They were complete and to the point. The only part I had was the box for the GPS was remand should probably said GPS. The instructions were rather quick and I had to move around the house to stage the systems. Annette could never have kept up with the way instructions were given.

Nancy made purchasing this very important tool for our mother's continued health care, a pleasant and satisfying experience. Although mom's equipment is in process of being shipped, our mother, and us as a family, are already feeling a sense of relief and comfort. Thank you Nancy Lake and Life Alert!

I told 3 different people on 3 different phone calls that we did NOT want to pay the $32 for the shipping-that we wanted the free standard shipping. The $32 shipping fee is on her contract. My mother-in-law is on a fixed income! I talked to the billing dept. and asked them to reverse this charge. The tech on the phone, Martin, said it is a non-refundable fee. That is not acceptable considering I told THREE different people that we did not want to pay for shipping! This fee needs to be credited back to my mother-in-law asap. Her name is Sally Warrick.
