I received my initial order. I returned one item and asked for a size exchange of two other items. That was a month ago. I have heard nothing from them, nor have I received a refund or my items. I have tried to contact them several times, no response. Feeling a bit duped at the moment.

I would give this review 3 stars but because I got two gladiator sandals at a GREAT price, I give it 4. I absolutely could not give this 3 stars because the processing time is ridiculous. It's processed for about 4 days then shipped. I recieved the package about a week and a few days later. When I opened it my shoes were there of course but the shirt I ordered was not. The invoice says refund so I'll see if they actually refund it. I just think they need a better database for tracking their inventory. I also believe the shipping price is ridiculous for the shipping to be slow. All in all, I love my shoes; they fit great but the company does need work.

I order many swimsuits through the website. Quality is good. My only déception is that sometimes the same size on one model won't fit me on another. Be careful.

I ordered my awesome brown, over the knee, lace up boots. They came in a timely fashion and were so much nicer than the picture.
I would certainly recommend anyone to feel good about placing an order with Lollicouture!

Size are not true to size. You have to order a size or too bigger. Support team still has not emailed me on the return issues.

Bad communication. It has been 3weeks since I ordered. Have not received products or any emails. Will never order from them again!

I ordered 4 dresses, 2 pairs of shoes, and 2 swimsuits for my Bachelorette Party in Vegas. The first box I received more than a week later had half the items. All were poor quality with uneven hem lines, fraying at the edges, and very small. One swimsuit which I ordered and XL barely covered my friend who tried it in (a size 00 in JCrew). The second box arrived a week later with one item still missing. I contacted them about returning ALL items and was not allowed. Per the return policy I could only send back the dresses for store credit. I asked them repeatedly to issue a full refund for the dress that never made it, which finally happened after 2 months. Still waiting to hear how to use my store credit (at least he shoes worked out). They are terrible communicating (the customer support was fairly responsive, you just never know where you are in the shipping and return process) and have cheaply made clothes. Do not put yourself through the agony of dealing with them.

Takes 5 years to receive shipments. Not impressed

I luv my new shoes!!! Not only do they fit great and look amazing but they were reasonably priced. They also got shipped to me altogether within a reasonable time! Luv it! I will definitely be buying from there again!

Go to a different site! I think this one is fake!

I ordered two dresses. One regular length and the other a maxi. I ordered from Canada. Paid no border duty on $55. CAD. Waiting time was short, maybe 2 1/2 weeks. The dresses came neatly and small packaged. When I opened them up there was just a couple of wrinkles. The dresses are just beautiful. I am so impressed that I will definitely order from them again. Thanks so much for having so much variety and colours to choose from. Colleen.

Ordered sandals, it took one week, but was very pleased when they arrived.

Still have not received some of my order. Also some of the shoes run very small

I do really love the dress, especially the price I paid for it, but the material of the dress is a little thin.

Not thrilled about ordering from this site at all... this has got to be the slowest shipping ever. 2 weeks to ship 2 items? Absurd
