I have sent returns back on the 28 December. It’s been over two week and I have not heard anything from you. I emailed you asking if you had receive my return and I am still waiting for a response. You need to do better because you are in a competitive field.

Absolutely Terrible Service/Poor Customer Service
I have been buying dresses from Little Mistress for the past 3 years and the services has been excellent, however my recent order on 12 December was a terrible mistake. If I had read reviews on trust pilot before purchasing I would have run a mile. The items were delivered and I had to send most back due to sizing. Tracking showed it was received back on 28th December which they acknowledged when I email them and LM advised that the refund may take 10 working days. However contacting them on 9th January they asked if all the items on the order was returned which I responded to only for them to send the exact email on the 10th January asking the same question.
They are not contactable by phone and I am owned £107 and I have had to escalate with PayPal. For your information my order no is 1175112.

Speedy delivery, good communication and a jumper that is good quality and looks like it appears on the website. I’d never heard of this website before and had complemented a family member on her jumper. She sent me a link & the rest is history! Would recommend.

Poor customer service
I ordered two dresses in Dec. Both were so nice! I kept one and returned the other. I had not received my refund after 10 days so contacted them and didn’t get a response. I chased them and they asked for proof of postage (which I had already included on my first email) I’ve sent again and haven’t heard anything back. I’ve since sent three chasing emails and contacted them on social media and haven’t had a reply.
The dresses were lovely and the quality good but I’m giving one star due to the poor customer service.

Mistake
Ordered on December 19th, was told I would get the order within 5 days, package tracking says the order is "processing" for a month now. No communication by email. Going to request a refund and if that doesn't work, going to the police.

Poor communication
I've ordered from this company on 3 occasions in the past without any issues.
I placed an order however on Christmas day and haven't received my order or any update from them.
I've emailed on 3 occasions and all I got was that my query has been forwarded to the right team.
This is appalling.
I've ordered from several other retailers after Christmas and have received my order. The lack of communication is worrying and the fact the customer service number starts with 0845 is a concern as most businesses no longer use these kinds of numbers.
I will not be ordering here again.

I paid next day delivery
I paid next day delivery, received my parcel 3 days late so I couldn’t wear the dress to my party.
I tried to do returns online but couldn’t, it kept saying address, Christmas Island but I couldn’t change it. I emailed yesterday but not had a reply as yet.

Terrible service for returns. No refund issued.
I had recently left a positive review as liked the dresses but generous sizing meant I had to send most back.
The returns process however has been very poor so far. Posted my returns 25 days ago, tracking showed parcel was delivered 22 days ago and I haven’t heard anything since. I’m now owed £79 and nobody is replying to me emails.

Express delivery? More like snail mail
Paid for express delivery on 19th December as it stated delivery in 1-3 days but still awaiting delivery. Very disappointed as it was a Christmas present. Reading other reviews this seems to be a common problem so why not withdraw express delivery and inform customers that deliveries may not arrive in time before Christmas? Don't think I'll be using site again after this experience
