Professional and thorough service all round. The staff went the extra mile to understand my requirements and helped me with choices - nothing was too much trouble! Allowing me to drive the car out of the showroom was an especially nice touch!

I have had 2 Hyundais in the past and went to Lings as the nearest main dealer. Was dealt with by Luis Baker. A really polite friendly and knowledgeable individual. I was very pleased with the service I got and impressed by the very modern showroom.

Brilliant customer service…
Very happy with all the staff who we came into contact with,everything from price,trade in delivery time and especially on new vehicle collection day. A fault was found with on board tech which was solved as soon as possible,everyone was so apologetic, two coffees later and a very kind gesture of a full tank of petrol we left very happy 😊

Pre sales and transaction were very smooth. However the owners handbook was not provided and I had to call a couple of times to request a copy which arrived over a week after purchase. Very frustrating as many of the car’s functions are unfamiliar to me and I was planning a 500+ mile road trip without knowing how to operate/disable many functions

Failed to deliver vehicle on time despite lots of promises
Failed to deliver vehicle on time due to failure in securing finance on time despite text 5 mins before collection stating all was ready for collection. Was finally sorted out next day, which resulted in showroom having to open on Sunday.
