Staff refused to unwrap mattress and take away packaging. They said i should have paid for "assembly ". I checked with reinforced beds and they confirmed the delivery staff should have removed the wrapper from the mattress and disposed of it. I did pay for old mattress disposal and they did take that away . They also signed for the delivery themselves. I was not asked to sign anything.

The delivery man was very helpful and did exactly what I asked of him, and was very polite and respectful

The delivery came combine and in good condition

I was sitting in the kitchen waiting for the delivery. The driver says they rung the door bell, knocked on the door. Really? I was sitting here waiting. Poor service.

Great delivery.

Delivery was delayed on the day, 3 hours after delivery time (original window 08:11-10:11) was told there was a 5 hour delay. I was then told delivery wouldn’t be happening that day and they would be in contact within 48 hours. I was also told I would receive a phone call
30 mins - 1 hour before delivery. This was a Friday evening so I left my home at 6pm for plans assuming delivery was not happening (as per communications). I received a call shortly after leaving that the delivery people were outside my house. I had no delivery update and no courtesy phone call.

My first experience with this company and I was pleased with the service provided. The driver was polite and lifted the parcel and placed the heavy parcel inside the doorway for me.

Efficient and up to date information

I'm 75 years of age and I paid LG to deliver and Install a washing machine. LG use AIT for deliveries, AIT gave us a delivery time slot then an update to say the delivery would be one hour late but it was actually 3hrs, 7:30 pm. The delivery people arrived in an unmarked van, with no tail lift, they slid it off onto a trolley. There was no intention to install, they'd only deliver. They had no tools to remove the strapping on the package, or to remove the transit bolts, I had to point out the spanner was included and tucked in the packaging. They did help position, not install the machine, took a photograph then asked for the code which would acknowledge we were happy with their work. We wouldn't give them the code, as advised on the email, as we weren't happy at all. They said they couldn't do their next delivery unless they had the code, and we couldn't get them to leave. Reluctantly we gave them the code just to be rid of them. We're currently in a complaints procedure through LG, awaiting outcome.
AIT have high satisfaction feedback but there are quite a number of one star reviews, the profile of the delivery team looks a lot like ours. This should not happen.

shocking!!!!

I have a kitchen table being delivered with these jokers which was supposed to be delivered last week this then was cancelled as the shipment ended up at the wrong delivery depot.

took another day off work to accommodate the delivery, to be given a time of 0829 - 1029 only to still be sat waiting at gone 11am. spoke to the live chat who advised the team are facing delays and will aim to deliver today.

Why give a time slot you can't adhere too.
