Lift started in 2010 as a family-run shop in Puerto Rico. In 2015, co-founder Nick Leason — an engineer and lifelong surfer — designed the original eFoil, adapting technology from smartphones, electric vehicles, and drones into a board that flies above the water without needing wind or waves. The Lift5 is an engineering masterpiece and work of art. The quality of everything is nonpareil. It feels like something from the future. Imani helped me purchase and was wonderful to work with. I did have a problem with a defective charger that took a bit to long to fix but it was all worth the wait. What a magnificent creation! Far superior to all other foilboards I have ever used or seen.

Lift efoil battery issue
A $4000 battery with less than 5 cycles is now impossible to use anymore due to a faulty BMS. The company is delighted in charging for a new battery instead of taking responsibility for their flaws.

Totally Stoked on the New Surf Dimension
I've always had good experiences at Lift whether buying products or dealing with repair issues. Product innovations have improved my user experience and new foils keep it all exciting. I ride my Lift X probably 5 days per week. Considering the marine environment and the dynamic use in the ocean the X holds up remarkably. The new LCS makes getting on the water a breeze. I am literally set up and ready to ride within about 1 minute. I do the recommended maintenance and even that with the pack down can be done within a few minutes max.

poor customer service, no person to talk to. average time to wait for customer service 3-4 days. Otherwise, super fun and great boards.

I left 3 voicemails multiple texts and emails. Had a case # thru the app and thru web site, no one got back to me. Finally after over a week i asked for the sales department talked with someone and immediately received an email with the part i needed and it has already shipped. Thank you for the shipment I really just needed a call back Otherwise i love my E-foil

We're glad we could get the part shipped out quickly once we connected, but a week of voicemails, texts, and emails without a callback isn't the experience we want, and we hear that loud and clear. Having two separate case numbers across the app and website clearly didn't help either, and that's something we're working to tighten up. Very expensive battery that failed…
Very expensive battery that failed after three years which seems to be an issue for the company. The communication was very slow for what is I expect a common issue. I am left disappointed and definitely not supportive of this company.

Horrible customer service extremely expensive product not very well made and the company does not back it.
After many attempts to correct a problem with the foil finally got in address to send the parts to and the address that they sent me was incorrect motor was sent back poor customer service....cost me over 400 to ship will never recommend your products again.
