Lift started in 2010 as a family-run shop in Puerto Rico. In 2015, co-founder Nick Leason — an engineer and lifelong surfer — designed the original eFoil, adapting technology from smartphones, electric vehicles, and drones into a board that flies above the water without needing wind or waves. Lift shipped its first commercial eFoil, the LIFT1, in 2018, and has released five eFoil generations since, leading up to today's LIFT5 and LIFTX.
Every Lift eFoil is built around the Lift Connect System (LCS) & a tool-free, click-and-lock setup that lets riders swap masts, propulsion units, wings, and batteries in seconds, no tools required. I hope you read this lift ! I was all for lift prior & now I'm on the fence . I bought a lift 4 pro directly from you . I live in Vermont our summers are about 4 months, I've had my board for 2 years and battery dead . Maybe used 40 times tops, that's terrible quality. To top it off the once a week response does me no good . I snowboard and If I reach out to a company I'm used to a timely response. Your company sucks at service!! Answer your phone & respond in a timely matter . Kerry

I have had a problem with my eBox for…
I have had a problem with my eBox for seven days now and I have called Lift Support in Puerto Rico maybe 15-20 times over the last week (figuring that maybe I would get lucky and have a technician answewr the call) and left 5-6 messagaes asking for a call back. I also was assigned two different support ticket numbers. Nevertheless, Lift Support has never called me back and my problem persists and while I am only here at the ocean for three weeks a year, my problem persists and my borad is unuseable.

Battery replacement
The rep I spoke with was very good. Shipment was fast. New battery is working great. Just wish I didn't have to buy a new battery in the 1st place. Outrageously expensive. I bought 2 identical boards and batteries 5 years ago. One battery died completely and would no longer take a charge. The other is working perfectly and holds a charge just as long as the new one. I treated both batteries the same yet one would discharge super fast and eventually would no longer take a charge. I was told it was something I did wrong, but the other battery held up fine.
Note that the new battery didn't come with any charging or care and maintenance instructions.

Customer support was stellar; they diagnosed what I needed from the photographs they requested I send. Then, I was able to buy the small replacement part for $7, and it was shipped immediately, no delay.
