I would never order from Lollicouture again I still haven't received my order from you that was February 27th the tracking number you gave me I cannot track my order with it. So I would never never order from this company again

Clothes shopping online is always tricky AND there was only a One Size option.😳 But it got here quickly and it FITS!! And it's soft and stretchy and super cool. Thanks for having the perfect thing!!

I never received all of my order. I am still waiting. I have contacted the customer support department via email but no one has been in touch with me. I want a refund or the rest of my order.

Other than the delay on shipping due to a transaction error, very pleased. Received exactly what I payed for. Items run true to size & came in original packinging, brand new :)

Ordered shoes but they were too small. Went to go exchange them to get a bigger size but because they were purchased on sale, I didn't get that option. No to mention one of the pits of shoes was poor quality and falling apart by the zipper and thread. Not satisfied at all and will not be ordering from here again.

I purchased an item early february but never received it. Then i received an email asking for my opinion about the product. I responded and said i never received the item. I was told they see it was delivered on the 16th but no worries they would process it again and if i didn't receieve it in 7 days to let them know. Package never came. I called them and they said the item was never sent out because it was discontinued. I was told a refund would be issued in 24 to 48 hours. As i am writing this still no refund.

I really love my items took awhile but finally came and it was worth it

I initially wrote a bad review for this company, because I had not recieved my dress within 7 days. I would like to recant that now as customer service contacted me soon after I wrote the review and my dress was recieved the very next day. Also, the quality is better than I expected. For me, the size chart was dead on as that's what I went by. I took my measurements to be precise, and the dress fits like a glove. I always worry about that when ordering online. I will def order from them again.

I got part of my first order and I have to say that I am having a hard time connecting with anyone regarding returning or exchanging items. I am in Michigan and they are Pacific coast so the time difference doesn't help. I hope that I can get a resolution because the swimsuits are very cute and very reasonably priced.

I'm pleased to say that I've received my full order the shipping was a little slow which initially had me worried but everything arrived and fits great! I will order again from this site as they do have awesome prices and quality products. My first experience with this site wasn't good due to sizing issues (I recommend ordering bigger sizes than you normally wear) but I'm glad I decided to give this site another chance. I'm happy with my order. Kudos LolliCouture 👍👏👏

The processing time takes to long, then it has to go to shipping. That is a very long process.
