Listnride is a reputable website, I have used it twice now to rent cargo bikes in Copenhagen. When I had an issue the contact team directed my directly to there CEO and sorted it out perfectly. 100% legitimate business.

It was easy to find a great racing bike via Listnride. It was impossible to rent a comparable bike anywhere else in the region. Listnride saved my vacation. Renting via the platform was very easy. The rental company was very reputable. Communication was smooth. I received a bike in top condition. All in all, I can recommend the platform without hesitation.

I had an unfortunate situation with a bike rental I made through ListnRide — due to a mistake in the listed pick-up location, I ended up at the wrong shop and had to rent another bike last minute at a much higher cost, right before a triathlon.

At first, it was frustrating and confusing, but I reached out to their support team and was immediately impressed by how effectively they responded and how seriously they took the issue. They looked into everything carefully, explained the situation transparently, and — even though the original error came from the rental shop, not ListnRide directly — they still took full responsibility for helping me find a fair solution.

They connected me directly with the CEO, who personally handled my case with care and professionalism. In the end, we reached a solution that was fair for both sides, and I felt genuinely listened to and respected throughout the process.

I was impressed by how the company handled the situation. ListnRide responded with accountability and a genuine commitment to customer care. Based on this experience, I can say they’re a trustworthy and competent company that stands behind their service.

I made reservations for an e-bike in Vienna because I have a walkingproblem and need a bike to be mobile in a city. After 4 days still no confirmation. So I send an email to ask for help but no answer. Finally I cancelled my reservation and I hope there is no charge on our creditcard. Tomorrow we go on our trip and still no bike, no help, no answers. I am so disappointed!

I made a cancellation and it's been two weeks and I don't have my money back. Most probably it's a scam. I'd like to know where can I make an official complaint.

I had rented out my bicycle at the end of 2023 that broke when used by another user. However, listnrides insurance refused to cover the damage, which is why I had to pay the repair costs myself. In addition, there was nobody that checked rented bicycles for safety and roadworthiness. Ever since, I have rejected all, partly questionable, rental requests and avoided the platform. And that's my well-intentioned advice. Avoid listnride.

They make it easy to collect money e.g. paypal or creditcard but complicated to pay back the owner (only via bank account), sound strange.

This is fraud! Cancellations will not be refunded. Even if the provider is clearly a scammer and does not provide address or phone number.

Got a last minute cancellation from the rental company. Nobody cares at Listnride. Not the best service.

Bien sûr, j'ai refusé leurs services et je suis parti. quand je signalé cela au service client, ils m'ont répondu que je suis un menteur,

awful customer service, no insurance, claim to give you double reward on your first rental but is keeping the money for themselves.
