I paid $30 for two day shipping and the product came a week and two days later. I tried canceling, it but I was told I only had three hours to do so(I didn't see that posted anywhere on the site). I was also told it was a special order item, but it showed it was in stock. The event I ordered it for had come and gone. I'm ended up having to spend more to get a different outfit, now I'm out of $50. To send it back will cost me shipping again and I lose 50% to a restocking fee. Highly disappointed😢

Order an item from this website and was billed over 2 weeks ago. Have tried to contact multiple times. No response to my e-mail and have tried calling during "business hours" only to get a recording indicating to call back during business hours.

Would have been nice to get a shipping confirmation and a tracking number but other than that fast service. Shoes were just as pictured. I'm satisfied other than the lack of communication.

It's been almost two weeks and it still hasn't been shipped out! So upsetting. My friends got their package last week. I needed a swimsuit for a party and its still not here. I hope they figure it out says ready to ship but not left the warehouse yet. Ugh

My dress I ordered is AMAZING. I'm always weary of purchasing clothing online because it's hard to tell how true to size things really are given that you're not trying it on physically. Lollicouture provided accurate measurements that assured me my dress would fit-and it does! Definitely will purchase from this site again.

Well for one, I have yet to receive my package. Before I even made this purchase, I spoke to a representative and she told me my order would get here before March 18th, mind you I made the order on March 3rd. I need my package before that time and it is still showing as its being "processed" when I log into my account. I've called and left several emails to this company and I have yet to hear back from anyone. I've never had such a bad experience with a company in my life and it's a shame that it has to start with a company with nice clothing and so on. I wouldn't recommend this online clothing site to anyone at all! The lack of professionalism is outrageous. If I don't get my package before March 18th, I will definitely be asking for a refund and will NEVER order from this website ever again.

Placed a order on Feb 29. It's now March 14 an I still haven't received my package!!!!. Customer service sucks as well.....

They didn't send me a tracking number after I ordered my item. When my item finally arrived it was wrong. The customer service on the phone was not understanding or helpful.

I had one order that took a few weeks but I have order again and it got here in 5 to 7 business days. I love the clothes they are summer maxi dresses.

I am a re seller who was trying to work with this company, investing A LOT of money on purchases made online. This is honestly THE WORSE company I have worked with this far. HORRIBLE "customer service" they have what seems to be a teen answering calls saying she is the "supervisor" and does NOTHING about EVERYTHING. All she was trained to say is "sorry" and not solve anything at all. I placed a big order hoping it would all be nice, turns out I received less than half my order 3 WEEKS after purchasing. When I called to order they said "the rest was about to be shipped" which is not true cause I hadn't received any shipping info. She refused to expedite the rest of my items and on top of that the items I did receive were of VERY POOR QUALITY. Needless to say, now I have to donate the CRAPPY items I received. Please DO NOT purchase anything from them. Especially as a vendor. NEVER AGAIN!!

I purchased an order from them on 2/22/16. I never received a confirmation email, tracking number, or my package. I tried contacting them through their website and through email. Every time I called them I was unable to reach a live person. Today I finally reached a live person. She was absolutely horrible. I asked her where my package was and she said that it HADN'T BEEN SHIPPED! I asked her about what was going on with the package and she said that she couldn't not release that information to me, what company tells that their customers. She then said that she could see if they could have it shipped out by the end of the day. When I expressed frustration about having to call them to have my package shipped, she SAID THAT IT WAS MY FAULT FOR NOT CALLING THEM. I also felt like she was trying to cancel my order, what company proactively recommends cancellation. After proactively recommending cancellation she then told me that she could put a request in for a refund, but could not guarantee that I would get one! If I'm not given a tracking number with in the next couple days, I will most likely file a fraudulent activity complaint with the bank to have the funds refunded. I wish I would have read the reviews on this website before ordering.

I was really pleased with my order and delivery time.

Skirt ran ridiculously too small...bought size large in women's for my 13 yr old niece that wears a 14/16 in girls, and the skirt was still too small on her. She would have needed an X in women's. That's just plain ridiculous. I planned to return the skirt but their return policy was one of the worst I've seen. Buy With Caution!

I received what I ordered and in a timely manner. I'm happy with my purchase.

I DONT HOW THESE PEOPLE ARE EVEN STILL IN BUSINESS. THEY HAVE THE WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE, LIED ABOUT SHIPPING ITEMS AND THEY NEVER HAVE ITEMS ITEM STOCKING, THEY PURCHASING FROM OTHER PEOPLE AND PAYING FOR FASTER SHIPPING IS A WASTE OF MONEY.

I have not received my tracking number of when my orde will ship is been almost two weeks

The shoes are cute but the shipping is very expensive which makes me not shop as much as I would like.

Zippers are broken on my sandals, customer service representative wasnt up to par
