive than the item itself.

The camera took 2 weeks to arrive and when it did the quality was very poor. I sent it back through there 'hassle free returns policy.' The return address is in Spain and I was told it had to be sent recorded delivery or they wouldn't accept it. This cost £14. A full refund was then confirmed but when the refund arrived £40 had been deducted for 'customs'. I did dispute it and was told the case was closed.

I can't stress enough, do not buy from this company.
The product sent no way matched what was advertised on their website. It's all a scam with other people experiencing the same issue. Only when the payment provider intervened that I received a full refund.

Returning is at YOUR own expenses and they will argue with you in the reviews/returns emails. They're scamming customers and having any negative reviews hidden.

I did some research into Dashcams before placing the order. This was for my husband's Christmas present.
As soon as I placed my order l was somewhat suspicious about this Company. I did some more research and found the products were poor quality. I immediately asked to cancel the order. But they refused. I was in contact with their so called Customer Service. Customer Service. I put to her that I found the products were poor. She was VERY rude and insulting to me. The product arrived and I could tell from the packaging that it looked cheap. My husband had ordered a Dashcam as a present for one of our family which was much better quality and considerably cheaper. This is so disappointing to me. My husband is very knowledgeable about technology and he agreed. I asked to return the product but they wanted to charge a large amount of money. So it was not possible to do this. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY OR IT’S PRODUCTS.

I had to pay £15 to return product to Spain only to be offered a £48 refund.

Parcel went missing although Yodel said it was delivered. At that point lumenvira washed their hands of problem. Should use a more reliable delivery company & customer service terrible

I placed an order which didn’t arrive in time to gift as a present. I contacted Lumenvira with the details and a refund was issued once the form had been submitted. The process was simple, stress free. I would recommend Lumenvira, I didn’t test the product but I can say the customer service was excellent.

I had a great customer service experience with this company. Unfortunately the item I purchased was broken however they immediately refunded the full amount to me and were extremely kind and easy to communicate with. I will definitely shop with them again.
