I went to Lola’s today to try their new inventions. Brought a chocolate chip cookie, crispy cookie, cinnamon roll and tropical cake. Everything tasted amazing. I will definitely be trying them again.... Se mere

Great team, and the new test kitchen items were truly awesome - The best thing I tried was the everything bagel scroll, which was lovely, cheesy, and savory. Lola's is always the stop for birthday... Se mere

I was in Westfield by chance when I head to Lola’s and had cinnamon bun and though I’m fussy when it comes to treat. It was surprisingly the best cinnamon bun I ever had. Will definitely have again

Lola's cupcakes always deliver great cakes for our daughter's birthday partys. We ordered the Moana tall cake and it was both beautiful and very tasty. Highly recommended.

I just wanted to take a moment to thank Sharmaine for the incredible service she provided during my visit. Her kindness, professionalism, and helpfulness made the experience so pleasant. She went above and beyond to assist me, and I truly felt like I was in good hands. It’s not every day you come across someone so dedicated and thoughtful. Keep up the great work – it really shows, and I truly appreciate it

I went to collect my birthday freebies…
I went to collect my birthday freebies cake. The Victoria sponge cake with fresh fruit on top strawberry, blueberries and raspberry. When I was cutting the cake I've noticed one raspberry colour was changed when I looked deeply the raspberry was mouldy.
Thank you

Absolute joke of a business.
Absolute joke of a business.
Ordered a birthday cake for my daughter from Lola’s. big mistake!
Turned up to collect it, left my phone at home. Gave them every single detail:
• Full name
• Order info
• Personalised message on the cake
• Pick-up time etc…
They refused to hand it over. The store was closing, and they couldn’t care less.
Staff (Eastern European and Filipino ladies on shift) were cold, rude and unhelpful.
Couldn’t even confirm if I’d get a refund if it wasn’t collected. Instead, offered to keep the cake for two extra days-because who delays a kid’s birthday party for fun?
Contacted head office, even worse.
• Wouldn’t escalate
• No case number
• Didn’t care
When my husband finally collected it, the cake was awful.
Dry, stale sponge smothered in cheap icing sugar.
Never again.
Plenty of better bakeries in London. Save your money and your sanity.

Hello Wafa,
Thank you for taking your time to share your feedback with us about your recent visit to one of our store locations.
We are very sorry that we were not able to assist you with completing collection of your order on the day.
The first note that we list in your order confirmation email is that at least one of the following are required to collect your order:
- Copy of [your order confirmation email]
- ID that matches the name on the order
- Credit/Debit card matching the name on the order
Sadly, none of these important verification steps could be taken and our store was unable to allow you to collect this order.
These measures are in place to protect our customer's orders and to prevent against fraudulent activity at our stores.
Please be assured that your feedback regarding these important security measures has been noted to the relevant departments.
Kind regards,
Wesley
Excellent service and cake!
The website was easy to use. I was able to order exactly what I wanted (a red velvet birthday cake), and there was a choice of sizes.
I was able to have the cake personalised and I was pleased with the cost of the cake.

A kind of Victoria Sponge
A pretty cake and decent size. My only critique is we ordered a Victoria sponge and the cream tasted more like frosting and so was a little disappointing. Looks like a Victoria sponge, but it’s frosting not cream - just something to be mindful of!

hello Grishma,
Thank you for your feedback about our Victoria Sponge.
I am so sorry for any confusion we have caused by not using Fresh Cream.
Our Victoria Sponge cakes do have a Cream Cheese icing as an alternative, we do note this in the description to let us customers know before buying.
We will pass your feedback onto the relevant teams to review for the future.
I hope you have a good evening.
Best wishes,
I wasn’t sure if the free birthday cake…
I wasn’t sure if the free birthday cake was real so I made a visit at your Stratford branch and I was in for a birthday treat!the lovely staff asked me to choose the cake I wanted( opt for red velvet cake) and gave me the warmest “happy birthday”

Lola's cupcakes are the best
Lola's cupcakes are the best. The cakes are moist and rich! Amazing. I usually order online and choose the click and collect option which I did more recently and it was so yummy! The box comes with a handle now. Before going home, I met a friend for dinner on the other side of London but when I got home the cake was still very securely in the box with no damage!
