TERRIBLE!!! SCAMMERS!!! NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!! STAY AWAY!!

I ordered a dress in medium. They sent me a small. Contacted them re issue. They had me jumping through hoops to correct their mistake. First no response to email. Then I called the number on the site; it refers you to a different number. Spoke with someone there. Told me they were going to look into it and get back to me. Two days later I called again. They sent me an 'approval number' and instructed me that I had to pay for the postage TO RETURN THE DRESS THAT THEY MADE A MISTAKE AND SENT THE WRONG SIZE!!! Contacted them again. Was told I need to take pics of the dress with the label to show proof of wrong size. Later got an email saying they were 'sorry for the inconvenience' and would forward to shipping dept. for a return label to be sent to me. 2 WEEKS LATER, NO LABEL, NO COMMUNICATION. Called again. Was told that it was not an approval EVEN THOUGH THE EMAIL THEY SENT ME SAID IT WAS AN APPROVAL!!! She said that must have been a mistake as they couldn't send a return label for the item, that I would have to PAY TO SHIP IT BACK!!! I referred her to THEIR RETURN POLICY PAGE that says if they make a mistake, they will take full responsibility and issue a return label. However, she insisted that is not their policy EVEN THOUGH IT IS ON THEIR PAGE!! So now I have to pay to return this stupid dress, and they will then decide if they approve my refund (I decided I didn't even want to exchange after going through this nonsense). I WILL NEVER, EVER, EVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN!! I shop online quite a bit, and usually if something simply doesn't fit, I let it go and not even bother with it, but I've never had a company send me the wrong size and then tell me I had to pay to return it!! I told the lady (She claims her name is Susan, but I don't believe it) that I was going to give them terrible reviews and she basically said 'that's fine' so I guess they don't care about retaining or obtaining new customers. BAD BUSINESS, BAD COMPANY, BAD CUSTOMER 'SERVICE'!!!

Shop with caution! Pay with PayPal!

TL;DR; LolliCouture would not respond to any messages, tracking number would not work, received a useless credit memo that I didn't even know what it did/how to use it. However, the products I received were good quality and the right sizes. Just shop with caution! If you insist on buying from them - at least use PayPal in case something goes wrong, and if you open a dispute on PayPal for a problem with the order, keep it open even if you get sent a 'credit memo'.

Ordered 7 pairs of cowboy boots from LolliCouture - some for me and some for my mum - however I did not receive an order confirmation or shipping confirmation email. I then messaged LolliCouture through their website asking what was happening with my order, and after this I received no reply but did receive my shipping confirmation with tracking number. When I tried to check the tracking - the website came up with an error message saying "The Postal Service could not locate the tracking information for your request. Please verify your tracking number and try again later." After waiting a few days and trying a few more times I messaged LolliCouture again saying that the tracking number was not working - I received no reply. Eventually I got my boots (pretty quick - albeit expensive - shipping I will admit) and there were 6 pairs in the box rather than the 7 I ordered with the invoice in the box saying 'refund' next to the 7th pair. I had not received my refund though, so emailed the company again to ask about the refund - and again received no reply. After a few more days I opened a PayPal dispute explaining what happened - which seemed to trigger an automatic email from LolliCouture affording me a 'credit memo' (useless and did not say how that works) in the amount of about $6. Luckily I didn't close the PayPal case because I have read that this messed things up for other customers and they ended up with no resolution. The PayPal dispute/case still did not get a response from LolliCouture and eventually the case was closed - affording me my refund.

The products I received are the right size and seem to be of good quality, however I would shop with caution on this website given the other problems that may arise! If you do shop through LolliCouture, use PayPal to protect your money in case something does go wrong.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

Please DO NOT WASTE any of your time with these people. I ordered a jumpsuit and before the order shipped I sent a request to have the order cancelled, this was because I realized I would not get it time for the event. They replied and said they were not sure they can stop the order... meanwhile it was not charged yet.THAT WAS A LIE!!! I do not believe any effort was made to cancel my order. I would have kept the item if it was the RIGHT item but it wasn't and with all this I cannot get my money back!!! they issued me a store credit!!!! I don't want NOTHING from these SCAMMERS!!!!!. WASTE of TIME and MONEY!!!

Awesome

I don't know what happened with all the other people that left bad reviews, but I am in love with my boots and they came in 2 days with no problem tracking my order! The boots are pretty tight on my chicken legs so i don't know how they would fit on someone with thicker calves/thighs, but I am glad they are tight on me and won't be falling down my legs!

