The MEI representative, Robert, carries out a great service, and he is knowledgeable, courteous and friendly. The technical advice and helpful tips provided by Robert over the last three years on how to optimize our heating system has been invaluable and results in efficient use of our air source heat pump.

He was very professional and knowledgeable he diagnosed the problem repaired it and checked it all worked and left. First class service could not fault it thank you

Very efficient engineer
Luke arrived early, gave very efficient service and fixed the leak. He is also very friendly.
I would have given 5 stars if I hadn’t had to wait so many weeks for this appointment - luckily it wasn’t a bad leak!

Have dealt with Mitsibishi for sometime and have nothing but good things to say. I am very fortunate that i have fantastic reps in Jamie Penny and Michael Brocklehurst who make my job alot easier ! 100% Recommend
In short, we’ve been installing Mitsubishi ASHPs for over 10 years and have consistently found their product and service to be excellent. Their one-to-one account manager support, particularly from Bahar Basci, is outstanding. The units themselves are efficient, quiet and reliable, and their aftercare and technical support are second to none. As a manufacturer of renewable technology, they genuinely care about carbon reduction rather than simply paying lip service to it.
We would wholeheartedly recommend Mitsubishi heat pumps.

What a great company did a great service on my heat pump and saved me some money on the settings very friendly and gives me peace of mind if anything breaks down they will sort it for me so pleased with all of the service plan

Back in business
Luke and Phil were fantastic, professional engineers who went above and beyond in fitting our very complex new hot water cylinder. They are friendly and knowledgeable, what a credit to your team.
There was a bit of a delay in organising the repair, and I did have to follow up once or twice.

Both Engineers Phil and Luke were excellent and extremely polite and helpful Delivery of materials came when promised I had to e mail several times to find out what was happening as my system was a replacement for original otherwise would give five stars

This melcloud app is execrable
This melcloud app is execrable. I have no confidence that what I ask it to do from 300 Miles away is complied with. Hot water should be off but I can see it's 40deg and no way of turning it off. Pathetic

I had such a great experience working with Natalie. From the very first conversation, she was friendly, approachable, and genuinely interested in helping us find the right solution, which was a breath of fresh air.
What really stood out was how easy she made everything feel. She took the time to explain things clearly and was always quick to respond to queries. It never felt like we were being “sold to” — more like we had someone on our side who really cared about getting it right for us.
Her knowledge of the residential side of the business is fantastic, but more than that, it’s her attitude and the way she works with people that makes the difference.
Honestly, it was just a really smooth, positive experience from start to finish. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Natalie — she’s an absolute credit to the team!
