I ordered a dress which I paid £59.95 for.
It arrived scrunched in a bag with no labels attached.
The material was very poor quality and the dress had no hem and was clearly very badly hand cut with scissors as it had jagged and uneven edges.
The dress also did not fit due to ill measured proportions.
When I asked to return for a refund this company refused.
I have provided photos of the product but their response was that jagged and raw hem it were acceptable tolerances.
This is a scam company… do not waste your money!

I don't like y'all policy that you have to wait a couple of weeks just to receive your order. I believe if you put an order in we should receive it in 3 to 5 days! Not in 3 weeks!

Buyer beware!!! I sincerely wish I could give a negative rating! Horrible service!!! I purchased a costume and it was very poor quality and a damaged when it arrived. I tried to return it and emailed them back and forth, spoke with them numerous times, even agreed to pay return shipping but they would always give me the run-around!!! Never again !!

I was scammed $300+. I never got my goods. They sent me on a rigmarole when I asked for my money back. I decided to do as they ask and boy did they take me for a ride! I never got my money back and I was really saddened by this!

I placed an order for two sets of boots, but the order only went through for one. I immediately started trying to cancel the order because shipping for one pair was outrageous. They will not answer the phone, despite requiring that cancellations be done by PHONE ONLY, no emails. I still have not received an order confirmation from them and still cannot reach them by phone. Beware this company, their return policy is even worse than it looks at first glance, and they are unreachable if you need customer service.

Ordered two pairs of flats about 1.5 months ago. Charged my card, never received my order. Have emailed and called customer service several times, with no answer. Had to dispute the charges with my bank. WILL NEVER SHOP LOLLICOUTURE AGAIN.

I have ordered from lollicouture a few times as far back at 2015, my last order was 1/28/18 and I have had no problems at all UNTIL NOW!! I placed my order on 4/4/19 and I have not gotten it yet despite their shipping policy clearly stating it should have shipped by now; I understand things happen and there are delays, but I have emailed you and gotten no response and this is not acceptable at all!!!

I made a purchase at the end of August 2018 and have NOT received my order or my refund as of today. I've sent numerous emails and NO ONE has provided feedback or refunded my purchase (that I requested in November).
I am beyond livid and frustrated - it is absolutely ridiculous that Lollicoutre has received my payment and have NOT followed through on what should be expected from their company.
If 0 star was an option, I'd definitely and easily provide that rating. UGH!

I will never purchase anything else from this wack store I never got my thigh boots it's been 2 mos now I called never a rep to answer you always 1 in cube never no one to talk people please shop elsewhere not a good place at all I just gave up emailing and calling these stupid people...never again baby...

No customer service at all!!.no one EVER answers the phone or bothers to respond to emails!.3 weeks since my order was placed,no confirmation email or anything,a very nightmarish experience!! Had to file a claim through Paypal to try and get a refund,!!

Nice shoes, but slow and bad customer service. They do not ship in 24hrs like website says. I don't mind the delay, because it's not emergency that I get the shoes. My problem is, when you kindly write for status update, someone responds rudely or not at all. I have ordered twice spending over $100 each time. Still waiting on refund weeks later due to shoe no longer available. Can't get anyone on the phone. You sit on hold with as one person in cue, after 43min no one still answer. I will never. Order again. Im sure they don't care. Another unknowing person will keep there business going. Please treat your customers better.

I purchased 5 items online. I only recieved 1. I have been calling for months and no one will answer the phone. My items still have not come. I am out of several dollars.

