Next day delivery and super helpful delivery man.
Excellent to be able to order a dishwasher in the afternoon and have it delivered the following morning. Delivery communicated when they would arrive and arrived on time. The delivery guy was super helpful (my leg was in a cast) and helped move a bit of furniture to get the new dishwasher into the kitchen. Old dishwasher removed. Dishwasher, delivery and removal were all competitively priced. Excellent service.

Got let down by another company…
Got let down by another company (multiple delays). London Appliance got what we need to us in just over 24 hours, getting things back on track. Great customer service too.

Fast Turnaround pleasant installation
Not one to leave reviews, however, when another well known company, no names mentioned, but they’re never unknowingly undersold. well for one they were beaten on price and service
Ordered an integrated Bosch fridge freezer at 7pm. Delivered the next morning
Team installed it, and were just overall pleasant
Shoddy Fitting, Rude Fitter and Negligent Management.
SHODDY FITTING: unsupervised FIRST fitting left me with a washing machine that wasn't levelled properly, a flooded under sink cupboard that needed to be mopped out and metres of hosing that needed to be fed behind the machine before the cupboard could be used and the integrated waste bin reinstalled.
SUPERVISED SECOND FITTING left me with a machine that again wasn't level and this time hopelessly out of line with the adjacent cupboards. Again the hoses needed to be fed back into the machine cavity (They now sit above the machine!) before I could use the cupboard. The fitters had SIXTEEN other visits to complete that day and couldn't spend any more time on my fitting.
RUDE FITTER: After my first experience I stayed in the room for the second fitting. I was told the reason why the machine couldn't be levelled was because the floor wasn't level(!) - I explained that the machine had four independently adjustable legs. I was then told that wood warps if it gets damp which makes it uneven - I explained that the machine was sitting on runners on a quarry tiled floor. I was then told that the adjacent cupboard fronts weren't straight demonstrated by holding a spirit level horizontally against the cupboard front. I explained that spirit levels don't function in that orientation. I was then repeatedly told "Your not listening!" This fitter was probably 50 years younger than me and unable to understand why the excuses he was palming me off with were baseless and therefore insulting.
NEGLIGENT MANAGEMENT: The second fitting took place over three weeks ago. I have supplied London Appliances with photographs and detailed accounts of my concerns about the two fittings. I have been fair with both (I can understand frustration building if the fitter is pushed for time) and I have further annotated the photographs when requested to do so. After several phone calls to customer support and assurances the matter was being dealt with I was asked if anyone was in when the fitting took place!! It was clear the person I was dealing with hadn't even bothered to look a the emails and WhatsApp message I had sent. I was subsequently offered £40 off the fitting fee of £120!! I asked for the matter to be escalated to management as I will have to pay another company to finish the fitting to an acceptable standard and would need the full fitting fee to be retuned to cover this. When I made my seventh phone call ( or was it eight - a lot anyway!) chasing my complaint I was told management had a SEVEN working day window to respond in!!! That window closed two days ago and I've heard nothing. Shame management don't work as hard as their driven fitters?
What I would like to happen: Please DON"T reply to this with an insincere, cut and pasted response or an invitation to phone you.
DO acknowledge that my experience with your company has been dreadful and DO offer to refund my fitting fee so that I can employ somebody who is up to the job and has the time to do it properly. I won't use your company again but at least I will; have a machine that isn't an eye sore in my kitchen.
I will update this review next week and say what happened next.
UPDATE: The same day as the review above went live.
Within a very short time of the review going live a director of London Appliances phoned me to say he would look at all the communications I had sent his company and look further into my concerns. He said he would phone me back in about two hours.
This he did, said I sounded like a reasonable person and asked me how I felt he could resolve the issue as his company saw customer satisfaction as their main priority.
I said to refund the £120 I had spent on the installation.
He agreed and asked for my card details so he could do it there and then rather on Monday morning when he would be back at work. He then sent a photo via WhatsApp of the transaction receipt to show he had done it.
I said that I recognised the generosity of his resolution and added that, in fairness to him, he should know that I would be leaving my initial review on TrustPilot.
He recognised that this was fair.
Resolution arrived at. Thank you London Appliances and thank you TrustPilot!

Zunayre and Saj were absolutely fantastic. From the beginning they showed true professionalism - punctual, precise and attentive to every detail. They installed the washing machine quickly, smoothly and without any fuss. But what touched me the most was their warm and friendly attitude - so polite, positive and genuinely kind. I needed a new washing machine asap. London Appliances website was easy to navigate. I found what I needed, the ordering was straight forward, free delivery and a great competitive price but most important, delivery was less than 2 days later on a Bank Holiday. Communication regarding delivery time was v good and a phone call when 10 mins away was very useful.
I’d be very happy to use this company again.
By far the best appliance engineers!
London Appliances (in particular Aadil) have been amazing in helping me get my fridge freezer replaced. When Beko and domestic & general failed to step up to the mark, LA not only acted quickly but also at a great price. They had my new appliance in place and working within 24 hours. I wouldn’t use anyone else for appliance maintenance!

No delivery
Ordered fridge waited until 6.45 p.m. but no show then received call saying it was damaged and they would
deliver tomorrow. However, on the site there is no more stock available so how can they be delivering a new fridge. Appalling service. Asked for refund would not use again. I don't know how they knew the fridge was damaged as it wasn't even delivered.

Manage my expectations with professionalism.
Despite a misunderstanding about delivery days, London Appliances handled it with professionalism and kept me updated to manage expectations. I think this is the most important part of customer service, and combined with the best price I could fine, that included free delivery, these guys deserve 5*.

I ordered over the phone and the person I spoke to was very helpful and professional. As stated by, them we received the message the day before delivery confirming the time slot. Our order arrived on time, undamaged. I would certainly use this company again and the bonus is free delivery.

Delivery didn't show up and they "can't…
Delivery didn't show up and they "can't guarantee it will be delivered" on the rearranged date.
Waited at home until 7:45pm to then be told that my washing machine delivery would not be made today and that they needed to rebook. Delivery day was booked over a week ago. When rebooking, I was advised that they can't provide booking slots on individual days but I'd be given a estimate slot on the day and therefore had to pick a day that I knew I was working from home all day. When I picked a day and asked if they could guarantee delivery that day, they said they could not.
