LiveWest Anmeldelser

LiveWest are supposed to be providers of affordable quality housing for people on low incomes.
My experience as a long suffering tenant has been miserable.
I live in a rundown 1980s block of flats that are not fit for purpose. They were studio flats. Mine was converted into a minuscule one bed flat with the addition of a stud partition.
The flat is heated with night storage heaters and an overnight hot water immersion tank. These outdated forms of heating are astronomical to run on a low income.
My last energy bill was almost £500.
A council flat advertised has a £64 monthly communal heating charge.
These charlatans pride themselves on the provision of affordable housing.
They put me in fuel poverty and think it’s ok.
Ensure any accommodation from a social housing provider comes with an honest energy appraisal and detailed running costs.

The fitter James tallemach was brilliant what he did,he was very efficient with his job,and a job well done by him. A job done in 2 days & signed off with as a happy customer & tenant of live west.

We had our top floor W/C refitted the week we moved into the property. We did a mutual exchange so everything was already chosen (flooring, paint etc).
Ash came over and did it for us and we couldn’t fault him. Great workmanship, lovely man. Very respectful, tidy and friendly. Got the job done in like a day and a half and kept us in the loop about timings etc. Very efficient, got on with the works and we’re very happy with it! Not a bad word to say. Cheers Ash!

Awesome experience with livewest.

Phil has done an amazing job of my new kitchen. Nothing was too much trouble for him.
Many thanks

My kitchen was done to a very high standard, the work men were very polite, they kept me undated on everything they were doing, eg. When turning off water/electric to do certain work.
I'm very happy with my new Kitchen and the professional attitude of everyone involved.
Thank you

I just had my bathroom replaced and am very happy. Both Sean and and Jodie were amazing from start to finish. There was also an electrician, who's name I don't know, who was amazing also. All three employees are a credit to livewest. I struggle with having people in 'my space' but the whole experience was pain free and I love my new bathroom and definitely worth using a weeks leave for!! Well done lovely people !!!!! 😊

Fitted a kitchen for us , worked very hard , polite and friendly , took there time and didn’t rush it . Cleaned up after them selfs and went above and beyond . Very pleased .

Thank you Ashley Grist for the exceptional work! The bathroom was impeccable and exceeded all our expectations.
We want to thank you for your commitment and dedication. His competence and attention to detail made all the difference in the project.
Thank you very much LiveWest.

Three stars because the sink is too small. When speaking to other plumbers we could have been offered a normal size sink.
The inspector who visited today is looking was helpful and explained that we should have had an option

The Elmtree workers are unprofessional; when they mow the lawn, my driveway gets covered in grass, my front door gets covered in it, and even the cars get stuck... every year it's this nightmare. I complained, and everything remains the same!!!!

We had our bathroom done by Chris who did a fantastic job. He worked none stop for 6 days. Was very polite and respectful to our property. We are very very happy with it it's beautiful . Thanks Chris.

Wow what can I say absolutely over the moon with my new bathroom referb, the craftsmanship is second to none and it looks amazing. Talked me thru every stage and minimal distruction from start to finish can’t wait to have a soak in the new bathroom . job well done .

Grant was the person who came out and organized the kitchen before hand. He was very respectful & helpful & at the end of the phone for any questions.
Andy was the kitchen fitter and once again respectful of my property and did a fantastic job of the kitchen. He was always courteous & friendly like Grant. Andy always cleaned up after himself & left everything which he could clean. Andy would hard and the result is much better than I expected. I went for the white which being a small kitchen for a 3 bed house brightens & lights it up & looks great with my new white goods & blue swan retro appliances. As well as the light blue walls. Thanks very much guys appreciated all your hard work & help from start to finish

Darren Lyons came and did my kitchen refit. He was absolutly brilliant. He was friendly, and kept me well informed, also showing and explaining what he needed to do and checking that I was happy with everything the whole way through the project. An absolute delight of a workman, very professional, polite, great communication throughout and going above and beyond. Thankyou very much Darren.

Dave and Greg were very professional, on time effective and efficient with time management, explained throughout the job. Polite friendly approachable. Excellent customer service and great communication. I liked these guys .

Jodie and will replaced my kitchen and have been nothing short of amazing the entire week. So friendly and had so many safety precautions put in place as I have a little one. Kept everything so tidy and safe the entire time they was here

This is the first time i have been a tenant with livewest & i am really looking forward to it.
Very easy to speak to someone if needed and all information is there.

I'm extremely happy with the whole installation program. From the initial contact from Rebecca at admin everything was done so professionally. Martin kept me informed of developments during installation and was incredibly professional. The finished product was very good with very decent materials used and attention to detail with regard to the finish. Everything from start to finish exceeding my expectations.... I can't wait for them to do the bathrooms next!
