THIS IS MY FOURTH ORDER AND I HAVE TO SAY I ALWAYS LOVE MY STUFF I AM NEVER DISAPPOINTED

Great clothing poor services, extremely dissatisfied with the service I received regarding shipping time and with communication to resolve the issue.

I placed my order for my bathing suit on March 24th and payed $68.59 for two day shipping hoping to receive it before I left for vacation on April 1st. When I didn't receive a shipping confirmation within a few day I would call multiple times a day to speak with a representative. The line would be busy most times and when I finally got through, it would take about ten minutes before a representative answered my call and I was hung up on. When I was finally able to talk to a representative I was told that my order was still in the processing process and that I should receive it in time. By Wednesday the 30th I still have not received a shipping confirmation and knew that if it wasn't shipped by then I would not receive it in time. I called the customer service number again to cancel my order and refund me the money. While at work on Thursday the 31st at 1:34am (I work overnight) I received an email saying that my email was shipped. I had to call multiple times during the business hours to again get the busy signal and to be hung up on when I finally got through TWICE. When I was finally able to explain my issue with a representative she took my number and said that she would call me back which she never did. Then when I finally came back from vacation the bathing suit top was too small and I can't return it. This place has terrible service and should work on improving it if they plan on staying in business.

I was pretty impressed with this order. I ordered a tank maxi and it came pretty fast. When I tried it on, it was a little snug and it was a little more see through that I would have preferred, however I didn't pay that much for it, so I wasn't expecting the highest quality. This dress is lovely, and with a slip underneath will be great to wear out and about. I am pleased with this purchase as it is pretty well made and got to me quickly as far as shipping is concerned. I'm giving it 4 stars out of 5 because of the sheerness of it, but other than that, very well made.

Here is some advise learn how to be a better business to your customers and your company may go further in this business world.

It took a month for me to receive my order- only 5 out of 7 items were mailed to me because the other 2 were back ordered. I STILL haven't received them and it's been almost a month and a half. I ended up not wanting my items anymore and wanted a refund however was only allowed store credit. I also called in a few times through customer service and all the times they have talk to me they were not helpful and rude. WILL NOT BE GOING BACK.

I ordered two weeks ago and I haven't received any information whether it was shipped or not.

this is such a lovely site & I will most likely be ordering again, but had I not called to check on my package, it probably would have still been "processing"...2 weeks later, i'm still waiting for the delivery of my order.

Waited over two weeks package was not shipped yet called customer service and they have no idea where the package is at

Not impressed

So I already been waiting two weeks for my Order to come in when i reviewed the invoice it stated i ordered 2 of the same shoe which i did not!!! and they wrote refund on one of my items which i have not yet revived any email or phone call about a refund being issued or where the hell is my other stuff i tracked my order it says its already here but when i go to mail box i literally have one small package in my mail box (Yes my mail box) and im expecting 11 items .... the material of the shirt i got was horrific so Im so scared of what the rest of my stuff looks like. I tried to give this website a try regardless of the other bad reviews but in the end it is true... dont order from this website unless you want to wait more than a month for a complete order to get there..... Im leaving this review before contacting the company because this is the third time having to contact with them on issues with my order!!!

I shop online A LOT. I placed several orders with Lollicouture. The ordered took a very long time to arrive but that was ok. I was upset that the sizing and quality of the bathing suits I ordered was VERY inconsistent. I wear a size 4/6 and ordered a medium because reviews said, "it runs small" I received a tiny child's size bathing suit that was damaged (torn on the seam). I tried to use Lollicouture's website messaging system to communicate my complaint but never received a response. When I called customer service, I had to keep calling 7 times because I kept getting a busy signal. Finally I spoke to someone who told me that since it was damaged I could return it. I should look for email instructions in the next 24 hours. No email or return instructions were ever sent. I called again (bout the 1st issue and also) because I re-ordered a different suit in a SMALLER size because the first "medium" was huge. The re-order arrived with the size tag cut out and it was exactly the same size as the one I wanted to replace. I called again and Hanna told me that she has no control over the many vendors she works with and can't take the product back. I am furious at all the money I have wasted on bathing suits that I can't wear or return. I asked Hanna who takes responsibility for mistakes and she talked for a long while about what she COULDN'T do for me because of "company policies." I reiterated that I didn't get what I ordered and she was completely unhelpful. Don't shop on this website! They don't take any responsibility for the products they represent.

I'm not sure how to exchange my shoes but they are too tight

I don't like y'all policy that you have to wait a couple of weeks just to receive your order. I believe if you put an order in we should receive it in 3 to 5 days! Not in 3 weeks!

Everything was Superb!

The 2 products i purchased were exactly how the images looked like. The colors were the same. The size fits fine. One of the bathing suits though was a bit tighter, smaller, than the other bathing suit and both were Large.

Shipping was overpriced and took forever. No tracking either. I followed the size chart but was a little worried so I ordered a size up since they were sweaters and I figured it would be okay if they were a little big. (I'm normally a small - ordered mediums.) They were SO SMALL. The fabric was cheap and itchy. Not to mention they were supposed to be tunics... they were shorter than a normal sweater on me and I'm only 5'4". They didn't look at all like they did online. I wanted to return them only to find out they don't offer full refunds. You also have to fill out something to request a return and they are supposed to give you a return number or they won't process it. Well it's been well over a week and I still don't have it so the sweaters are in the trash and I'm out my money. Never again!

Some nice items, received them fast, just order your heels one size bigger. I also order a one piece bathing suit in a Med, it looks like a small, but it's cute.
