It was a smooth delivery, I was kept informed of my delivery slot and the two very nice professional delivery guys put in the place of my choice, great service, thank you.

Friendly and helpful

Very bad service from the delivery company, first delivery cancelled. The next delivery was booked in I had booked in a holiday just to be at home all day. Was sent a delivery time of 12pm to 2pm, they actually arrived at 6pm with no update provided every time you track delivery it just says on its ways. When they finally arrived they sounded very angry, upset and annoyed. I had to remind them that they was assembling the bed and to taken to a room of choice which they had to look again at paperwork. When they finally came in they instantly said bed and mattress will not fit, one of them said let’s go we got a lot of other deliveries to deal with and can’t be hanging around for this one just cancel it. I said you have not Evan had a look where it’s going how can you say it will not fit. I explained to them that I had dismantled a king size bed from the room just a few days ago with the mattress and had brought it downstairs so how can they say the bed will not fit. They started to bring some of the items in, the items was covered in black marks and looked like grease on them in the process they have made the walls dirty with grease on them some areas of the wall have hand prints which cannot be removed. They have made damage to walls of the house. To me it seemed they was so far behind as they was talking with one another saying how far behind they are as it was most likely home time for them. They was very rude and had thrown the items back into the van and just left. They offered to leave the product for me to sort out my self or take the items into a different room. I said I cannot be carrying the items upstairs my self as I have paid for a assembly service room of choice. They just left and as they was leaving said for me to sort out the issue as not there problem as they got other things to do. What an absolute awful service provided very rude the way they was talking to a customer you could tell they was very angry to start off with and did not want to carry out the delivery. What a joke of a company should not be in operation, definitely more training needs to be provided in customer service and how to carry out a delivery to a home. Who will cover the cleaning cost of the wall as the marks do not come off?

My mattress was delivered earlier than the estimated delivery time and the two guys who delivered were courteous and professional. It was a really hot day but they just got the job done with no fuss and were polite and pleasant, Thank You 🤩

Great communication all the way through. Followed delivery on map and item arrived comfortably within the two hour window given the night before. The very heavy package was carried into my garage by the very helpful delivery crew. Has restored my faith in delivery companies.
