Needed an oven quick, 72 hours turnaround. No delivery charge like most of the others, competitive price, great communication and time window for delivery, very helpful team brought oven straight to required area. Would highly recommend this company 👏🏻

Very impresed with London Appliances ordered Washing machine Friday had message in the evening telling me timescale 7am to midday for saturday then phone call saying 30 mins away .Arrived 9am .very helpful polite delivery young men highly recomend .

Highly recommended
I highly recommend using London Appliances. I accidentally ordered the wrong washing machine (!). After I emailed, they resolved the issue within hours and *still* fulfilled next-day delivery. The two delivery guys were on time, friendly and removed the old appliance with no fuss.

This company has been brilliant. They had next day delivery available. Text sent the night before and everything happened as planned. Would highly recommend them. Very efficient and always glad to get it done quickly.

Good in parts
The staff were friendly and polite and that is important. I can't say they were efficient, however. I was assured they would tell me the evening before delivery what time they would arrive but that did not happen and I had to telephone them. In spite of my giving them my full address with the postcode, they went to an address with the same nsmed street in another part of London. And they left scuff marks on the floor from the appliance they were removing. I am not sure these can be removed. So 4 stars is as far as I can go.

Great service from the delivery drivers and all carried up to the kitchen. Only downside is that they left polystyrene and plastic on the drive and not take it with them.

Very good service, low prices
I purchased a Hotpoint washing machine from London Appliances on Wednesday.
Their prices are low and they include installation and removal of your old machine at a very reasonable price.
Both of the delivery guys, Ibrahim and Saj, were very friendly and chatty (considering it was after 8pm on a Saturday night) and they were quick and very efficient.
I shall definitely use London Appliances again.

I bought a cooker from LondonAppliances…
I bought a cooker from LondonAppliances for a great price. They offer a free delivery which is a real bonus. I had to wait a couple of days longer as the first appliance arrived slightly damaged, however it has been replaced without a single question. Hats down for their delivery team as I'm on a second floor without a lift.

Excellent service from start to finish
Excellent service from start to finish. The sales guy on the phone suggested a better alternative to my original choice. The delivery team turned up on time, took my old fridge out and installed the new one - friendly and helpful. I'd recommend them anytime.

Absolutely Shocking Company Avoid
I have had a terrible time with London Appliances. I ordered a fridge freezer in January 2024. It was delivered damaged - both doors scratched and dented. I called and after 3 months they finally arranged for a Hoover engineer to visit. The engineer came and said that the damage was such the appliance needed replacing. A number was issued by Hoover to arrange this. London Appliances have refused to honour this and after months and months of chasing them I have got absolutely no where. So a year later I have a fridge freezer that is a stand alone and remains badly damaged and condemned by Hoover. London Appliances are the most unethical and dreadful company I have ever dealt with
