Men were v nice friendly and helpful but they did not know I had paid to have it brought upstairs and this should have been told also if I’m paying to have it brought upstairs for the one minute that takes I expected for it to be taken out of bix and bix taken away I live alone and have a disability so then has to pay for a neighbour to do this for me also think it’s a disgrace that if you Kay to have a mattess taken away you then have to have the service of someone to take it upstairs rhis shiuke be a option
I could have just asked someone in advance to do this for me without been given the choice
Delivery men shiuke be aware of the service the customer has paid for and paying to have it brought uosairs without having it unboxed is a rip off

Excellent service, regular updates to my phone regarding the delivery of a large item , with a curtesy call 30 minutes before drop off.

I was really looking forward to receiving my mattress after waiting several weeks for it. Unfortunately, I was extremely disappointed by the delivery experience due to the third-party courier they used as one of their delivery partners - ALT.

The delivery drivers arrived later than the originally advised delivery window, without any communication or update regarding the delay.

More concerningly, upon arrival, one of the delivery drivers unnecessarily asked my family member which country they were from and why they had moved to the UK. The questions were asked in a discriminatory and inappropriate tone, and I cannot understand why this information was relevant or necessary for the delivery in the first place. We found the interaction uncomfortable and unacceptable.

The drivers also showed very little consideration for our property. One of them did not wear shoe covers when entering the house and carrying the mattress into the room, which resulted in marks being left on our carpet! We have had several furniture deliveries from other companies in the past, and the delivery teams have always been respectful of our home, careful with our orders, and polite and courteous throughout the process.

This was by far one of the worst delivery experience we have encountered. The behaviour of the drivers was completely inappropriate, particularly the discriminatory questioning and lack of respect for our property. I would strongly encourage the company to investigate and review the standards and conduct expected from a delivery courier of dealing with expensive and heavy goods.

Great communication from the driver. Regular update updates as to the expected time of delivery and then delivered on time.
