I should read the reviews before placing order..
Choose express delivery and expect to get the parcel on time or 1-day delay as I need the dress to wear on a special occasion, it's fine to delay as I can buy the other dress but there's no one answering my email to check the status which is really disappointing. How come e-commerce does not invest more in Customer service when their service sucks, they can only expect the one-time customer then.

Uncontactable & non-responsive
We ordered an item on 24/11. Due to postal delays, it arrived too late on 05/12. It was posted back on 08/12 and arrived with the seller on 12/12. Until 21/12, we hadn't had any updates about our refund, so emailed the company twice without reply. We tried to phone them on 0203 327 1268 but a recorded message says the lines are now not manned!
So, if they aren't contactable by phone and don't respond to emails, what should we think? Will our refund be forthcoming?
We've had to escalate this with PayPal but would prefer that the company kept us informed without the need for redress.

Lack of communication after multiple emails sent
I've ordered from little mistress before and my experience has been great....until this time around. I live in the US. Placed my order on Dec 10th and still haven't received my order. I know the postal services in the UK are on strike, but I emailed little mistress twice and never got a response. At this point, I don't want my items anymore since I don't believe I'll receive them by Dec 24th. I want my order canceled if I can't have my order by the 24th. I would hate to pay $20 return shipping when it's not my fault that my order has still not shipped, and I don't need the things if I’m going to receive them after Dec 24th.

Ordered 4 items in Little Mistress Sale - fast delivery in good condition. Very pleased with white Alice Temperley peasant blouse, sage crop trousers, grey ballgown which were great fit and super value for money. Also ordered rose blazer dress in size 18 but was too big and colour not vibrant pink as picture so returned. Overall excellent garments and would highly recommend purchases as good value for money and looks great. Thanks so much Little Mistress - Well Done!!

Great clothes, shocking customer service
I love my clothes which I eventually received. Tbf there were a number of postal strikes on which I realised as soon as I put in my original order which appeared about 6 days later. Which I guess is happening everywhere, however, on seeing this I still put in a next day delivery order, buying the coveted dress again and paying extra money for the privilege, so I could get my dress in time for the 15th when I ordered on the 13th...this still has not arrived! Having an email as the only correspondence which is answered if you re lucky 48hrs later is not useful for any issues and when it was answered they assured me they d email me courier details and you did not, and again, I never received the dress to return. It s terrible customer service.

Poor customer service/Lack of communication
Delivery arrived without a problem but item was returned next day as too big. Tracking shows it was received back on 6th December but I've received no acknowledgement or any communication to say that my refund is being processed. Info online says returns may take 10 working days to process, then another 10 days for refund to be processed. If I'd read the review before purchasing I would have run a mile. Terrible customer service.

Stitching quality is awful.
The quality of the dress really isn’t great. The stitching is terrible, with a lot of the thread coming loose in places having not been completed or sewn properly, let alone neatly/discreetly. Such a shame.

I had to pay extra postage charges to royal mail. On top of the charges paid to these guys that should have covered it. Absolute joke. The item was also poor quality.
To be clear its 100% accurate. Nothing to check on bank statement royal mail card left requesting additional payment to deliver package. Payment made via royalmail website - i checked. Delivery made on day royal mail website stated. This blatantly poor customer service.
Topped off with a sh!t response from the retailer. Avoid

During Christmas we are already…
During Christmas we are already suffering with late deliveries. Instead of giving relief you are taking delivery charges that are non refundable and return is also not free. Many brands are charging no delivery fee or free return.

It’s a pain to shop with them, please avoid if you could
I have always been liking your dress, but this is not the first time experiencing problems. Last time I only received a refund after multiple chasing for a few weeks. As you guys counted less the returned item.
And this time my Order number 1173253 ordered on 28nov didn’t even deliver to me. i have emailed you guys, and no tracking number has been provided instead just saying Royal Mail strike. It has been 3 weeks since I ordered. How is that possible for a UK local deliver, please refund ASAP
I was hoping you guys will be doing better, but turned out the same disappointment on management and logistics.