I Thought theyve gone out of business but they didnt. They offer the cheapest shoes and theyre from china privately so noone else is selling them in the states. Ive found them on aliexpress for 10 times the price. So anyway, they used to offer expensive shipping. The past 1 year they offered free shipping over 60 but items came unboxed. Very pleased tho, tracking provided and all good. Some shoe brands are completely off with sizing but thats not the merchant's issue. Ive been a loyal customer since they were named pinkbasis back in 2011. I have an account for so many years with all my orders. It was my fav site hence I give 3 stars. I ordered recently from them in nov 2017 and a few more times during 2017, and everything went smooth. Now i ordered 2 weeks ago in may 2018 and my order took 3 weeks to ship, no emails nothing. I tried to call none of the numbers worked. I sent emails, no response. Paypal takes forever to resolve claims. I got my refund from my bank in 3 days but i did wait for 2 weeks with no sign. Eventually they shipped one pair of shoes and the rest were out of stock. They should have been mroe responsive and faster.

Many of the items i received were completely untrue to size/fit and color. This is fine...you can't always tell when shopping online. However...one item was the wrong item altogether, just a totally different thing than i had ordered. They wouldn't send me a return label even though i was in my rights to return some of the items. After weeks of a run around and being unable to decipher their return procedure (i was told i could, then i was declined, wrongly, and then when i re-applied after i had worked out what they weren't explainng (they don't explain how to fill out the initial return form properly so the whole thing just gets confusing from their on out) they just ignored my application. After many frustrating phone calls and e-mails CSA asked me to take photo's of all of the items that i wanted to return and e-mail them for review. I had spent so many hours and jumped through so many hoops already i was exhausted with them and didn't have time for this! When i finally decided to pay for my own returns after weeks of useless phone calls and e-mails trying to get a return UPS label, they just never gave me a refund. I am still trying. The worst customer service and most complicated return policy.

Ordered 2 pairs of boots to ship to UK (June 2017). They took payment for both pairs on my credit card but only shipped one pair. When asked about second pair they said "soon, probably ship next week". In reality they didn't have ability to supply second pair. Months of emails followed when I have repeatedly asked to be refunded for the second pair (99.99$). This they refuse to do but have offered "store credit". Problem is attempting to use this for goods of similar value results in a shipping charge of 98$ to the UK - they will not ship free although they owe me delivery of one pair of boots - so effectively they are reimbursing me 1$ - ABSOLUTELY CRIMINAL TRADING PRACTICE.

I ordered two pairs of shoes a week ago and have yet to receive an email confirming my purchase or any tracking information. I sent an email to this company and have not heard back from them. I believe this company is a scam and they are thieves!!! Don’t order anything from them!

This is the worst company! Look at their Better Business Bureau review they have an F. They had stolen my money because they never sent me the items I purchased and they continue to find reasons why they can't refund my money. I think everybody should know to stay away from this company.

I am writing this review based on a order I placed a year ago, take that into consideration. I ordered a swimsuit from them a year ago, last summer to be exact. After two weeks of waiting for my swimsuit to arrive I finally decided to call them to see what was the hold up. When I called I was told that the swimsuit was on its way to the warehouse to be shipped to me. That there was a misprint with the swimsuit. Which was totally fine with me I am a very patient person, so I waited another week. Then I decided to call again but this time I got a different answer, I was told that the swimsuit was out of stock. Which really upset me because I was assured that there was only a problem with the way that the was swimsuit was printed. Not that it was out of stock. All of these weeks I have been waiting for my swimsuit to arrive only to find out that it was not on the truck to arrive to me but it was out of stock. I hate when you are able to buy things that are out of stock their site needs to be updated for items when they're out of stock. Customer Service was really rude and it took them a very long time to refund me my money. I don't recommend them definitely order at your own risk I have never bought anything from them since it's took a very long time to get my refund this is a sad pitiful company. Don't let the prices fool you sweetheart buy from somewhere else. The woman I spoke to on the phone couldn't careless.

save yourself grief and dont order from this horrible website. customer service is not something they take pride in.

I ordered 5 dresses from this site and actually received them within 2 weeks of ordering. The only reason they didn't get 5 stars is because only 4 of the dresses shipped and although they had backordered on the 5th one, they never told me when it was going to get shipped until I notified them. I received it a week later which wasn't bad. The dresses were the same quality as they looked on the site. Very pleased and will order again.
