Only have one issue, user gets several calls a week, even if hasn’t pushed pendant. So must be too sensitive. Talked with customer service and we are trying couple adjustments. Cust serv very helpful

I hit my button four times in one episode where I could not get up after falling in my bedroom, I could not get anyone to answer. The unit would turn different colors then go back to no colors. I finally had to crawl to my bed and get my cell phone to call 911.

Is ZERO stars an option? We tried it for a couple days - was so frustrating for my parents. Dad is hard of hearing and could not understand the machine. I called - they said, “no problem.. we will send a return label. Just send it back, once we get it then we will refund you for everything. Sorry it did not work.” If only that was true - I sent it back - waited - NOTHING - no refund. I called - they said hum. We received it but it’s another department that does refunds. We will send a request and YOU call us back. So I did a few weeks later - same thing. Sorry - we will put another request in. OVER AND OVER. At this point I may never see the $460 - DO NOT use this company!! They are dishonest - they do not have their system functioning between departments to know to refund a customer. Basic stuff here. They will NOT send you an email confirmation or reach back out to you. YOU will have to keep trying to get your money back.

My equipment is constantly malfunctioning - several times per month - and there are billing issues constantly. I was just billed for $44.95 and mailed a check on January 14, 2026. Today, January 22nd, I received an email that my account is PAST DUE in the amount of $47.93. I called bulking and they said disregard email. MADDENING!!!!!!!!!!

Twice the Rescue Crew came ready to help me.
I had canceled the alarm, but they came. Great people.
I called Lifeline about them coming after I canceled the alarm. You get false alarms - and you told me they'd rather that then to miss a call.

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with,spent 3 different days trying to set up plan for my mother,kept getting cut off and redirected and cut off,only kept trying because they were the cheapest.Would not recommend by any means unless you have days and hours to waste...

An issue that should have been resolved at the end of October has now dragged on into mid January. I called Lifeline to cancel my father's account on 10/21. I was advised that the equipment would need to be returned before the account would be canceled. Lifeline provided a Fedex label for this purpose. The equipment was returned on 10/24. Tracking confirmed that it was received by Lifeline on 10/28. However my father's account was charged on 11/5. I called on 11/12 to rectify the situation and was told that the account cancellation had been processed and a request to credit his bank account had been initiated. Not only was there no credit to his account but they continued to withdraw from the account in December and again in January. I called again on 1/16 with no final resolution provided. I called again today (1/19) and was told there would be no more charges moving forward but that it could take another month to process the refund - something that should have already happened in November. Totally ridiculous! This is no way for a company to do business.
