It was one of the most realistic feeling toys that I have ever used. My wife was controlling it, and I did not last long. Lol. I would Highly recommend this toy.

Lovense m’envoie un colis. Celui ci est retourné auprès du vendeur. J’ai racheté les produits chez différents fournisseurs entre temps. Ceux ci me dise que le colis ne leur a jamais été rendu. (Ce qui est faut car l’appli la poste colissimo dit qu’il est retourné chez son expéditeur. Mais depuis, ils deviennent intrusif et me demande des justificatifs d’achats des autres marchands chez qui je les ai acheté. J’AI PRÉVENU LA DIRECTION GÉNÉRALE DE LA RÉPRESSION DES FRAUDES pour pratique illicite et instruisons dans la vie du consommateur ! J’attends leur retours. C’est honteux !

Their products are great quality, and their customer service even greater. If there's an issue with your purchase, even months later, they are quick to try to identify the issue, and offer you the best solution, even if that means sending you a replacement. I had been concerned that due to having bought something on sale, I wouldn't be eligible for a replacement, since that's how many other retailers operate. That was not the case! Customer service is quick and satisfactory, absolutely top tier 💖

Great addition to our collection

It was a really good toy, I just wish it were more quiet. The suction is great and the thrusts are powerful. If it could go a little faster it'd be amazing but other than that it's PERFECT

I am satisfied, it arrived in good condition and ahead of schedule.

Echt nicht schlecht

Bought the lush (really excited). Too big, doesn't sit right even a little. The top that should touch the cl*t goes waaay over that spot. Pushing it deeper twists it more so it sits way off to one side. Wrestling with it for way too long and still cannot stay straight or hit any pleasure points without holding it in place with legs/hands.

Email support - no refunds. Okay, yeah, I guess people could just lie. Understandable. So they offer me a discount on the mini, stating it tends to sit better for some people. Awesome, very grateful, I take it.

Barely smaller. Same issues. Took photos and the size difference is so minor it hardly qualifies as a different device.

Summarized complaints:
1) Poorly sized (no one's cl*t is that far up ain't no way and pushing it deeper neither helps nor feels good)
2) Weak (even when I held it where it should go, the sensation on any setting was just depressing)
3) Waste of money - no money back if unsatisfied or even a store credit for something else would have been nice (even though I do understand why this is not a thing)
4) Scammy - knowingly offering a discount on essentially the same item a customer just expressed hatred for is scammy when that customer is trusting customer service to make suggestions and offers that would remedy the situation not just do it again (should have done my own looking into it and will next time I purchase something like this)
5) Twists and refuses to stay untwisted even when positioned and repositioned multiple times according to instruction

Over all, lame. :)

Lovense is a great site, with a great support team that gives you updates on your orders and priorities your privacy. I highly recommend them

This item was truly wonderful. The sensations that this toy brought were amazing. It felt so good. My girlfriend several states away was controlling it and it felt so fantastic. We will get great use from this toy.

Discreto, rápido y buen estado

Edit: terrible communication, I get a reply on here to contact them again and after doing another online form I'm told that maybe I'll get the rest of my order at the end of may and that's it. That will be the last thing shiped to me cause I'm not coming back.
Original: I generally like Love Sense, and I think they make pretty good products and keep a good attitude about it all. However, in my last order, there was a freebie that, after a month, still hasn't been shipped. Even though it's a freebie, it's part of the total compensation and the reason I spent more money with them in the first place. I'm pretty annoyed that they still haven't shipped it or they haven't shipped a replacement option at the same value. If you're going to offer a product that's a part of a major sale, you should make sure you have enough of the product to fulfill your expected order load.

I would give 0 stars if allowed package shows in transit for months then shipped to wrong address and returned to sender this site is a scam!!

We try Lush 4 and Hush 2 connective toys with the App Lovense Remote and the possibility was infinite! Very great toys and the best App on the market for that type of toys! Way better then any others…😍
