Service was great by all the staff, Although recovering from a motorcycle injury staff assisted me to sit on the motorcycles to find my perfect bike. Once bike ordered was kept updated on delivery date on a regular basis. Great experience throughout would highly recommend Lings of Watton.

Excellent experience despite teething problems
Buying a used motorbike was a very smooth easy process, however the broke down the day after due to a faulty fuel gauge, hence losing a star. However, Christian and the delivery team collected and diagnosed the problem on the same day and everything was sorted under the three month warranty. Absolutely love the bike and is running like a beauty now.

I had a great experience at Lings. I part exchanged my old bike and bought a brand new CFMOTO 800MT. Everything was handled smoothly, and the team were genuinely friendly and helpful throughout. They made the whole process feel easy and stress-free, which I really appreciated.

Honest and proffesional = Awsome
There customer service is awesome, this is the 2nd bike I bought from them in a short time frame (first one was written off during an RTA) they are professional, extremely helpful and what I really like is the personal touch of them doing a quick video showing the bike you are buying (ether same model or actual bike) and making it a honest buying experience. I can not rate them highly enough with this.

Took a long time to get this deal sorted….bike arrived dirty and fuel light on!
First ride to fill up and the suspension was banging, bike wouldn’t start, MTC and ABS lights flashing and to top it off key fob battery light came on!!!

Christian the guy I was dealing with was incredibly knowledgeable & ensured my bike was ready on time & sent me a video of my bike all prepared complete with extras U specified fitted which was a nice touch.
