Amazing support. Been their customer since 2017, and never had any issues before. Delivery is fast, product quality top-notch. Just recently had my first issue, the package arrived damaged and the product was faulty. They picked it up with a courier within a couple of days and immediately sent a replacement with express mail. They even sent a different product type at my request as a replacement (both cost the same).
Bottom line, their support is super good!!
Customer service was quick to respond, easy to reply back too, and get answers with resolution. I was surprised how quickly I received the replacement as well. 10/10 on all aspects. Quality service & products!

I have been a dedicated Lelo user for years and have never had a problem. I would bet that most people who are satisfied aren't leaving reviews. I had to return one product after six months and they replaced it after the warranty process. Ivan was super helpful and extremely pleasant and professional. No product is without issues... but I'm very happy with Lelo and recommend it to friends all the time.
Absolutely horrendous. Due to the “luxury brand” marketing and high prices I assumed the products and services would be superior. I was massively wrong! First product you can’t tell AT ALL if the intensity is increased. Second product, came with a tiny bag that it doesn’t even fit in, and a “universal charger” that loosely fits in a few millimetres. NOT mentioned in the instructions QR coded manual I might add! Quite important information to leave out! Customer service response is “well nobody else has complained”. That isn’t acceptable. Electrical information should always be included, especially when this is an open charger point on a “waterproof” product and I’ve now rammed the cable in with some force because (in my mind) cables aren’t supposed to only loosely fit into a product with more than half of their metal connector hanging out.
Interestingly this product is so over semitone on its “down” button that it randomly turns off when you’re about to hit a crucial point if you know what I mean! For a personal massager company I expect better products and not the disgraceful level of customer service I received for £200+ of product.

The customer support is excellent. Always replying, helpful, solving problems and issues, always giving me the feeling that they want me to have a great experience.
I originally bought the INA Wave 1 from a local store. It was much louder after using it one time, & in the store the model wasn't that loud. (Which is why I bought it in the first place). I returned it to LELO, thinking there was something wrong w/it. The replacement was the LELO INA Wave 2, which was even worse. I'd wished I'd kept the first one, but no one told me that was just how loud they were. They didn't have any of the #1 model, so they sent me the 2. It recently quit working for no apparent reason, so they sent me a new one. It is EXTREMELY LOUD! Way worse than the other two I had. I won't be able to use it, & get much out of it that way. I'm not happy with this product, & they won't let you exchange for anything else, even if it's of lesser value. With the help of the salesperson I originally bought the first one; I think I just ended up getting one of their most faulty items. They are not all the same; some are loud, & others are extremely loud,,,of the same model!! I was thinking of trying one more of their other products, but I don't want to waste more $ on something, especially with those prices.

There are nearly infinite competitors offering nearly identical products. There are only two reasons to buy Lelo products which are over twice as expensive on average: quality and service.
The quality is uneven. Some have been good, some quickly die.
The service is beyond miserable. Recent order never delivered. No response to email or submission on the contactink on their website.
Avoid this a company. I reversed the charge from my credit card company.

This company is amazing. Their products are top notch, their customer service is also top notch and their warranties are the best there is. I have only bought from Lelo for the last 15-20 years because of their products and service. Give them a try you won’t be disappointed.
Great support team! Special shout out to Monika. She assessed the issue and quickly worked to solve the problem. I had ordered 2 products, but due to shipping errors, they never came. I asked that she refund 1 since I no longer needed it, and she did so promptly while sending over the 2nd one which arrived promptly right after that email. Thank you so much!!

I bought 2 products from Lelo for a special event and they arrived on Feb1. Both were defective and I called them the next day to request a replacement . I have still not heard from them and I will not get my replacement in time for the event so they are no longer needed. I never used these items, just charged them. I would like a refund, but they refuse. Judging by the quality of the products that I received and the poor customer service, I would highly advise not to purchase anything from this company.

Horrible experience with this brand/company, I order Ben wa balls on the 14th of January and it’s Now February 2 and I still haven’t received my order.
Customer care just copy and paste the same thing. Do not recommend buying off this website.
