Very smooth experience and great customer service

Couldn't be more pleased. London Appliances had the washing machine I was interested in at a good price. It was delivered and installed on a bank holiday, during the time slot specified. Men who fitted the machine, couldn't have been more professional.

London Appliances offers a wide range of products, is very price competitive and delivered a new washing machine when they said they would. Very easy to get in touch with them, too. Even by phone!
Technicians Mihail and Zaprayn delivered, installed, tested the new machine, and removed the old one in no time. They're professional, punctual and tidy. win-win.
First time using London Appliances and likely not the last. I also order white goods for work, so will look to them when next in the market.

I was very happy with my purchase and my experience with this company. They delivered my washing machine on a bank holiday in the time frame they gave me the night before. The two delivery guys could not have been more helpful I had a problem disconnecting my old machine and they just got on a done it even though that was not part of my agreement with them. Unfortunately I didn’t get the guys name. Brilliant company to deal with.

Keenest on price for removal/recycling & installation against obvious competitors (Currys, AO), machine price the same as. Guys called ahead to say when they'd arrive & came bang on time. They could not have been more careful taking our old machine out & putting the new one in, efficiently and cheerfully. In all a great service experience.

Very good service and very good customer service and support

The installers who fitted my integrated refrigerator damaged the fitted kitchen door. The company, when shown the damage, informed me that "accidents happen" and they do not expect perfection from their fitters. The company has accepted that they are liable to pay damages, but has only offered me one tenth of the amount to which I am entitled. They have refused several attempts to reach an amicable settlement.
Update: When the damaged door was replaced by another company [at my own expense] I was told that part of the frig is missing in that there should have been covers over the bolts holding the frig door to my kitchen cupboard. I asked London Appliances to send me these missing parts and was sent the wrong part [a bracket for a Beko frig]. After some correspondence I was told that this part had been sent as a gesture of good will and I would now have to contact Hotpoint direct or buy the missing covers myself from another company.

Excellent all round service and delivered product. I was really pleased to have knowledgeable staff who were very helpful and patient and there was no pressure selling to buy beyond my needs. I was able to check the cost of my washing machine was price matched and to use my voucher code. I ordered it on Saturday and it arrived first thing this morning (Monday). It fitted as promised and I have tested it ready for first wash. The delivery guys were professional and really helpful too, especially as I was installing myself.

What a gem of company with wonderful people. They could not have been more efficient. The order was painless and even when there was in issue with removing my dishwasher ( it had been glued in)! they sorted it no problem. Nothing seemed too much. And Bux and his comedy side partner were simply the best when installing.. so happy a company still exists like this. its exactly what retail should be, but sadly so rare these days. You feel heard and respected. Not just another order number. Please don’t get too big and turn into an evil corporation! Thanks again.
