I am happy with what I have recieved. At this point, the quality is brilliant and appears sturdy. Let's hope it stays the same on my big day. I ordered them for me and my girls.

No way of reaching them the line sounds busy, they never respond to emails, and I still have no information on my order but the money sure is gone

I tried calling to get information on my package stayed on hold 40 mins. Just to have the representative rude and hung up on me. Didn't give me any info and still have not received my dres . DO NOT ORDER FOR THIS COMPANY!!!!!

I have been shopping with this company prior to it changing over to this name, and this is the worst service I have ever experienced with this company. I ordered my stuff on March 4, 2016 and it will not arrive until March 21, 2016 after I have paid 26.00 dollars for shipping and handling. For a place that is located in the USA, this is extremely too much to ship and way too long to wait for items. No addition, the customer service was very rude when I called to check on my order. Like I said, I have never had this experience with this company before, and I will be sending the items back and will never order from them again. I am very disappointed .

Cute suit but the bottoms are a bit thin. You can see through then and I imagine they would be worse when wet.

The worst, they didn't even contacted me to le me know if my order was shipped or no, i haven't recieved any package. Scam

I didn't expect my order to come so early. It fits just fine, and looks pretty good. I appreciate the good service and discount opportunity that made this a reasonably priced purchase.:D

Everything as expected, except sizes run way too small.

I ordered fringe sandals,when they got here they looked very cheap! This is the first item I haven't been satisfied with !

My bathing suit came in different sizes
Top: medium/large
Bottoms: would wouldn't even fit a size xs

Chinese sizing. XL is like a US small. I should have known. One out of the two suits will fit. Could have been worse I guess.

I am completely unhappy and disgusted with this company. I paid $46 for 2 day shipping fee, and I have now been waiting for 10 days! I rushed my order because I was going out of town, and this was a pure waste of my money, when I couldn't did standard shipping if I knew it would be this long! If I could give zero stars I would. This company doesn't even answer phone calls or emails. This company will never get my business, or my family and friends business EVER again.

I ordered a bathing suit a month ago and never received it! I tried messaging and no response. I called the toll free number but " all circuits busy" every time! I'm furious! And I want my money back!!!

I made an order Of 6 pair of shoes. Although lollicouture knew one pair of shoes was not available for shipping, I was not informed and the entire order amount was deducted from my bank account. Once the order was received, I contacted lollicouture and was advised that the missing pair of shoes were not available for shipping at the time the order was placed. I was told that it is not their procedure to notify the customer that items are missing from the order or to make an adjustment to the amount charged, when items are not shipped.

About 2 weeks after I received the incomplete order, Lollicouture finally decided that the only way they would refund the $8.00 was if I packed up and shipped back the remaining 5 pair of shoes so they could refund the full amount of the order($72.00). After 2 weeks, I had already worn some of the shoes. Also, I did not have time or funds for shipping back products that I wanted. So technically it ends up costing me money to get a refund for product they knew were not available at the time of their shipping. Although technically, they offered an opportunity for refund, it was unfair and costly to me as the customer in the way of time/money.

BASICALLY I WAS RIPPED OFF! I was a pretty regular customer before this happed, but it feels like the stole my money on this one.

Wow y'all are very slow . On send oders .. Y'all don't answer phones .. Y'all have told me debarked times my oders on way . And I am still waiting far my ship conf. # I deal with a lot on line Odets .. So far y'all are the very slowest . Y'all not act profesnal on this matter . Please stop lie and send my Oder ! It's 12 days now ! Thanks . I was going to spread the word about y'all sight ... But not good idear . Too slow . And y'all lie ..

Great experience overall. My item arrived quickly without paying an up charge for faster delivery. Quality of the product was excellent and the online description of the item was helpful and accurate in my decision to purchase. Will purchase again.

The sandals were just as I pictured on the site. I'm glad I made the purchase.

I placed an order 2/15/16, on 3/10 I got an item that was not ordered by me nor was it the item that was allegedly on backorder and shipping out to me. I received a T-shirt (which we do not sell in our store) and not the dress that I ordered a month ago. I called several times and emailed, I followed the instructions the initial person told me to do by emailing a pic of the item and the shipping package. I was told that someone would contact me to address and get the correct item out to me. I never heard back from anyone. I called back in and got a hispanic lady who said she worked in customer support. Her attitude was horrible and she was not helpful. I was told that I needed to now request a RMA and ship the item back to them at my own expense!! That makes no sense, when they can clearly see from the emailed pics the item was no where near what I had ordered. I asked if they would issue a return label so that I could return the item to them and was told no that I had to pay for it and THEN they would send me the right item. I told her that I should not have to pay for their mistake. She was belligerent and rude and we got into a back and forth going nowhere discussion and she hung up. I called back in and asked to speak to her manager, she said that the manager there was for a different department. I told her she was very hard to understand and that I wanted to speak to someone else and a manager, she hung up again. I called back. I told her this time that I would be reporting the company for the shady practices they are doing based on her refusing to issue me a return label to return THEIR item and have them ship my item! She hung up again. I plan to discuss matters further with a legal consultant if this is not addressed properly.

Horrible experience I well never order from this company again. No where did I read on their return policy that bathing suits were final sale so now I out of money for something that doesn't fit because there sizes are not accurate. I wouldn't recommend this website to anyone

It takes 7 days to receive my order but other than that great customer service and price
