I'm pretty blown away.
I purchased a product via Amazon, and immediately out of the box was disappointed. At this price point, there are so many products with stronger and more variable motors, and this thing would hardly stir coffee.
Amazon referred me to their website, and I filled a claim for a return/refund. I told they don't honor returns from 3rd party sales, and that there is simply no option for redress.
I get that the nature of the item doesn't allow for restock, but if you hate a $100 device sold my a reputable retailer, the idea that "Sorry, you're just out of luck," is their policy is insane.
I asked to speak to a supervisor and was told (without checking) that none was available. I asked to leave a message, and was told yes, despite the fact that she had none of my information.
Buyer beware!

J'ai demandé une livraison express via UPS pour la livraison de deux jouets féminins.
Une première tentative de livraison a échoué car je n'étais pas sur place. J'ai alors appelé le SAV par téléphone, où on m'a demandé de laisser un message vocal.
Valerija est alors revenue vers moi dès le lendemain pour s'assurer de mon adresse. Elle m'a demandé plus de détails sur l'accès à mon logement. J'ai indiqué que la livraison était pressante donc je n'étais pas opposé à ce qu'il soit déposé en point relai.
Nous avons pu échanger plusieurs mails tous les jours, et j'ai été tenu au courant de toutes les avancées. Aujourd'hui, mon colis a été livré en point de retrait, comme demandé.
Un grand merci à ma conseillère ! J'espère que les jouets seront aussi plaisants que prévu !
J'ai hésité entre 2 et 3 étoiles. Pas mal de campagnes pour l'acceptation de soi, de son corps, etc.. Donc bon point. Mais les sections "hommes", "femmes","couples" et "lgbt" bah c'est vraiment stupide. Les LGBT forment des couples aussi et du coup les couples sapphiques se retrouvent avec une section pêle-mêle de produits principalement... Pour hommes cis ! Donc déjà on mélange tous les LGBT... Ou on les approxime aux couples d'hommes/femmes trans! Très peu de produits lesbiens ou alors très (trop) bien cachés. Vraiment dommage.

These products are great and I was very excited to buy another but had to cancel for personal reasons and when I emailed to do so they quickly did just that without a hassle. Great company and I will be back.
Lelo is the best! The customer service is top tier as well. The answer quick and problem solve easily. They also have the best vibrators ever!

J'ai pris 3 appareils chez eux, l'un d'eux est défectueux. Pour reclamer la garantie et avoir un échange il faut faire une vidéo attestant du problème (bon pourquoi pas) et répondre à 10 questions. Mais il faut aussi après une prévalidation, envoyer une photo de la preuve de la destruction de l'appareil défectueux...
Concernant les autres appareils, j'ai jamais eu des appareils autant tue-l'amour. Le système de mise en marche n'est pas fou, un coup ça s'allume, un coup ça ne s'allume pas. Tu veux changer la puissance, ça change de mode. Le système de verouillage, un enfer. En bref, l'utilsation n'est pas instinctif, même après lecture du mode d'emploi et peut gâcher des moment avec votre partenaire.
À ce prix là, je déconseille fortement leurs appareils.

I did extensive research into the best products on the market which involved looking at numerous reviews of items from other companies and independent “best 10” lists of articles that weren’t affiliated to any particular brand. I also looked at reviews of customer support of companies I was interested in purchasing from, just in case I needed to contact them as this was when you find how good a company actually is. Therefore, once I decided to purchase the Enigma Wave by LELO I was confident I had made the right decision. This proved to be correct in both the product and the customer support as they were both AMAZING. I had a query straight after making the order and completely my fault at not adding an item and contacted customer service explaining this. I thought I would be met that it was my fault but got the most helpful response from Patricia who went out of her way to resolve the matter within minutes of me sending the initial email. Patricia turned out to be exceptional in keeping me updated throughout the whole process and answering other queries I had going above and beyond in customer support. Think both Patricia and LELO have set the bar high which others fail to meet. Best customer support that I have ever encountered with regards to Patricia. 5 stars.
Customer service was great to work with on my warranty claim. They responded quickly and were able to resolve the problem. The speedy and polite response from the LELO team was a pleasant surprise and a positive experience.
I am super disappointed in LELO... I have multiple items from them that have gone defective within the 1st year of ownership.
With 1 item, I claimed the warranty within the time of the warranty period but I never received a return shipping label from Lelo so didn't send my device in.
Now they won't warranty it... In another situation I had a device that went defective but it didn't realize it was a serious issue until the 1 year mark. At first I just thought the device needed to charge longer... turns out it is completely defective and although this was within the 1 year warranty period I didn't claim it until after as I didn't realize the seriousness of the issue.

I do not recommend this company. The product are flimsy and breakdown often. The lelo app will not connect to my device. I must create an account to gain access to the lelo app features. After creating an account, my login expires and password is removed. Everytime I try to use the app features I have to reset my password.

Customer service was fantastic. I had accidentally placed an order to be delivered to an old address which could have been bad on several levels. Customer service had it taken care of within 1 or 2 emails. They were great! I would highly recommend doing business with this quality company at any time.
I was having a difficult time deciding which prostrate toy to purchase. Like always. I did some research on the internet for product reviews. All the reviews I read were all different, with some on most of the lists. That confused me even more. I've been told, it comes down to personal preference. I don't know about you, but my preference is to have one everything.Why limit myself? Money of course. I couldn't decide on two pieces: Hugo 2 and the Loki Wave 2. Not knowing which one to choose and fear of thinking I picked the wrong one, I reached out to the experts at LELO. I sent an email and a reply told me somebody would help me as soon as they could. So i patiently waited through the weekend. Yesterday, gold hit my email. I'm not sure if I'm allowed to share my customer care name, but she deserves the credit. She laid it all out for me. She has a ton of product knowledge and she excels in her job. Give that girl a pay increase and a paid day off. I ended up purchasing both, all thanks to her.
Now..::.I'll be sitting on the curb for the next few days, waiting for the delivery truck. There was nothing more I could have asked from her. It's that kind of service thst makes me a customer for life.

Received a defective Dot in February 2024. Immediately contacted customer service. They instructed me how to plug in and charge the device. The battery was defective, no amount of charging was going to fix that. They asked me to go through the one year warranty process for a product which was received in a defective state. I refused. I don’t want my defective dot replaced with another defective dot. I would like a refund. They have lost a customer for life. Do not buy their products. Their customer service is terrible and the quality of their expensive
merchandise is worse. I have filed a complaint with the BBB and disputed the charge on my card. Will this ever be resolved? Do the right thing LELO and refund me for the defective product you sold me. I would really like to stop wasting my time on this.

Sorry LELO, your response is complete bs. Just responding to the bad review does not make all OK. I’ve written with your customer care team many times since February. I have been refused a refund repeatedly. You’re offering me help, but just for appearances. I want a refund. I do not want to file a warranty claim. You sold me a piece of junk, and the only way to make it right is to refund me.

The warranty process was very easy to follow and a replacement Loki Wave was delivered within ten days. I did not have to return the device, but did process it for battery recycling (take it apart). Excellent service and the customer service rep (Nika) was excellent to work with. The Loki Wave is an excellent experience and I'm happy to have a replacement. Thank you Lelo!!!
Find website difficult to navigate . the silicone has broken on the Ben wa balls and replacement parts do not seem to be available which is a really shame and a total waste and bad for the environment .
