I ordered 3 weeks ago and am still waiting for my item to ship. I emailed to find the status 3 days ago and still haven't heard back. The phone goes straight to a busy signal. I want to cancel my order and have no way to contact them reliably.

I love Lollicouture. I ordered a mermaid sweetheart cut leopard print gown for only $20 (shipping included) and didn't expect much from it because of the price, but when I got it, it was perfect! I look like The Nanny in it. I was skeptical at first because I saw lots of hit or miss ratings for the site and figured I'd run into some issues, but I had none at all! I'm definitely going to buy from them again. (For anyone wondering, I live on the other side of the country and got my package in about a week with standard shipping.)

This is my second purchase and I absolutely love my wedges and sandals! Will definitely continue shopping at Lollicouture!

The shoes I ordered are adorable. The shipping was a lil long (2 weeks) but I'm very pleased with what I received.

I ordered two maxi dresses, after a few days I got confirmation of shipping. Once I received package only one was received! My order shows complete and I can't get in contact with this business and will be filing a claim if not resolved soon! $12 for standard shipping is ridiculous to receive half my order! Not to mention very cheap made!

The only thing was that I ordered and I did not know my item was out of stock until I received the package and it wasn't in there. I looked at the packing slip and it said restocking. Other than that great service.

So why do I have to call the manager to get status on the package?.... First of all why is the items on hold if I gave all the sercurity info and now my moneys gone with no items!!! This is ridiculous! This is a big scam don't keep this website open if u cant provide customers request! I hate this website! Unprofessional customer service! Hope your website gets shut down!

Bought three pairs of shoes for size 7.5. Realized I should have just bought one pair to see if the size was right but they ended up fitting perfectly. I was also wary of the quality of the shoes with the price. They are actually very nice quality shoes. Will be buying from here again!

I order a swim wear from this company on March 11, 2016 and as of this date March 24, 2016 the item still have not been received from manufacturer. They tell me this was a special order and it stated that in its policy but when I order it it did not state that. I cancelled my order because the customer service agent i talk to kept putting me on hold. She can make excuses so I knew something was wrong that is why I cancelled my order. I had to hold for a customer service agent for about a half an hour and she still could not tell me when my item would be shipped. They really need to improve their policies on how to handle purchases made online. Their policy states that it would take 3 to 4 days to be processed not 14 days.

I came upon this website through a search of shoes in Google. I decided to try and order some shoes from this site. I didn't realize how expensive their shipping was until I was checking out. So I decided to check out other websites with free shipping and less restrictions instead. Well since I had registered my email already, lolli couture sent a misleading propaganda email the following day advertising free shipping including promotions and all deals. So I decided to give the site another try and place the order; shipping was still being charged. When I emailed their customer service, their response was very vague just stating shipping was only for regular priced items. I replied to them stating what their advertisement email indicated. Again, they said it wasn't for discounted deals. They should work on wording their emails properly to avoid confusion to their customers.
I ended up purchasing two pairs of shoes and paid the shipping; I received these yesterday. I was extremely disappointed and regret purchasing from them. The quality is terribly low. As I tried one of the boots I purchased, I stepped into it and punctured my toe with something sharp inside the boot. As I took it off my toe bled. I stuck my hand down the boot to check what it was and there were industrial staples protruding through the insole. As aforementioned, the quality of these shoes is poorly and cheaply made. There is no quality control check on these items? I will be unable to wear these boots since they have those staples sticking out. I hope I get refunded for these unwearable boots. I would not recommend this website or seller to anyone!

I ordered Some Gladiator sandals with laces in them. And they fit great and look very pretty!I'm usually a size between 6.5 or 7. Order 6.5 and they fit great. Can't wait to wear them with a dress or some high waisted shorts. Btw They did come in a shoe box. Which is a must for me!

The experience so far is unacceptable. I have heard no status on my order.....i dont know what is going on. Based on the above this is bad. Why is it taking so long to hear even a status
