I love the prices and the selection but the amount of time it takes to receive your order makes it almost not worth it. But I am in love with my newest purchase.

Love the stuff but it takes them at least 2-3 weeks just to send your order, and if you call their services you'll have to wait about 15-30 minutes just to talk to somebody. Orders during Christmas time are faster than theirs. 😡

While it is possible that the return policy on sale items was stated, it wasn't clear to me that I would not be able to return my sale item if it wasn't a good match, which it wasn't. I'm now stuck with the burden of reselling the shoes myself which leaves me with a bad taste in my mouth as far as my opinion of your brand. I would have been more likely to do business with lollicouture in the future had the transaction felt 100% transparent. I can't see myself recommending your website

The shoes I purchased were for my niece to wear at Easter with her Easter dress. The shoes were even more beautiful in person than depicted online.

After 4 days with customer servixe on the phone and endless emails being sent back and forth, our orders completed. I was told in 4 business days the orders would ship out. I called again on the 5th business day after order was placed and was told that the next day it would ship out. I again called on the 8th business day to be told that the orders have not been shipped out yet and will ship within 24 to 48 hours. I told the rep that I want to cancell the orders and was told that she will send a ticket but cannot guarantee this. I am so disappointed and will never recommend lolli couture.

And I've not received the product as of yet.. Hope it arrives in time for my wedding, wanted that slinky sexy dress for the wedding night for the husband to enjoy

11 days and no item.... Didn't even bother givimg me a tracking number ..... Unacceptable

I was a little cautious about my purchase because I'd never heard of the site before and the items were pretty reasonable as far as prices but I took a chance and I am THRILLED that I did. I couldn't wait to text my family and friends about it. I certainly plan to order again soon.

I bought outfit for a hair show 2/27 for hair show 3/4. I buy outfits all the time online and get them 2-5 days. Today is 3/10 and still don't have tracking info. I asked for refund and they told me that the warehouse was dispatched and I couldnt get it. So no I will not be buying from the website again. Not trusted...

I ordered my bikinis about 2 weeks ago and it hasn't been shipped nor have I received a tracking number. I ordered these bikinis so they will arrive in time for spring break but this is getting really frustrating because I have plans spring break is a few days away! Never order from this website! STAY AWAY!

I loved my dress from Lollicouture. It is very well made and comfortable and it is absolutely STUNNING!! The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is that shipping was rather slow.

I think my title describes my entire experience. I ordered a bathing suit, they sent the wrong size, and took 3 weeks to send me the correct one. AWFUL customer service and I will never order from this website for the rest of my life
