Signed up in August, In 5 months I have been switched, from Eon, ToTo Energy, EDF and now iSupply energy. In the latest mess of a switch, I've ended up with my gas and electric on separate suppliers and in excess credit with one supplier.
I've had to spend an hour on the phone to one supplier to ascertain what is going on. Logged a support ticket with Lookaftermybills, 6 days have passed with no response.

I CANNOT recommend this service. I though it would allow me to take a hands off approach to saving money on my bills, its been quite the opposite. Look for a good deal yourself, signup and forget about it until the promotional period is up and then repeat the process, this will be FAR less hassle.

Also appear to value spending time removing negative reviews rather than helping their customers, lets see how long this stays live before they contest it as "not a genuine customer".

I FOR ONE WILL WELCOME BACK LOOK AFTER MY BILLS.

I am a customer of Look After My Bills, and I look forward to their return when the energy market settles down. This is a great company and prevents me from searching the market every year because they do it for me. I look forward to their return, and I do not understand these poor reviews from other people.

Not worth it

Set this up years ago and referred a number of people to this service. Never have received any of the agreed referral fee and they have fails to switch my service. Try elsewhere

It started very well until I was…

It started very well until I was transferred to another utility supplier I was shocked with a big bill and I was transferred without being informed or communication before transferring my file.

Thanks for managing my file 2 years, they have good customer service and staff dealing with queries but the only issue I had is transferring my file without informing

Joke of a company

Been using LAMB, absolute joke of a company name as this is precisely what they never done.

Put me with Utility Point, then switched me to EDF, despite having my direct debits leaving my account every month. I now allegedly owe £3046, with EDF demanding £5000 a year! So my monthly bill for gas and electricity is over £600 per month.

Look after my bills transferred my…

Look after my bills transferred my energy supplier from utility point to green energy. I was in credit with Utility point. Utility point went bust and look after my bills said credit balances would be returned by EDF. This is not the case and I am out of pocket with no chance of getting over £100 back.

Terrible service.

Absolute rubbish

Absolute rubbish! I was looking at one of their emails and came across an advert for marriage tax rebate. Filled it all in but it looks like it was a scam. Emailed LAMB and they just replied they are standing down due to current situation. No mention of my scam. 1 week later more emails. Tried again to mention the scam, they reply with - due to the current situation we are standing down.

Cancellation Process

My experience with Look After My Bills has overall been very positive. I was transferred from British Gas to Peoples Energy and benefited from substantial savings. Of course Peoples Energy then ceased trading and Ofgem moved me back to British Gas.

Given the volatility in the energy market I would now prefer to look after my own bills (at least for the time being).

It was very difficult to find out how to cancel my account, but eventually established that an email needed to be sent to 'dpo..gocompare.c..' (edited as TrustPilot do not allow email addresses to be used in reviews).

I sent an email one month ago providing the requested information (full name, first line of address, post code, date of birth and reason for cancellation).

Unfortunately despite following the cancellation instructions precisely I have heard nothing. Has the process changed, or does the delay reflect staffing shortages or a backlog of work?

Joke of a company

Joke of a company. They botched our switch meaning our electricity prices shot up, then passed me around people trying to work out the issue until they eventually realised a human error meant they'd switched the wrong flat. They offered to pay the diff between our old tariff and the higher tariff, but then we received an additional final bill of £300 which they did not help with. Now I go to check my tariff and find they're simply aren't finding new deals so I'm back on the standard variable tariff when I should have moved to a new fixed one in December, before the huge price hikes. They literally cost me hundreds of pounds.

My daughter i recommended look after my…

My daughter i recommended look after my bills they did that she's in debt of £1000 changed her supplier she is paying two racked up a debt. I've emailed and they don't reply will not recommended again. What's your bet they don't reply

Switch

LAMB switched me with no notification whatsoever to a tariff that at the time would have cost an extra £300per annum.
Following this I no longer trusted this organisation to act in my best interest so asked 3 times by Email for them to close my account and remove all my details Including financial from their data base.
Over the intervening g period this they have failed to do so I finally had to resort to the information commissioner for assistance.I have just had a reply from the Commissioner and LAMB have been given 28 days to comply.
In short if you want a company to act in your best interest then my advice is to avoid this one at all costs

Do not use Them. I signed up with LAMB and they switched…

I signed up with LAMB and they switched me onto People's Energy, and after a year onto Utility Point. All emails from both LAMB and Utility Point said the transfer was being handled. This was Jan 2021. Today I had a letter from a credit agency saying I owe £122, with 7 days to pay. Thanks a bunch. Only getting automatically generated answers.

VERY UNHAPPY.
I went with look after my bills last year, they put me with peoples energy. I am in credit with peoples energy. Now they have gone bust.

Where’s my credit?
And why are they still taking direct debits from my account?

They only contacted me to say they have ceased trading after I had stopped my direct debit.
DO NOT GO WITH THESE.
Why are the reviews so positive when all the reviews I see are negative reviews???

Signed up to this company hoping they would do what they say and look after my bills LMAO what a joke. They put me with Peoples energy which went out of business. They then said they couldnt place me with anyone else because of energy cost. I then got a message from British Gas saying they was taking over Peoples energy. Im now fighting it out with peoples energy and British gas over who i pay and how much. Basically LAMB washed their hands with me. Avoid and take the time to do it yourself, may take you time but will save you hundreds.

Don't even think going with them…

Don't even think going with them they're such froud I was paying £90 for my gas and electricity and when it ends I want to them and they also found me a deal which cost 90 pounds so I was OK with it 3 months later they bill went 90 to £115 they say u was to much electricity and gas, than months later they starting charging me 150 and before my contract finish I told them that I don't want to renew they said OK and than they automatically transfer me to brtish gas and withing 2 months they were also charging me £150 and after 3 months they send £250 bill extra that I have to pay and than the brtish gas transfer me to scottish gas and now they want to £250 and still charging me £150 so stay away from this company.

RIP OFF COMPANY

I've been using this Company for a few years until I received a bill from Resolver asking me to pay £52.89 ...£30 of this was as an early exit fee ( LAMBS were in charge of my account ) I've sent a Cancellation letter & included the demand letter but I just had a reply to say "Thank you we have cancelled your account" I need the payment paying back to me please !!!
PS YOU SWITCHED ME AND YOU SHOULD REIMBURSE ME !!!

I have asked them to remove my data…

I have asked them to remove my data completely from there systems but the insist on sending my junk. They have my details incorrect too. Do not thrust this company with any of your data as they misuse it to your misfortune
