Bed delivery/ assembly
Unfortunately the delivery men couldn't assemble the headboard for me. They said they couldn't locate where it should be fitted, and I should contact Archers, the firm we purchased the bed from. This I did after they left, and eventually, after a lot difficulty I was able to do it myself ( I am a 70yr old lady)

They called me half an hour before they arrived
They called me half an hour before they arrived which made it easy for me to make sure that entry was ready for them. When they arrived they were very respectful and bought my delivery into my living room for me. This was especially nice as I am a disabled pensioner and would not have been able to carry it there myself. A big thank you to Tony.

Useless delivery service
Firstly the 2 clowns delivering brought the wrong appliance in, and despite it having large writing stating what it was, they unpacked it all and looked for the washing machine pipes before finally realising it was a dryer. Then they failed to disconnect the old washers pipes, not having any of the correct tools to do the job!! Eventually cutting the pipe in half and leaving my young son to remove the old pipes and connect the new washer himself. After paying for a service, I expect it to be done by professionals!!
I've now bought another of these washers to be delivered next Friday to another property, and hope they send someone more competent!

The two guys who came to deliver our mattress were pleasant and helpful with removing our old mattress and leaving the new one exactly where we wanted it left. I received regular updates on the progress of the delivery and a phone call closer to the time of the delivery.