took 2 months for refund

I placed my order in July and didn't receive a refund until September. TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE! Especially considering the fact that I wasn't the one who requested a refund. 3 of my items were placed on back order but I didn't hear anything back from them for weeks after. So, I decided to call and check the status of my 3 missing items that I, in fact, paid for. The lady told me that 2/3 items were no longer available and that they would issue a refund for the 2 items and ship the 1 item that was now available. They couldn't tell me why I was never contacted in regards to the items on back order, like that packaging slip inside the box stated would happen within 7-10 bus. days. Another week passed and I did not see a refund nor the 1 item they supposedly shipped so I called back and spoke with the same lady. She stated that there was an error in their system that prevented the refund from processing. She also informed me that the 1 item they said they were shipping me was now, in fact, out of stock. Once again, I was never contacted in regards to any of this nonsense. She insured me that the refund for all 3 items would be processed that same day. Another week passed and STILL no refund!!! So, I called yet AGAIN to check on the refund and the told me that once again the refund was not processed due to a system error on their end. This time it was a different lady that FINALLY apologized for the inconvenience. She insured me that the system was up and running and that she would process a refund that instant. Another week passed and yet, and still, no refund. So, I finally contacted my bank to dispute this matter. About 2 days later I finally received my refund!! It only took 4 calls and 2 months of waiting to get it. The fact that the paper stated "WE WILL CONTACT YOU WITHIN 7-10 BUS. DAYS IF WE CANNOT FULFILL YOUR ORDER" but yet I was never once contacted, really bothers me. The fact that I had to constantly call and hound this company for a refund on items that I paid for that they said was available in the first place. The fact that I was told a refund had been processed not once but twice and it wasn't is extremely UNPROFESSIONAL!!!! The fact that they left me clueless the whole time is what makes me choose to NEVER EVER purchase another item from them. In fact, I purchase 1 of the items else where and paid twice as much, not only because it wasn't available, but because I would rather give my money to a more reliable and appreciating online company!!!!!!!!!! KICK ROCKS LOLLI COUTURE!!!!!

Luv my order

I order a pair of fringe brown boots.it did take 3 weeks but when I ordered them it said 5-10 before they ship out..OK I called to check the status they answered immediately. Danielle gave me a confirmation number..it didn't work tried to trace it on USPS didn't work.a week later USPS they delivered them they r new nice exactly what I wanted..thank you I'm in Atlanta and I will order again

terrible customer service

I had placed an order on line for almost 1.5 weeks and website still reads 'processing' , I have called many times , no one answers , there is no voicemail , the 626 # is busy tone , the 855# is recording and disconnects automatically, I have contacted them via email and website to get the status of my order but no response and no one is getting back to me, now I wonder if they really exist.

update 9/15 : still have not received the items and contacted them couple of times to cancel my order as it has been more than a month I placed the order , got 2 answers back that they cannot cancel the order as its in process.

Absolutely terrible customer service and no item delivery - Shop elsewhere

I purchased a pair of shoes in May and it has now been two months and my order is nowhere to be seen. During this period, I contacted the company numerous times via email to either be ignored or just be sent an isolated link in regards to the so-called postage date. No sentences, paragraphs etc, just a isolated web link. What kind of customer service is that?

This company does not seem to abide by any ethical conduct and cannot even execute 10% professionalism when it comes to responding to customer complaints. Yet, they will be quick to take your money and leave you with nothing, with no hope of a refund or re-post of the item. I will not be shopping with this company again and urge anyone else to question whether they want to take the risk of losing their money and being left with nothing.

In shopping worldwide, this is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Save your money and shop elsewhere.

* I am submitting this review based on my current order as a way to warn new customers so disregard dates and company response. And it is interesting how the company is quick to respond to this but yet not be able to write a sentence in response to a customer query.

Worst company ever

From start to finish this is a terrible company. My sister and I ordered swimsuits and we were severely disappointed in every way. I ordered one and the sizing and fit were all wrong even though I measured to their standards. Then when I tried to exchange it for a size up that was impossible. I sent in email after email and never got any responses. And then when I finally reached them by phone, the representative was no help and could offer no reasonable explanation as to why it didn't fit and why I couldn't exchange it. It was also really obvious that she was reading from a script and couldn't care less. This doesn't even touch the the bottom of the barrel though. My sister's experience was much worse. They didn't even send hers and each time she called to check on it they had a different answer and kept blaming it on the shipping when in reality they hadn't shipped it at all. My sister didn't receive her swimsuit for almost 4 months! Then when she did get it, it had major flaws including that it was missing bra cups. I would never buy anything from them again, I had an awful experience and they have horrible at customer service and quality. Stay away at all costs.

Most horrible online shopping experience yet

I placed my order and payed $82 extra dollars for next day air shipping. I called in to customer service to make sure that it would be shipped out that same morning. They told me they were getting my order ready and would call me in 30 minutes. I never received that call. So the next day comes and goes and I haven't received my order. I called to cancel the order and they told me I would have my money back in 2-3 business days. A week later and I still haven't received my money back and I opened up a disputed with my card company and they have yet to hear back from the company either. I don't want any more excuses I want my money returned to me.

Awesome value for your money!!

Love love love buying from Lollicouture- shipping is a little pricey but the product prices are low enough it makes it worth it. I get so many compliments on my variety of shoes! Thanks Lollicouture!

Illegitimate company

I never received my item. I tried calling customer service and was on hold for over an hour with no one answering. I tried disputing the purchase through PayPal and they submitted a fake tracking number. I finally had to resort to disputing the charges on my credit card. My credit card company has tried contacting them but to no avail.

Still missing item.

I have items I still haven't received that were put as back ordered but yet to get a refund or notification where my item is.
but the web site says my order is complete. Also I received different items than I ordered. Similar but different. So also I don't believe I should be paying for them either

2-Day Shipping is Bogus

I ordered two bathing suits from LolliCouture, my second order from them, and I added 2-day shipping for and extra $20 because my first order took a very long time to arrive and I wanted to make sure the suits worked for an upcoming vacation. Well, the order was placed on 3/25 and it's now 4/10 and I have not received my order. I believe it will be delivered tomorrow, but I will be reaching out to LolliCouture to get my money back from the extra I spent on shipping.
