Love all your products...if theres anything I would change in the design of the sex machines it would be to add suction cups to the legs so they dont slide around. Also redesign its range of motion so I can point it straight up to use while standing and make slightly taller so you can comfortably be sitting in a chair or bent over the bed. I have the mini, and currently looking at getting the bigger one but I still question if its going to be tall enough to suite my needs, I can't be the only one that feels this way.

I would never recommend buying from Lovesense. My boyfriend spent a lot of money on their products and it turns out their customer service is atrocious. One of the toys he purchased me was the ambi - great toy for solo play - yet it’s marketed for partner play. The toy literally stops whenever the pressure of another person is exerted onto it. I informed the customer service and it went absolutely nowhere. As a calm person that does not enjoy using pointed words, I was so shell shocked at their lack of help that even when expressing in frustrated detail (after many emails back and forth) what my issue was - they did not care. It seems as if their initial service is some sort of AI, and you have to be a truly aggressive to even speak to anyone. Hoping anyone that buys from them doesn’t have the same experience as me, but after going back and forth 15+ times and getting absolutely nowhere, I have given up. The only appropriate reaction to asking for customer service help with a toy, is to immediately be sent the warranty link. It took me 8 emails to even get a link. Truly disappointing customer service. Good luck!

I bought the Lovense Tenera 2 Air Pulse Clitoral Stimulator expecting a premium experience, but it was a massive letdown. For the high price tag, the intensity is surprisingly weak. It feels like the device prioritizes flashy app features and gimmicks over actual performance.The air pulses are incredibly diffuse and barely noticeable, even on the maximum setting. Instead of deep, targeted stimulation, it just provides a light, surface-level vibration that doesn't get the job done..If you are looking for a powerful, direct sensation, save your money and look elsewhere. This toy is all hype and no power. Never again.

First off I love the products, both the range and quality - although battery life and tricky to keep connected chargers can irritate. So products get a big tick. Their misleading business practices do not though - every single ‘sale’ advertised via email or on the site quotes RRP that these devices have NEVER been sold for. If you can buy an item for £70 year round, it will say it’s RRP is £140 and say it’s a 50% saving. It isn’t. I’m sure some are misled into jumping on a ‘great offer’ when it’s the regular price they pay. This practice is illegal in the UK but I think their HQ is abroad and presumably somewhere this shady practice is allowed. It taints what is a very good company in other regards. My advice would be to ignore their ‘sale’ emails as a result.

I loved the buzzing and grip of the toy. My only concern is when it decides to slip off. I also don’t understand how the clips work. I’m a male so I don’t wear a bra. I’m trying these out to make my nipples more sensitive ( rewiring for prostate and nipple orgasms.
