The delivery men were punctual, polite and helpful. The courtesy call before arrival was both thoughtful and useful.

A gaggle of pathological fabulists, professionally incompetent fools and logistical buffoons, masquerading as a functioning organisation.

I would sooner entrust my possessions to a troupe of pigeons with a questionable grasp of geography than endure the spectacular misfortune of dealing with this protoplasmic excuse for a logistics company ever again.

Having been guaranteed next-day delivery of both a bed and mattress, I was instead treated to a theatrical masterpiece of broken promises, contradictory explanations and breathtaking incompetence.

First, they claimed they couldn’t locate one of London’s most recognisable residential buildings, despite being provided with the correct address, two contact numbers and a concierge stationed outside. Not a single phone call was made. Even their own representative subsequently admitted the address was correct.

One might reasonably assume that locating an address is a rather fundamental requirement of a logistics company. Apparently, this particular establishment considers geography an optional extra.

Following further assurances that both items would arrive the following morning, they managed to deliver a damaged bed, which was promptly taken away, while somehow forgetting to load the mattress onto the very same vehicle.

A truly remarkable achievement in the field of transporting things from one location to another.

Every person I spoke to offered a fresh excuse, each more spectacularly implausible than the last. Whenever their explanation was challenged with the actual facts, they appeared to suffer an extraordinary and immediate loss of vocabulary.

I can only conclude that competence has been banished from this establishment, honesty has taken indefinite leave, and accountability was presumably lost in transit.

To be abundantly clear, should I discover that any supplier has made the catastrophic error of entrusting their deliveries to this collection of professionally inept charlatans, my order will be cancelled with immediate effect.

I have requested a full refund, and I would strongly advise anyone contemplating their services to reconsider their life choices

Good delivery from Waj and the black panther 3 crew. They even took it upstairs for me.

Emmanuel and his co worker delivered my new bed a little earlier than expected which was much appreciated. They took great care moving the bed through the house without scratching the walls or floor. They assembled the bed perfectly and was efficient, professional and courteous throughout the entire process. Emannuel kindly put my mattress on the new bed base, even though it was their mattress. They also took all the bed packaging away with them. Thank you both for the fantastic service.

Kept me informed on the delivery and the drive was very polite.

Came at a different time than I paid for and a parcel was missing. This delivery service is a nightmare. Also had a parcel where the drivers claimed they called me despite me having screenshots of my call log proving they didn't.

All went well but the delivery was later than expected. They did notify us they were delayed. Guys were polite and helpful.

Scheduled delivery twice and both times “unable to deliver” due to mistakes in warehouse, turns out the item was lost and company had to send a replacement. Finally got it over a week later. Could not recommend.
